Super busy for Sunday morning-noon. I joined waitlist online on Yelp and waiting time was around 1.5-2 hours. We arrived around 12:30 and got our table just 5 mins after checking in with hostess. Restaurant was almost full, people in and out all the time. My husband ordered for me some fresh juice (I don't remember the name). It has orange, pineapple & ginger- it was so good! I ordered chocolate quinoa breakfast bowl, it was fruity and healthy options, not so sweet. However, I ended up like my husband's omelette better. He ordered ultimate omelette, it was delicious, I ate a small amount and definitely will order that one for me next time. Recommend to eat here for breakfast or lunch but remember to join waitlist online on Yelp so you won't have to wait so long. read more

Do not use the Yelp waitlist! We checked in at 9 a.m. and went into restaurant at 10:30 to verify we were still 3rd in line. The greeter informed us that we were supposed to check in person, not Yelp. She then proceeded to tell us it would be another half hour. It's 11 a. m. now and we're still waiting. Anna, I recommend you stop using a waitlist. We decided to eat at home and are leaving!!! read more

This has been on my saved list for a while and was thrilled to have finally had chance to eat here when in town. We had the Monte Cristo and special sample platter. The breakfast potatoes were the only thing that disappointed, they were quite overdone and smelled like frying oil, but everything else was delicious. The bacon strips and loaded breakfast tots with hollandaise dipping sauce were amazing! The place was clean with cool retro decor. Great service as well. read more

We stopped in based on positive Yelp reviews. Friendly staff and our waitress did an excellent job. Food was good, however we were disappointed as the omelette was served with only toast. The food was excellent. You can tell when good quality ingredients are used.. And you can taste the quality at Anna's. We discovered Anna's on Yelp. And what a good find it was. They also carey many vegan options to make this a place for everyone. The decor is a cute 50's and 60's throw back. They use a l9t of vintage kitchen appliances for decor and art. Staff is friendly and attentive without being annoying. This will be a repeat the next time we are in the area. read more

Worst service ever!! Waitress was useless placed order and after 45 minutes still didn't have our food paid for my coffe which was just a regular coffee $ 3.71 ridiculously priced which took her another 8 minutes to accomplish the transaction. Learned the hard way today that entering this restaurant's wait list on line still allows walk ins to enter the restaurant and join the wait list and be placed in front of those potential customers who only joined the wait list online. Waited for 45 minutes as the first customers in the online queue and inquired of the issue and were informed that there were still several people in front of me that came in much later but had priority because they were walk ins. This is contrary to all other experiences I've had with wait lists. read more

Came here on Mother's Day and it was fantastic! We got The monkey bread and it is to die for! We also got a breakfast sandwich and traditional breakfast and both were so so yummy. I also recommend getting one of their lattes! There was also a sign for fresh pressed juice and that is definitely something I will try next time. Servers were nice and food came out pretty quickly for how busy they were for Mother's Day. This is my second time here but from what I hear they are constantly busy, so be prepared to wait a while before being seated. read more

The wait was about 20 minutes on a Saturday at lunch, and they texted when our table was ready. The coffee was flowing, and it's always so difficult to choose what to get! This time I tried the breakfast burrito and it was beyond plain. I feel they don't use seasoning here, the salsa also tasted like water. Delicious! Great for taking people with food sensitivities. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of the food and beverages. Beverages arrive promptly and are appropriate temperatures. Food is beautiful and tasty. Seasonal menus are typically amazing! Booths are big and spacious. (Could probably fit 6-8) Usually a bit of a wait, but worth it! First of all - the service and ambiance was wonderful and the pancakes delicious. That's where the positivity ends. We waited over 45 minutes for a table. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The sausage was pre-cooked (think Brown 'n Serve.) Nothing was seasoned, or even salted (guess they wanted to hold absolutely true to the '50s theme.) I went there with some friends at 1100 on a Wednesday and was surprised to see that the place was packed. Later, I learned that it is always busy. The menu is extensive. I wanted to order several entrees but limited myself to just one thing. Once we placed our order, the food came out quickly and was most enjoyable. Definitely a cool and happening new brunch spot in Okemos. The décor, the ambience, the food, made me feel like I was eating brunch by the beach in California where I used to live. Okemos definitely needs more places like this who have great food and atmosphere and it felt really lively! I got the breakfast burrito with chicken sausage and it was delicious. Especially with the sides of guacamole, salsa and sour cream. My friend and I also shared the lemon ricotta crepes. Definitely worth it. The crepes had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness and the berry compote on top was awesome.
