The drinks were excellent and with great variety and the coffee was nice, hot, and fresh (with the exception of the incredible cold brew of course). The pancakes. Myself and the 3 other people in my party loved this place! We walked in the morning of July 4th around 11:15 and were told it was a 45 min wait. We were very hungry but the wait didn't seem too long bc there were some close souvenir shops nearby that we looked around in to kill time. Upon receiving the text that our table was ready (all members must be there in order to be seated) we were seated promptly. Our server, Felix, and hostess staff were friendly and prompt. We stopped in here on a Sunday morning at 9:45 and it was popping! Luckily we checked in online and only had to wait 15 minutes. The current wait was 45 when we got there. I work from home, so I thought it'd be a good idea to order food. I've been here before and the food has been alright, nothing to write home about, but I wanted some breakfast and they had something I wanted. How the H-E double hockey sticks do you forget to give someone syrup when they order pancakes? I was never even given the option to ask for it. Being busy can't excuse something that simple. When you order pancakes... you receive syrup. It's really common practice. If I was sitting in the store, they would have brought me syrup (without me asking and without uncharging me for it) regardless of how busy they were. And now I'm be forced to eat these dry *SS pancakes since I don't get off until later this evening. So now I have to spend MORE money to buy syrup JUST to eat these dry *SS pancakes 8 HOURS after I bought them. If this is difficult for them, I hate to know what else is. Funny enough I know some people will think, "OMG, that's not a big enough reason to rate them that way." 1. This is my experience, and it was ruined by these dry *SS pancakes. I don't even normally eat pancakes, and the day I choose to this happens. 2. They didn't even wanna refund me for this pointless *SS purchase. Tried to give me 10% off the order (which was like $2 and some change... but the pancakes were like $6!?!?!?!) 3. You sit there and eat these dry *SS pancakes with no syrup. We arrived at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning for breakfast and there was a wait time of one hour. They use a great system that texts you when you need to return to be seated. We decided to wait there and were seated 20 minutes earlier if we were interested in sitting at the bar. We were glad we did. Rebecca the bartender was truly amazing. She was friendly, fast, and very entertaining. We ordered the Classic French toast with egg whites and bacon, as well as the The Scrambler with potatoes. The French toast were plentiful made with thick bread. The egg whites were sweet tasting, and the bacon was delicious. Unfortunately food in Nashville was mostly disappointing. This place was an absolute saving grace. It makes sense the longer wait times during peak brunch hours. The food here and the drinks during brunch are all on point. Despite being packed, service was speedy and food came out on time. Not too much going on inside but I was watching Redzone on my phone so you can look at pictures. There is a parking garage next to the place which makes it a super busy street. Walk if you can. Very good breakfast! We arrived today around 9am and were seated immediately. I don't remember our server's name which is a shame because he was really good. He put in our toddler's order right away while getting coffee for me and my husband. She had the kid's french toast which comes with eggs and bacon and she ate most of it which means it was good. My husband had the shrimp and grits, and he basically cleaned the plate so again, I'm guessing it was tasty. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with cheese grits. My sausage had a lot of flavor and the biscuits and gravy had a nice texture. The cheese grits could have used a little more salt but they were okay otherwise.
