Tonight my Anya's experience was terrible. I went in with my family and we were greeted at the counter by a low talking waitress, who was more interested with her text messages than she was with taking our order. We ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and mozzarella sticks. Everything was way over cooked and they even got our toppings wrong. How hard is it to get a two topping pizza right??? Worst experience I have ever had here. Had to call three times because the driver forgot to deliver the drinks with the order. Each time I was told the driver was on his way. They are less than five miles away. Disappointed as we really liked this place but will never order from there again. If they cannot get delivery right they probably cannot get pick up or dine in right either. read more

Went here last night. The pizza was really good and I was very impressed with the service. Two younger ladies were running the show but were on top of everything. My son had his 9th birthday party at Anya's, and we all had a blast. The pizzas were delicious, and the service was excellent. I can't mention the perks we received as it was out of the owner's heart, but I can say this, if you have 10 to 15 kids or more at your child's birthday, you'll likely receive some great bonuses that make it a supreme value. Went on a Tuesday and I used a Groupon deal. Pizza and breadsticks really exceeded my expectations both were very very tasty and the large pizza was much bigger than I expected. Nice selection of beers on tap at a decent price. I decided to try a few carne asada tacos since they had $1 taco Tuesday special. Omg! The carne asada tacos were outstanding! I ended up ordering 5 more, they were delicious. This will be my new go to spot for pizza, especially on Tuesdays. Large dinner salad for wife and me---5 stars: Nice size, fresh tasting ingredients, good dressing. Anya's medium pizza-- 5 stars : excellent; fresh tasting ingredients; refreshing, clean tasting pizza. Environment--5 stars: great place to watch sports; although I went in to watch Clippers basketball, appears to be a Hockey dominant sports place , with hockey taking center screen and overall audio. Still a great place for sportswatching and having pizza which nowadays is a disappearing act. Very nice selection of draught beers including pitcher sizes. Rest rooms--5 stars: can't speak for women's, but men's was extremely clean, comparatively speaking with the best restaurants out there. Service--3 stars: girl taking orders behind the bar did not inform me she had run out of "lime a ritas" until after she charged me for it and gave me a strawberry lime a rita. I told her I had ordered a lime a rita and she told me afterwards she did not have any. Later on she kept coming to our table asking if we wanted anything else, clearly interested in our driving up the "more purchase" bill instead of being interested in serving her customers. This girl did seem to have an assistant that was more focused on satisfying customer service and requests. Overall this place is a great place to have a sports day/night pizza meal, and has a lot to offer to the unknowing public and should focus on that , and not on being pushy about its sales with those customers who have been fortunate enough to be aware of its existence. First time and also the last time! Went in 2/9/2019 Saturday evening after 6pm for a take out order. I placed my order at 6:22pm. I was expecting to wait for a while since I placed my order in the restaurant. I was out around 7:30 pm! During this one hour 4 different people asked me what I was waiting for and I showed them my receipt every single time. During this time they brought me 2 other orders that weren't belonged to me. There were many workers but only one of them seems knew what she was doing but she was also careless about this situation when she finally gives me the right order. No "sorry" or whatsoever. Only the guy from the kitchen came and said sorry also did another server girl. nobody even tried to make it up for it. Anyways I wouldn't be back or recommend it at all. Me and my mom went to pick up an anti pasta salad today, we have had a pizza in the past and enjoyed it but this time around when we went to get an anti pasta salad we were in shock. We both watched how they put the salad together and we were disgusted by the way they didn't even wear any gloves! Both of us were really suprised to see something like this. Not only that when we paid for our salad the girl that took the payment went to go and help make a sandwich without sanitizubg her hands and not wear any gloves or anything like how we saw our salad be made with just bare hands. Had to update my review because the customer service we received just now was very poor, the one girl in the back of the counter has NO idea what she is talking about and she is very rude to the costumers, I called and order for pick up and asked about the promotion listed on Yelp and she told me that I was wrong that it was not for the Baseline location that it is for the Foothill location, I tried to explain to her But she wouldn't even let me talk and would keep repeating herself that I was wrong, once my husband went inside to pick up our order he asked for the REGULAR military discount they have ALWAYS giving us EVERY-TIME we had gone there, and she told my husband that he did not know what he was talking about, that this location don't do that, that only it's done at the Foothill location, my husband try explain to her that we have NEVER been to the Foothill location, as my husband was still talking she just walked away and went into the kitchen, please don't get me wrong thankful for whatever extra a location offer but what I was very unhappy was the service we received... Anya's is always a good one. Been here more times then I can count on my fingers. Great lounge seating, good selection of food and beer, and great for kids as there are numerous tv's spread among the seating area. Plus, they have a few arcade games! The breakfast here sucked. I saw a group on for this place n thought to give it a chance big mistake. My wife and I had the omelets with cheese all they was stick a slice of cheddar cheese on top n it was the cheap kind that you put on a sandwich. The hash browns were cold. And when we asked to substitute the toast for fruit there was and extra charge n it wasnt even fresh fruit just straight out of a can with heavy syrup. I liked this place better when it was Barbonis. These new owners aren't even italian. I used to love the pizza rolls, but they definitely do not taste the same. For tonight's visit - Zero stars are warranted. I have been to Anya's in the past and it wasn't bad, however, I think it's going downhill! We ordered Anya's special and half/half of mozzarella sticks and wings. The mozzarella sticks were absolutely disgusting - they tasted like freezer burn. Yuck! The pizza was a big sloppy mess! It's as if they did not dry off any of the vegetables and slapped them on soaking wet! The pizza was mushy and literally dripping water/grease. It was awful. The wings were tolerable but that was feedback from others as I didn't have the stomach to try them. read more
