This location is in Kahala Mall and has been there for years. It's comforting to me to look at it and think, nothing's changed. The pretzel bites, my go-to were exactly how I remembered. The kids working there were not only friendly and professional, they looked and sounded like they were having fun at work. It's a happy environment with really good pretzels.

I really didn't want something too heavy, so I ended up at the Pretzelmaker. It's been years since I last stopped by the Pretzelmaker and I kinda looked forward to a giant pretzel. Upon walking up to the ordering counter, I was able to secure the last giant pretzel & got the garlic pretzel. What can I say about my pretzel? My quick snack sure hit the spot but the garlic flavor wasn't really there, as they used some kinda garlic salt and not real garlic. At a little over $6 bucks for this pretzel, and can say it probably wasn't of good value for what I got, which explains why I probably don't come here on da regular. Lol!

If you want a quick bite and not so hungry, 8-pieces is more than enough. The price is between $11.49 to $17.49 before tax. For an additional $1.49, you can have your sauce. The service is pretty quick since they have a few ready made. This is not a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal. You can pick up and find a table and chairs to sit down in the mall. Or you can take it home to enjoy. I'll leave it up to you. But it's worth a try for a quick snack. Thank you for reading my review. Have an ALOHA Friday!

Pretzels at Windward Mall in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii…read more.. Somehow, I won an e-gift card from an Instagram contest. It was either a very generous amount or I'm just not a big eater! On my first visit, I got a parmesan cheese pretzel (fun food!), mini pretzels stuffed with mozzarella cheese (yum!), and a delicious pretzel dog. I had made an account on the Pretzelmaker app, so, they rewarded me $3 on my next purchase. I went back and got the mini pretzel dogs. Gosh! They were better than I expected! Not too salty and not too greasy! I think I can do without the sprinkled salt on the outside (note to self). I guess I'm lucky that Pretzelmaker is at Windward Mall in Kaneohe. There's free parking, cool air conditioning, and nice carpeting! This was such a pleasant experience! I still have a balance on the e-gift card and the app gave me another bonus of $5 off! Woot woot! I'm a fan of soft pretzels now!

Good food, great craft beer, and the Mexico vs. Czech Republic FIFA World Cup match on the TVs. Moments like these remind us how sports can symbolize unity and world peace by bringing people from different cultures and backgrounds together. Food We shared the Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Bang-A-Rang Shrimp, and Eggplant Bruschetta. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The fish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside, the Bang-A-Rang Shrimp had just the right amount of crunch and flavor, and the Eggplant Bruschetta was a delicious starter. Drinks I ordered a beer flight with #5 Torchlight, #10 Hops for Hugs, #14 Rice Breaker, and #16 After Hours. After Hours was easily my favorite. My friend had a pint of #3 Aqueerius, a refreshing sour ale with raspberry limeade notes that he really enjoyed. Service & Atmosphere The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The brewery is spacious, clean, and a great place to relax with friends or catch a game. Parking is available along the side of the building, but spaces are limited. Great food, excellent beer, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back!

Large, open, bright space with long wooden tables, stools with no backs, and high tables with same. A few big screen tvs mounted on walls with sports going on. Ladies, it's not just a place for beer. They also have delicious variety of cocktails and mocktails. Server was very nice and let us know to use our phones to scan the QR on table. You order from here and pay too. The server won't come to take your order. Not sure how this is handled if you have no phone. They may have menus and drinks written on chalkboard at bar or maybe request a paper menu. She brought us waters with a bottle to refill on our own, plates, cutlery and napkins. Drinks didn't take long and were deliciously concocted. We ordered chips with ahi dip- lots of dip and not enough chips but I'm sure if you asked for more they would acquiesce. Yummy and right flavor not too salty. Also onion rings which were large and plenty in the basket! You had choice of ranch dressing or brown mustard and we wanted to mix so she said no problem and brought them! Then we had to try the dessert flight which were three cute little prepared sweets of crème Brûlée, strawberry shortcake and a brownie with some type of custard on top. Yum! Place was clean, not too loud, and a restroom inside their place which was nice. All the servers were friendly, pleasant and made sure we had what we needed, clearing plates and glasses, keeping table clean. We really enjoyed powering up before power shopping so will return!

The Smash Burger was a thin miniscule piece of meat. The Smash comes with Sautéed Mushrooms and Carmelized Onoions. I had to send it back. There was two small slivers of onion and no apparent mushrooms. Server returned to let me know there was mushroom paste, but it says sautéed. Even after sending back my meal there was little change. Slightly more cooked - not caramelized - onions and a smear more mushroom paste. Over all food quality and presentation is poor at best. Descriptions are lacking information or out right deceptive. Prices are high, yet the quality and value are not reflected in the product. Overall the experience was disappointing. Over priced menu items. I would not recommend this establishment unless you are wanting craft beer. The selection of beers are limited.

Also has great cocktails (very good margaritas). Food: I had the pretzel and chicken sandwich. The pretzel was large and very good. I don't often get a chicken sandwich (more of a burger guy), but it was also very good. Dog friendly: even has a couple of food options on their menu (picture included) I would definitely come back again with friends and family.
