My friend then asked for a refund since now this was a hassle, and he refused. He spoke very slowly and had a bad attitude, showed no understanding. This location is in Kahala Mall and has been there for years. It's comforting to me to look at it and think, nothing's changed. The pretzel bites, my go-to were exactly how I remembered. On my first visit, I got a parmesan cheese pretzel (fun food!), mini pretzels stuffed with mozzarella cheese (yum!), and a delicious pretzel dog. I had made an account on the Pretzelmaker app, so, they rewarded me $3 on my next purchase. I went back and got the mini pretzel dogs. Gosh! They were better than I expected! Not too salty and not too greasy! I think I can do without the sprinkled salt on the outside (note to self). I guess I'm lucky that Pretzelmaker is at Windward Mall in Kaneohe.
