    Pulled The Porky Breakfast Burrito

5/5 stars without a doubt! We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon jam and a pulled pork burrito, both were absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back and eat our way through the rest of the menu.

On a recent trip to SF we ended up eating at the Bacon Bacon cafe as well as their food truck mostly because we were in a group and who doesn't like bacon? They had a good selection and everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. I tried the bacon grilled cheese and fries and although the sandwich was just ok I personally really enjoyed their plain fries. It sounds simple but there are so many places that just can't do them well. Another group favorite was the fried mac and cheese balls. We ended up getting those twice because they are tasty and easy to share. The prices are also reasonable considering the location so I would recommend this if you have a group of picky eaters and I will definitely be back.

No trip to San Francisco is complete without a stop at Bacon Bacon in the Haight. I kept it simple and ordered a bouquet of bacon and the mac & cheese balls. These mac & cheese balls are to die for and so worth the trek. I always seem to end up at closing time which is 2 PM so make sure if you want your bacon balls and bouquets don't hit the snooze.

Such delicious breakfast burrito!! Probably one of the best that I've ever had. The service was quick I sat at the window on a nice quiet Friday morning. Will definitely be back to try more items.

Solid spot for burgers, breakfast sandwiches/burritos in Cole Valley! Have been here a few times and it's a convenient & quick spot for lunch I got the Breakfast Sandwich with avocado (add on) and it was delicious! A bit messy to eat given they make the fried egg runny (as they should), though it was packed with bacon and avocado I was rather disappointed by the Porky Fries. They're on the thicker side and the amount of pork was a bit underwhelming. No sauce drizzled on top whatsoever, and they only provide ketchup in the otherwise dry/bland dish Staff are so kind and sweet, and it's located a bit further away from downtown Cole Valley proper

They get plus points for a catchy name. This location is in the small food court by the F gates in terminal 3. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was pretty good.

Was solid but not blown away - good option for a breakfast burrito in the area. Porky breakfast burrito: this promised a lot but didn't quite deliver. The bacon wasn't as crisp as I was hoping nor were there as many peppers as I'd thought from the description. The eggs we're scrambled into very small pieces - while they weren't dry, more texture and acid would've been nice holistically. Fries: had to wait a while for these but they were pretty good. Crispy outer fry with soft inside. Parmesan was nice but could've used more salt overall Service was friendly. The person taking our order was very nice and they gave us a free chocolate croissant since we had to wait a while for our fries.

This review is for the breakfast burrito, which is probably one of the top 3 breakfast burritos I have ever had. I've been coming to this spot for the past year and a half and the breakfast burrito has consistently blown me away. It is cheesy, bacony, and SO flavorful, not to mention they grill the burrito after making it so the tortilla has an extra crunch. I also have found breakfast burritos to often be undersalted but this place is PERFECT. Regarding the ambiance of the space, it's pretty small and I've never seen a big line. There are a few small tables with stools against the wall to eat at, but I definitely wouldn't plan on coming here for a sit down breakfast with a large group. Service is quick and friendly, and I've always gotten the burrito within 5-10 minutes of ordering. Overall excellent breakfast burrito, and maybe the best I've had in the city.

What more can you say when you see the name Bacon Bacon?! All their foods are delicious: breakfast burrito and Bacon Bouquet are a couple of my faves! Owner/chef Jose, his wife and employees are all super nice and provide great service. Take a load off, relax and stay in their little Café atmosphere in San Francisco.! Tried their Awesome Avocado Toast on sourdough...yum! (Hint: it's on the "Secret Menu!) A Bacon Lover's Paradise! If you're a fan of bacon, then Bacon Bacon Cafe in San Francisco is an absolute must-visit! I highly recommend trying their signature Breakfast burrito the perfect blend of crispy bacon, egg,cheese,avocado... I love it! The staff at Bacon Bacon Cafe are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. While you are there make sure you don't miss out on their bacon-themed desserts either; the Chocolate covered bacon is a sweet and salty masterpiece. Overall, Bacon Bacon Cafe is a culinary gem in San Francisco that delivers on both taste and experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu!

Bacon Scone $2.75 and The Breakfast Burrito $10

Got the Too to Go surprise bag Got a Bacon Scone ($2.75) and The Breakfast Burrito ($10). The scone when heated up was really good especially if you add a little bit of maple syrup. Nothing like bacon and maple syrup. The bacon were a fine crumble so you get some in every bite. The burrito is bacon crumble, fluffy eggs, cheese, a bit of salsa and avocado spread. Its all rolled together and then put into a press. It held together really well, but I think it could have been a little tighter. The flavor is mainly from the salsa and avocado...with the eggs and bacon playing a strong supporting roll. Let me add the avocado spread is chunky so bonus points.

Pretty solid spot for breakfast sandwiches. We ordered the bacon/egg/cheese and the sausage/egg/cheese sandwiches. I liked the BEC, but I didn't love the SEC as much because the maple flavor of the sausage was slightly overpowering. The bacon was nicely crispy, and I was full after finishing my sandwich (so I think it's a good size). It took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready. We arrived around noon on a Sunday, and there was no line. There is limited seating inside (2-seater tables), so I recommend taking your order to-go.

Finally tried this bacon fulfilled establishment via delivery - DoorDash and thought a few items were good and disappointed in my sammie I ordered. The Mac n Cheese balls are good. I have no right eating Mac n Cheese all rolled up into a ball making my booty bigger but it was an indulgence I couldn't resist. The Breakfast Taco was really good for $4.00! Loads of bacon crumbles, hearty and filling. My friend liked the Bacon Fries (we actually ordered Porky Fries for him) and the Bacon Fried Chicken sammie. I think the Bacon Fried Chicken Sandwich is their signature sammie, very popular. My sammie I ordered was The Bird. It was vaguely similar to what others posted pics of on Yelp. I just think mine got rushed and not made proper. The cabbage slaw was disgusting, the turkey was grilled burnt and the avocado was browned. Also looked hastily thrown into the to-go container. No worries, stuff happens. I most likely will not return, the sandwich issue aside, it's just not for me.

Can't taste the Bacon. It's soggy and very small in this sandwich. This this was gross

The worst "gourmet" burger I've ever had. Similar to McDonalds. Dry dry meat, flavorless bun, unripe tomato, no flavor.

I'm always hunting for spots like this because I have a weakness for those over-the-top, Instagram-worthy desserts that look like diabetes in a dish. Like most places in this genre, A Buttercup is small, modern, and minimalist with limited seating. If you plan to go, aim for off-hours unless you enjoy waiting in line for sugar. The decor is cute and trendy, perfect for photos if that's part of your dessert ritual. As they say, "you eat with your eyes first," and when it comes to presentation, this place definitely gets an A+. The desserts look stunning and set high expectations. Unfortunately, that's where things started to crumble. It's like going to see your favorite artist live. You've watched the videos, memorized the songs, and paid for the experience. But instead of the electric performance you imagined, you get someone lip-syncing and barely connecting with the crowd. That was this place in dessert form. We ordered the Mango Bingsoo on our first visit, and when it arrived, we were surprised by how small the portion was. The guy next to us even looked over and said, "Whatever that is, I'm getting that next time." He shouldn't have. The Bingsoo looked great but was bland, and the "snow" was more chunky ice than soft shave. The Thai Tea Roti was also not what I expected. It came with Thai tea ice cream and sauce alongside a roti that was fried to a crunch. Interesting idea, just not the best execution. The sauce and ice cream needed a stronger Thai tea flavor to balance the crispy roti, and the flavors never quite came together. Overall, A Buttercup nails the aesthetics but misses the flavor. If you're here for the photos, you'll be happy. If you're here for the taste, you'll leave with a full camera roll and an unsatisfied sweet tooth.

They let you try three flavors, and I tried two, and both were so good I just decided on the spot. My first sample was the Salty Kaya. WOW. Heaven in my mouth. A burst of coconut and the saltiness that paired so well together. There's a reason this flavor has a permanent spot on the menu and isn't just a seasonal flavor! My second choice was the Funky Miso. I guess I love the sweet and savory combo. Also delicious! But not quite the flavor explosion in my mouth like the Salty Kaya. This one really grew on me after several spoonfuls of it. I really like that the single scoop allows you to get two flavors. How can I decide on just one when they have so many fun flavors?? I love this spot and will absolutely be returning.
