Shrimp Burrito
PickleMaster B.

Service is great. My burrito lacked flavor tho.Shrimp was not seasoned at all and was rubbery.Rice was mushy and what ever sauce that was supposed to be in the burrito had barely any inside. My tortilla on one half was served soggy as well. The Horchata is pretty good from here. I most likely would not recommend this place to friend or family so far because my first item was terrible, but who knows they may have other great items. Almost forgot. The chips and salad was also good, but I think the salsa was going bad. Every time I took a bite into the salsa, my tongue would get a tingle sensation kinda like after eating pineapple and it wasn't from the spices either. The ac inside is good.seating is ok.They only have one bathroom and the door handle is falling off. I'm not sure if 20$ for a restaurant burrito and drink is expensive either lol

Food is flavorful, it has the Mexican taste living in it. Service feels like you're back in Mexico arriving to the local restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. Small, full of service and love to the customer. Ambiance is lively, music and video playing in background, server is in such a good mood that it makes you feel happy to even eat here! I'm usually a green Chilaquiles kinda girl but their red ones are the !! Seriously !!

Service and food here are excellent! The mimosa's with Jamaica and strawberries is perfection! We had the menudo and the broth was as goods as my moms!

Water based broth caldo de res.

Ordered from Postmates, what a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Caldo de res was flavorless, no salt, tasted like water. Poorly packaged since more than half of the water tasting broth was in the bag. They provided no lime. Ordered a flan but received a cheesecake!! Had two drinks but no straws. Giving them 2 stars since the carne asada taco and orange juice were good.

Queso fundido and shrimp tacos with diabla sauce
Franklin C.

This place is incredible! So good we went two days in a row. Originally I had the Machaca burrito and was taken back with how delicious and massive it was. Finished it off with churros and ice cream. The churros were so good and fresh. The second day it was queso fundido and shrimp tacos with diabla sauce. In my opinion the fundido is a must have appetizers and diabla sauce has so much flavor and the perfect level of spice. The service and atmosphere is second to none. You will feel as though you had just been welcomed in to a family member's house who won't let you leave until your belly is full and warm. It doesn't matter which location you go to Joseph will be there to make sure all your expectations are exceeded.

So good! I had the fish tacos and they were so delicious for this hot day, my husband had the mojara and he also enjoyed it. The waiter was also super nice.

Albodigas were so delicious.... My first time here . Place looks nice and clean. The horchata is very good.

This restaurant never disappoints! Great Mexican food and drinks, friendly staff, and close to home. I love getting their steak encebollado (cooked with sauteed onions) There's a lot of flavor, comes with rice, beans, and a small side of salad. I've had in the past their mini sopes, bacon wrapped shrimp, churros, and guac with chips. Everything is made fresh and very delicious. I'll have to try more of their seafood next time I stop by!

Order of menudo, Chilaquiles and house desert!

This was my second time visiting and we stopped in for some breakfast. We were greeted and shown to our table within seconds of walking in. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, she even gave us her own recommendations when asked. I ordered the menudo which was just spot on. You can definitely tell that the tripe was cleaned very well and the flavor and color of the broth was just excellent. We were also greeted by the owner who kindly engaged in a friendly conversation about the restaurants other locations. The friendly staff also served us a delicious dessert on the house. I highly recommend stopping by when you are in the area, I know I will.

Came in for round 2. I felt led to try this local family owned and operated business again. Glad I did. Better experience. Delicious food. Got their shrimp quesadilla. It was really good. Huge and filling. Server was really nice. I like this spot. Conveniently located.

Just basic Mexican food & it's way over priced considering the quality. Almost $20 for a asada burrito.

Wait Staff: I wish I took the name of our waitress because she was awesome, funny and knowledgeable about the menu. All waiters/waitresses were great. Drinks: Unfortunately I didn't get any drinks because we kept seeing the brightly colored drinks and flights being served around us and I was jealous, they all looked awesome. Food: This is where it gets good because the food was A+++mazing. We started off with just the salsa, chips and for a nice surprise, some warm beans. The salsa brought a tear to my eye because it was soooo good. Luckily, my son doesn't eat salsa so I drank it all down. The chips were perfectly fresh and crispy. Guac: So, our waitress brought us some off the menu guac, and, WTF, why are they hiding this recipe from the rest of the world. I literally got into a fist fight with my son because he was trying to take it from me (not really) but I didn't want to share. The presentation was so cute too. Plantains + chips + guac = heavan Fajitas: I ordered fajitas and all boxes were checked, quantity, quality, and taste. I ordered the chicken and it was juicy and thick and perfectly seasoned. Steak tacos: My kid ordered the steak tacos and we brokered a deal to trade some steak for chicken and this was the best deal made since the New Deal (American history). Steak was chunky and juicy and fresh! The only problem with this place is that it is very far from my house as I was in the 'hood for my kids basketball tournament. If I am in the area you better believe that I will be back. Oh yeah, and very affordable for the upscale dining.

Our server was incredibly friendly and spoke to us like we'd been friends for years. She was so cool. We ended up staying for hours just enjoying the vibe of the brunch crowd and the soccer fans. Food & Drinks: LOVED! The Mimosa Flight (~$9 per drink): We shared this between two people and it comes with 8 different flavors! It included peach, pineapple, strawberry, cranberry, orange, pomegranate, and I think mango (can't remember the last one, sorry!). I love that the glasses were actually filled. I watched them make them, and it's a majority of champagne with just a splash of juice. Chilaquiles: This has become my absolute favorite breakfast dish lately, so I try it everywhere. It was very yummy here! It comes with eggs, and I added steak for some extra protein. The presentation was beautiful, too. Highly recommend! Steak & Eggs: My friend ordered a dish that had a different name on the menu, but it was essentially steak and eggs. She said it was absolutely delicious. The bathroom was clean, and I noticed they have a changing table available as well, which is always a great plus. Overall, I had a really good time eating, drinking, and talking here. I will definitely be back!

The quesabirria was a one of my favorite things on the menu, one of the best I've had. Everything I had was top-notch! One of the best parts was the salsa bar. They had onions, cilantro, red sauce, green sauce, limes, everything you could want for your tacos. The service was quick, even with a large lunch crowd coming in. The restaurant filled up quickly, the dine-in seats were all about taken and the outdoor patio was filling up too. The parking lot was very limited and one way, so just know that when pulling in. I ordered in advance and went to pick up my food, but since I was starving, I ended up just eating there on their patio. The tacos were okay. Personally, I thought they were pretty mid and not as flavorful as I was hoping they'd be. They did have a spicy sauce that I dipped the tacos in, and that definitely helped the flavor. I personally didn't love the tacos, but to be fair, I also didn't try anything else on the menu so I can't speak for the rest of their food. The place itself is a decent size, and the patio area is actually pretty nice. The staff was very kind, my order was ready right on time, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the sauces. Overall not a bad spot, but the quesabirria tacos just didn't fully hit for me. Oh well *shrug*

The chips are fresh, super thin and crisp, lightly salted. The salsa one of my favorites. I don't know why others cannot make them the same. I can see a plate of impeccable nachos in my future here. Camarones, Mojo de Ajo style, no head, no shell. The shrimp were nice sized, but obviously overcooked. Mr B said that a couple even tasted old as well. Too bad. On the other hand, the sides, beans and rice, were sensational. Done beautifully, with very rich flavors, I would come here just for those two items. My garlic shrimp burrito was filled with smaller sized shrimp than his, their awesome rice, some fresh salsa, and a pink dressing (?). The shrimp tasted fine, not overcooked, but not overly garlicky. And usually I dislike rice in my burritos, but this combination was an exception, a real winner. I recall having an amazing carnitas here on past visits that I really must revisit. Hmmm. This is beginning to sound like a carnitas nacho plate would be the right thing to do. The interior is very attractive with their colorful and vibrant murals. Check my picture for the information. I ended up getting the 3 taco plate (2 asada and 1 carnitas) and the XL meat quesadilla with asada. The carnitas was really tender and delicious. The asada was good, but it was not my favorite. I have a thing with chewy fatty pieces and I understand it is common in lower quality cuts of flap meat. This asada had quite a few pieces I had to spit out because it was just too chewy. The refried beans were good, also not my favorite though. The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. The tacos were loaded with meat and hard to pick up. That's the best! The pastor was tender and juicy. The fish taco was freshly fried and loaded with toppings and sauce. After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes. Super nice! Salsa were all really good! Especially the green avocado salsa. I'll come back for carnitas when I'm in the mood for tacos/quesadillas. I'll probably avoid the asada though.
