Ordered takeout from here and everything was delicious and fast. My husband ordered chorizo, buche and al pastor tacos and he loved all of them and said they had a lot of meat and were very tasty. We ordered the queso fundido and unlike other places which are stingy with the chorizo I was pleasantly surprised with how much chorizo was in it and the flavor was great. I also ordered the sopes trio-chicken, al pastor and asada thinking they would be small but they're a great size and very tasty. I'm personally a very picky eater and I loved everything including the chips and salsa. Will definitely be back to try more because they have a huge menu. read more

Now I'm Mexican and grew up in a small town in Jalisco and both my parents are from this small town in Jalisco as well, so when it comes to Mexican food, i expect authenticity not the watered down American version. We ordered their menudo and ordered a chilaquiles plate to share. Oh boy!!! The menudo was great! I gave it a 10 from a scale of 1-10, not to mention they give you homemade corn tortillas to go with the menudo!The chilaquiles in salsa verde platter with bistec was the winner for me!! Delish!! And let me tell you about the aguas frescas, they make these homemade!! I got the horchata and my daughter got the jamaica. I seriously wanted to take a gallon home. The service was impeccable. If you want authentic Mexican food, forget about Miguel's, Alberto's and all these places claiming they offer Mexican food. Try this place out, you won't regret it. The Chile rellenos were so tasty. However the staff was kind of rude. We ordered food to go so when we went to pick it up I asked for salsa and the cashier made a face and stared at me for a bit before giving me ONE more salsa. At first I thought maybe she gave me a lot and that's why she was looking at me funny but when I opened the bag there was only one salsa in there and there were three people eating... This place does not disappoint!!! I ordered their Caldo de res all I can say Is wow this is definitely the best Caldo de res I have had anywhere! We also ordered because it was taco Tuesday a whole bunch of their $.99 tacos and they were pretty yummy. Kimberly who was at the counter helping us was the sweetest girl and so helpful recommending things. Friendly customer service is a big plus for me and she was definitely an A+. She Talked me into getting there $.99 Side of guacamole which ends up being a huge side, and it was one of the best decisions I made. Their guacamole was super fresh super flavorful and she threw in some chips which were fresh crispy and really good. I also ordered a side of their refried beans wow these were amazing as well!!!. Now at a time of crisis I think supporting our small local businesses is great. This mom and pop Mexican grill is definitely worth the pick up or delivery. Instead, I received a combo consisting of 2 red sauce, cheese enchiladas, rice/beans for $14.95. Unhappy that I did not receive what I ordered. The 2 enchiladas for my little girl were more than the menudo. Shortly, after I ask the waitress if they sell enchiladas as I had ordered and she answers "no". Their chorizo tacos are made out of soy. My baby who I breastfeed is allergic to soy. I ate their chorizo tacos and my baby started pooping blood and mucus. Which only happens if I eat soy which I haven't eaten in months. Any other place I eat chorizo tacos she's fine because it's actually made out of meat. Not cheap soy. FYI I hadn't eaten out, or eaten anything with soy in weeks. Came into Bahia roughly a month or two ago when they had just opened. It's in a cozy corner location off of MCKinley. My wife and I recently moved out to Riverside and it's been tough being without our favorite eateries (although it's been fun finding new favorites in the IE) .We have been long time customers of Bahia in Orange when we lived in Santa Ana and the food at Bahia grill is the real deal. The chilaquiles were delicious service was excellent. The owner even came over and we talked about how long we have been eating their families food 20 years, likely longer than that. Absolutely love the bacon wrapped shrimp! It was delicious. My wife had the shrimp cocktail and shredded beef taco and said it was very flavorful especially the salsa they topped it with. HORRIBLE customer service. Placed an order by telephone and was told the food would be ready in 30 min which was perfect because I live a few city's over and my drive to the restaurant was 20-25 minutes. Arrived and walked up to the register, let one man know I called in an order and he couldn't find it. He asked another man behind the counter and he was not able to find it either. Nor were they able to find the order that was supposedly taken by the woman who answered the phone. They asked a 3rd person who I believe was the owner of the restaurant and when she finally got to the counter she told me that they ran out of menudo and that they just served the last 2 bowls to customers who obviously got there after we placed our order because they were just being served as we walked in (we had called and ordered 30 min prior along with a plate of chilaquiles even AFTER asking if they still had menudo left before placing my order) then proceeded to tell us that as soon as we hung up they got busy and sold all the menudo. Menudo isn't made in 30 min or less. What I don't I don't understand is why our food was not being prepared/packaged as soon as we hung up. Or where our order that was supposedly taken vanished to that they couldn't even find it. I'll be sure to tell my family and friends not to support this business or their new location. Luckily for us, Green Taco just down the road still had menudo left and it was delicious and perfect for that cold afternoon! Friendly staff, clean environment and very good food! read more

So I really like this place. I stopped by on the way to see one of my clients to have breakfast as they were really close to this location (and I was hungry). I had my standard Mexican food order of Machaca (my favorite). Being that it was morning I also had coffee. I love creamer, prob a little too much, and when they brought out the creamer it was cold...love that. Food was great, coffee was really good. Menudo is amazing and the salsa matcha adds that kick I like. I didn't know they had it but I saw a customer that seemed like a regular ask them and they brought it out. It was very spicy so I just added a couple of drops. The tortillas were hand made for the menudos and it just tasted like I was in Mexico. Portion was very filling. Service was outstanding and very inviting ambiance. I felt like they knew me. The restaurant was clean and the chips were warm and salsa was very tasty. Definitely will be back the chilaquiles that were being served looked delicious. I'll try that next time. My waiter was very nice and attentive.
