I work just down the street from Baker's. I've never been there so I thought I would give it a try. I looked on-line to see what the breakfast looked like , and decided to get the Egg and Bacon sandwich. I walked in at 11:18 to buy the Bacon and Egg sandwich that I had been looking forward to trying. The girl behind the register quickly was ready to take my order, then promptly told me that they stopped serving Breakfast at 11:15. So, I guess I was Three minutes late ordering breakfast at this family owned and run establishment. WOW, I said out loud, Three minutes? really?, the girl at the register said sorry. The family sitting there eating their breakfast couldn't believe it either. I can't say they were busy, they had one family indoors eating, and one car in the drive. Business must be really good. Okay, let me start by saying that I have been a huge Bakers fan over the years due to food quality and friendly service. My only issue with them is that they are all east of me and I am unable to patronize them regularly. The closest one is over a half hour away, assuming no traffic snarls. I had that opportunity last week when I was in the Ontario area for a doctors appointment. Ordered the Papa combo double and an iced tea. Also a grilled chicken sandwich for later. All items were fresh and tasty. They do the french fries perfectly as well, with nary a speck of potato skin in sight. This is what In-and-out should and could taste like-especially their fries-not that they are not quality, it is that Bakers is more flavorful and have a more diverse menu. Bakers staff have been uniformly friendly in my experience and was also the case on this day. One concern from this visit is that the french fries that I had on this day were not sprinkled with their usual lemon salt which adds to the flavor. Did they stop using this and I did not get the memo? Anyway, hope to return to the Inland Empire soon for another Bakers meal. read more

Camera here a couple months ago on a later night run. I was craving me some vegetarian tacos and nowhere else would satisfy that itch! I was so happy to find that Thai Bakers was open until midnight. We jumped in the car at about 11:00pm and got here by 11:30pm. I was a little worried that the employees would be upset by the last minute arrival buuut they were friendly and peppy all the same. Thank you for not being grumpy with us!! Also you made everything we ordered even when we ordered like a couple of stoners (hahaha). So those vegetarian tacos were bomb digging!! For a first timer at bakers I was highly disappointed, my husband is always eating there talking about how good the food is and the shakes mind you I've never found interest in eating at bakers but one night I didn't feel like going across to Taco Bell which is what I always do when he has a craving for bakers and decided to get the chili cheese fries and a chicken quesadilla.. worst decision of my life aside from the bad service i ordered the chicken quesadilla it had no flavor to add to it the quesadilla had more tortilla than chicken and cheese . But the worst part was when I was eating my chili cheese fries on top of them being a bowl of grease I found a thick black hair inside of my food I quickly just threw away my food after being so disappointed and ate a bowl of cereal at least there I know It can't be messed up. read more

The last few months something has changed, the food is not as fresh, not made like before. Like today the buns had a strange taste.. almost stale. Also the service is not the same as it used to be. They didn't honor the Yelp check in of a free chicken sandwich. I didn't want to be "that guy" so I paid for it anyway. The chicken sandwich was good but would've been better if it was free. The nachos were awesome and the butterfinger milkshake was a great way to end the night. Clean space, average atmospheres, service was slow, no one took my order after standing in front of counter for 5 minutes, although there were like 5 workers are in there, food: ordered chilly cheese fries 3.65$ (salty fries, super salty chilies) next time am asking for no salt on fries cuz chillies is already super salty. Chicken quesadilla was almost 5$ and only few pieces of chicken inside also small portion, and the burger around 3$, patty was thin and so small. Pricy fast food! As far as fast food goes, Bakers always hits the spot for me. First off, their food is really good. It's not something I can eat everyday but when I do it satifies the burger craving and makes me feel completely happy. I like that their meals are reasonably priced plus you can powersize any combo for additional 69. cents. They always have good coupons and deals going on throughout the year. Only black friday this year they had a taco, fries, and drink for a buck! I personally like their chicken quesadillas and mama number 1 burgers with fries and drink! Everytime I come here whether its drive thru or dining in, the food and fries always come out piping hot! The staff here are really friendly. read more

We just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 combination burritos and an order of fries to eat on our way home, a 1 hour drive. We got out on Archibald and I unwrapped the burritos and we both took a bite of cold burritos. They were wrapped in foil and paper, they were NOT fresh made! I love Baker's, it's like in n out with Mexican food lol but I really wish they would let me order fries well done! They just say "we'll make sure they're fresh" it's not about trying to scam you into mashing a new batch, I just really want them crispy! I pull up drive through at 9:50 pm, mind you it says closing times are until 11:00pm. An employee just walks out and places cones not explain why they are closed. Before you knock it.. LOL! My sister and Iove trying new places in the I.E. when I come for doctors appointments and treatments, we've have enough time to pick up lunch/dinner and desserts for the way back LOL! I've been following Bakers on IG for a while and the food always looked tasty to me! Low and behold this location is right across from the gym my sister goes to after she drops me off at the infusion center. This is our 3rd time picking up dinner and it's solid! There's something for everyone to eat and the prices are so affordable! Did I mention how great the customer service is?!! The minute we open the door ALL of the staff greets us and they thank us and say goodbye when we leave! It's little touches like that, that make you want to support businesses like Bakers! Our food is always on point and they never mess it up! My mom and sister love their ground beef tacos along with other Mexican items to choose from. My BRC was tasty! The quesadilla wasn't like Del Taco but I'll give them a pass because everything else is so tasty and the service is so great! There's other locations between Ontario and Fontana but we stick to what we like and come strictly to this one! Next time we come back it's all about trying their burgers! Still a fan of bakers and this location is the one we usually go to when we'd come back from pechanga/Vegas/San Manuel ect..the prices were already a bit high for fast food but now they've gone up more . Similar to hood burger joints . my usuals are the double baker and butterfinger shake. I've tried other things over the years and some were good others were meh. Nothing stands out in my mind so I can't name them. Their beef tacos are really good too kind of like the Del taco at Del taco lol. Lots of cheese and meat. Tuesday's they have a taco promotion. If you stop by I recommend the burgers and ground beef tacos. It's twin kitchen so they sell American and I'd say American style Mexican food . If you go I recommend dining in at least once because the have many different sauces to choose from in this location. Horrible customer service, they said they wanted to close early for Christmas eve a whole hour before 5pm when their door and online said on Christmas eve they close at 5pm. I get it's a holiday but there was still people chilling inside just waiting for 5pm to hit so they could leave, with a cone in front of the drive thru and a locked door. Just so corporate knows the workers that worked December 24th all got paid for sitting and not doing anything for the last hour (maybe longer) of their work day. We paid for delivery but had to go pick up our food from bakery. Bakers food was gross. Whoever had the daily shaker last night poured so much salt on the fries. I ordered bean burritos and the burrito had hardly any beans it was eating just a tortilla plus the beans were vey salty. We are done ordering from bakers. Worst food ever.... I never knew anyone could mess up fries. They were very greasy and old. They tasted like they were fried in old grease 10 times over. I ordered the twin mama meal. Which should have been called the "nasty mama meal" It included a taco, burger and fries. It looked nothing like the picture on the board. You could barely recognize the taco. It looked like only a shell. Taco had very little meat, one or 2 strains of lettuce and a couple of small chips of tomatoes. The burger was just slapped together. My husband had bean and cheese burritos meal. Needless to say it were tasteless. My daughter tasted one fry and threw the rest away. What an unhappy experience. We spent about $30 on our order. Most of it we could not eat. I would not serve the food we had to anyone. Less long a paying customer. As I think back. There was no one in the line but us. Now I see why. Don't eat there.
