It was in the plaza across from VA Long Beach. Very clean and chic spot. I didn't even get a pic of the coffees before we tried them. If you love good Vietnamese coffee, this place is for you! The coffees were delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness for an Asian. Strong, fresh coffee taste. I can definitely taste the banana in the banana coffee but not overpowering the coffee. I definitely agree with the other reviews that the coffee here is better than the other spots. Would definitely recommend!

Is this even tea? I am not sure if blended drinks are considered true milk tea but whatevers. I cannot believe how good this drink is. What the hell!!!!! No wonder the place is called KRAK! This moment has changed me forever. The King Brulee blended (formerly known as queen Brulee) is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing for my taste buds; a curse for my wallet from now on until I take my final breath on this mortal coil Aside from the best tasting boba tea in the world, the girl at the counter was friendly and answered my questions and even offered if I wanted to custom order something. the place was clean. The drink came out fast. I love when the drink is so fresh that you can feel the warm boba on the bottom. The deco and theme of the place was nice. It felt professional but not too sterile and corporate and empty like some other places can seem.

I was reading reviews beforehand and decided to get the King Brulee since it seemed like one of their popular drinks. Just personally for me, it was a little too sweet and I say that as someone who LOVES sweet drinks and sweet coffee. This one was just overwhelmingly sweet to the point where I couldn't really take another sip without feeling like I was getting a sugar rush lol. The drink itself was good though, don't get me wrong! I'd definitely come back and try it again, but next time I'd probably order it less sweet.

V Cafe is my favorite when I am visiting the salon two doors down. The owner is amazing and she…read moremakes everything from scratch. She also delivers to the other storefronts (her neighbors). I was first introduced to the café when I wanted a drink. The butterfly lemonade is the perfect thirst quencher. The lemonade is freshly squeezed from the lemon in the refrigerator case. You see her grab the lemon and hand juice it. The butterfly tea is then freshly brewed and added at the top giving you a drink with blue on top and lemon color on the bottom. The magic is when you mix it. Try it! When I had more time, I tried the beet salad. Its made to order. Fresh everything, crisp salad, candied walnuts, feta sprinkled on top, and the perfect raspberry vinaigrette to finish it off. It comes with toasted bread that gives you just enough carbs to round out the salad. The mushroom melt is packed with mushrooms and I always ask for havarti as its my favorite. She is flexible when she is able to (ingredient availability or pre-prepped). But it is no small sandwich. I usually get the soup and sandwich. I have tried the tomato, mushroom, and lentil soups. All very filling and compliments the sandwich. Mushroom soup is seasonal so when you see it, try it. It is amazing. The impossible Caesar salad is made so fresh as if it is straight from the farm. The café also serves coffee items. Be sure you head over early though. It closes right when late lunch turns to early dinner or if she is out of main ingredients.

I ordered the cortado which was a decent drink and I thought I was going to get it in a dine in cup like the pictures but no. So onto to the sandwich I ordered which was the Mushroom Melt and it did deliver with cheese but it looked like they threw in a couple or so of mushrooms and called it a day. The service felt like I was a bother to them or her I should say. It rattles me when the person taking your order is fidgety and looks like she had better things to do. Maybe the college students that come don't mind but I definitely do. I'm really surprised they're still in business. And that's my take on this failed adventure, Peace out...

The baristas that day were genuinely so cool, Deja or Teja (I think?) and another guy. Didn't get his name but I remember him being super posh. Their energy honestly made the whole experience, like they fully carried it. I came back a few days ago and the vibe gave me whiplash. I asked for a flat white like last time and the barista didn't know what that was. Which is fine. I ordered a latte instead, oat milk, two pumps of lavender, and a single extra shot in a medium. Came out to around $9. I understand coffee prices, but when I saw the racks of Torani syrup my heart shattered. Like... seriously? And I was also told they use the same beans for drip coffee and espresso. I don't get how management justifies these prices for a drink that can't even qualify as mediocre. I feel kind of played. Torani, people. TORANI for NINE (9) dollars! The drink tasted like perfume and the milk was improperly aerated. I couldn't get a flat white, so I ordered a latte, but somehow received a cappuccino in the style of Chanel No. 1 off Santee Alley. A few sips in I saw an unidentified insect crawling behind the Torani racks and immediately left. Also the older people sitting comfortably on the patio wearing politically insensitive clothing... why did they stop their conversation to watch me walk in and out? Are they security? I guess the first time the employees made it fun enough that I came back, even with Blue Bottle right by my cosmetic ENT (which is why I was even in the area). I live on the northeast side of Los Angeles where there is no shortage of cafes to impress or disappoint me, so I can't believe I went out of my way to get scammed this blatantly. I can't recommend this place to anyone who actually likes coffee. I told my ENT about this place, so now I just hope he doesn't botch me out of spite in a few weeks.

Very convenient, lol. After browsing a couple pics on Yelp, I decided to try their chai latte. (Since moving to Long Beach from San Diego two years ago, I've been DYING for a creamy cup of chai. Everywhere I'd tried so far was just a spicy cup of hot tea -- not creamy or very sweet at all. I had honestly given up looking but something about Wolf's made me try theirs.) I'm SO glad I did! I've FINALLY found my perfect cup of creamy chai latte in Long Beach! I don't live super close, but you bet I'll be making the 10-15 minute drive to get my chai latte fix every so often.
