Small and mighty / gotta love all the flavor variety. It literally has something for everyone to enjoy, sorbet, sundae, cone, dish, cakes... I called ahead to see if my favorite flavor was available and IT WAS!!! I headed over to this one since it was the closest. Monkey Business 2 scoops please. Soooooooooooo tasty!! Service with a smile - can't beat it. Enjoy!

Baskin-Robbins $36 ice cream cake but where is the ice cream?

Ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location. It was $36. Upon getting the cake, we noticed it was pretty small. Upon cutting it open, it had a sliver of ice cream. The rest was cake. We contacted the store and Farshid said he would send a certificate via email for a new cake and then hung up the phone abruptly. Followed up via email a few times and then when he finally replied, he said he had sent it via text. He then proceeded to send a bunch of very rude texts, insisting that I was somebody else. He definitely did not because I never gave him my cell phone and when I called him, it was from a landline. He said it was for a mini cake from the freezer case which is not what we ordered. Everything about this experience has been frustrating. Proceed with caution when ordering a custom cake.

Just your average Baskin-Robbins. As long as it's clean and has all the flavor you want that's the most important thing. I have only had 2 flavors over the past 15 years since Jamoca Almond Fudge is one of my favorite flavors and I like their Chocolate Peanut Butter a lot. I haven't had any of their other flavors so as long as those two are available I'm happy. There's a few seating area inside and outside here and parking is pretty available.

Such a throwback, I've been coming to Baskin-Robbins since it was 31 flavors and I got to take my husband for the first time which was such a treat. Somehow he instinctively knew to get daiquiri ice which is a flavor I haven't discovered outside of Baskin Robbins and is definitely one of my favorite flavors. I usually get the pistachio almond but this time I was in a peanut butter mood I went for scoop of chocolate peanut butter. It was quite yummy. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall and the staff were fast and efficient. Lots of flavors to choose from too so there's something for everyone!

What do you do when there's a heat wave outside and you need a way to cool down? Seek out ice cream of course! The Baskin Robbins franchise has been around for as long as I can remember. Interestingly enough, Tustin has always had a location although it hasn't always been where it is today. I'm always a fan of the tried and true, so their Gold Medal Ribbon flavor is where it's at for me. Regardless, you have up to 31 flavors to select from so enjoy!

Baskin Robbins had a promo today for a free single scoop with promo code in app. This is my first time using their app, so I actually downloaded and walked in to the store to look at the selections. Interesting enough, my favorite flavor that wasn't showing up in the app was available so I mentioned it to the girl that was working and she said I can order any flavor on the app and she will substitute with what I want. When I placed the order, it prompted for credit card info (no Apple Pay) because they charged tax off the original price, which I wasn't expecting but I did it because I was already there. The girl working was so friendly. She changed my flavor for me and gave me a nice big scoop.

Friendly staff and yummy ice cream. They also have a great birthday club that you can include birthdays for your entire family on one account. You get a QR code to scan on the mobile app for the free birthday scoop. Today I stopped by for the free scoop deal on the app and got a nice sized scoop of strawberry cheesecake! Yum!

This location is very clean and the girl that helped us was very nice and fast. My go to is always a layered Oreo sundae at any Baskin Robbins. My complaint may seem petty but they don't use real Oreos to top the sundae at this location. It is small but totally changed the taste of my sundae. Maybe the owners thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but theres a difference. read more

Waited 15 minutes to be served after being ignored by what appeared to be the owner and employees. After asking for service was berated by the owner about being served and how customers behind us need to now stand behind us so we can get served. After ordering was yelled at again about being not leaving because we were waiting for our food to be served. Ice cream was melted and not worth the price. Tables and seats inside were still dirty so we had to stand. read more

We recently got our son a cake for his birthday. The round one with fudge, nuts, and vanilla ice cream all the way through! Delicious! Everyone ate it with nothing left on the plate. In July I ordered a unicorn ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. The lady who helped me was SUPER nice but I think there was a language barrier. I asked how I should store the cake until the party and she said the fridge was fine. I was surprised but went with it. So the day before my daughter's party, I picked up the cake and confirmed that I could store it in the fridge. She said yes, yes fridge... so i went home and put it in the fridge. Welp, 5 hours later, I wanted to make sure the cake banner would look nice on the cake. I opened the box and it was ice cream soup! Yeah my bad for thinking ice cream could last in the fridge. BUT the lady at BR said it would be fine. I called the store and asked for a replacement cake, crying! The manager Fred said he would replace it but he didn't have another unicorn cake. He offered a simple balloon cake for the free replacement. I was devastated but had no choice coz the party was the next morning. Well the next morning, on my way to pick up the replacement generic cake, Fred called. He said he went to a couple of different stores and finally found a unicorn cake for my baby girl! I was thrilled! I did have to pay full price for the unicorn cake but the smile and excitement on my baby girl's face was so worth it! Thank you Fred for going above and beyond. 1st time at this location on the 31st. I came at a great time since the line wasn't long. I tried the lemon custard which I liked. The set up is a little narrow so I couldn't see all the flavors to make my decision. I just asked it they also had the pineapple coconut, which they did. So I ordered 2 scoops for 1.70/scoop. What great customer service! We arrived a little before opening and were welcomed right in. The gentleman (I believe was the owner) assisted us with a personalized ice cream cake and a scoop to go. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.

The Honeymee -- true milk ice cream with honeycomb -- is also pretty good if you're into honeycombs. My bf's favorite is the Dear Caramel, which has a caramel drizzle topped with what is reminiscent of dalgona coffee bits. The milkshakes here are also a solid choice. While I'm still sad that my favorite and closest Honeymee location in Garden Grove closed a couple of years ago, the Irvine location is pretty reliable in terms of consistency and service.

Slander is a legal term used to describe false statements made by one party against another. I made no false statements - unlike your response. I did not react to you rudely when you came in, your staff had no issues with me, and you were parked far longer than 8 min. You are clearly angry, but evidently not contrite. You broke the law (CA sections 22511.7 and 22511.8), but you justify that because you are a good person who donates to charity. Sadly, your reaction is typical of someone who gets called out for parking in handicapped. It is a rare person who can simply take accountability and say they are sorry. I would give this place zero stars if I could, came here for my birthday scoop, some guys came in after me, The worker/owner(elderly man with few hair) asked me what I wanted, then quickly moved on to the guys behind me, and said, I'll get you guys first, they were hesitant, and eventually he got the point, and told me he didn't have to service me first because I wasn't paying. Literally the worst service in the world. Ice cream was good though, go to any other location. The only reason there's good reviews it's bc they bribe people by having the "give us a Yelp review for free scope". Also the owner is a dick for telling me I have bad attitude. I got a great deal from Groupon for a catering at my house. The staff delivered 5 flavors of ice cream all of which I chose and was PLENTY! The girl who serviced our party was very kind and made sure everyone got enough wet/dry toppings. Overall I'd say we got more than what we expected and the groupon deals are totally worth it! They also have $14 for $20 groupon toward anything so you can buy a cake at a discount. I'm surprised that this store has such bad ratings because as a regular customer, every time I go in I feel welcomed and notice the hard work the staff puts into each shift especially when it comes to making customers happy. 15/10 would recommend. I have been going to Baskin-Robbins all my life. Growing up i just used to call it the "pink store" and get so excited every time my parents would take me here. All of the people working here at this Baskin-Robbins are as sweet as their ice cream. They always have the biggest, most friendly smiles on their faces and give you endless samples! which is great for the very indecisive person that I always am. And I love their $1.31 deal every month! This Baskin-Robbins is by far my favorite in all of Orange County! Highly recommend the visit!! read more

Baskin Robbins is a staple in the community and I truly love coming to this store. It is family owned and run, everyone always smiles, the ambiance is always happy and theres so many delicious things to order. I love the Cappuccino Blast and would recommend it with Jamoca ice cream for a more rich, creamy, coffee texture. I love Baskin Robins. It is my favorite ice cream place. They have great service and I can't wait to go back there. They also have a lot of flavors for ice creams. You can buy two pints of ice cream for $9.99 which is a really great idea. You can customize your own cake for a birthday or a special event.
