They didn't have to accommodate a small cup of cajun grits, but they did. We will continue to come back because the food is fresh, delicious, and very well portioned. It came with a side of rice. The oysters were good. Forgot to ask where from. We had some Bloody Mary oyster shooters and a glass of MIO sparkling sake. That was refreshing, sweet just like moscato. During the conversation, the manager repeatedly emphasized that they are "always busy," which felt dismissive rather than helpful. The overall tone came across as VERY condescending, especially given the occasion. For a restaurant known for hospitality, this was disappointing. The lunch was booked at another restaurant. Water was not served and they did not have anyone to bus the tables. 6. I received 5 reports of people getting sick after the dinner. 7. After the dinner, I spoke with the Chef and let her know how disappointed our family was/is with their lousy food and service. I told her I have been going to and planning large events for over 30 years and I have never experienced anything this. Her response was "I have people to pay, I need the final payment". I told her there is no way I would ever consider paying her for her horrible food and service. I told her she had no business being in business and she ruined our kids wedding.
