    salmon niçoise salad
    Lea M.

Bazille is always a safe lunch spot in Stonebriar mall. Stopped in with some friends after some shopping and it got the spot. We had the salmon niçoise salad, soup, sandwiches and salad with steak. Everything was cooked well. The service wasn't as attentive, but aside from that, everything else was great. Nice cocktail/wine menu.

Service was great! Bekah 5/5! She's a superstar! Overall the food wasn't terrible. The salmon was overcooked and both dishes were on the saltier side.

I ordered the Caesar salad , there is a hint of anchovies at the right amount which I love , and the chicken cooked and done right. I also love the crispy Parmesan cheese. My son had a crispy chicken sandwich, he is usually very picky but for this one he said that it was full of "yummynies " , very flavorful in a sophisticated kind of way ( his words!). I went there on a Monday around noon and got seated right away , Rocky, our server was pretty quick and very attentive . The place was surprisingly quiet with nice music in the background. This place is a hit for my 13 year old kid! We also like that we can see the chefs making the the food :)

    Ginger sesame salad with shrimp

Have been here many times while shopping at Northpark. Their food is always top notch. I especially love the ginger sesame salad with shrimp added. My friend loves their cilantro lime chicken tacos. They have some really good choices. It is a great atmosphere and great service. I usually go for lunch but have been for dinner too and it was great.

    Aussie Lamb with Tuscan Vegetables

As we arrived in Dallas we are looking for something quick within walking distance to our hotel, which is at the local mall. Typically, I stray away from mall food, but it's Nordstrom's... ‍and plus the restaurant had a lot of nice reviews so we decided to check out Bazille. Bazille is a small French style cafe within Nordstrom's. They have a fully stocked bar, full menu and other trinkets like sauces seasonings for purchases. I first noticed the open kitchen view from our table which is always cool to see. Reassures proper handling and cleanliness of the kitchen. Upon receiving the feature menu, I was immediately drawn to the Aussie Lamb and Tuscan Vegetables dish. The description of the dish, whipped ricotta, pistachio gremolata, roasted potatoes, petite tomato and spinach, it all read FLAVOR. And that is delivered on!! The lamb was well seasoned with a nice crust from the grill. The roasted potatoes were excellent. They had a lemon and herb flavor that paired perfectly with the lamb. The petite tomatoes, spinach and pistachio gremolata was a nice touch that added a nutty, acidic flair. There could have been a bit more of those add on. And the whipped ricotta added a nice creamy touch that brought it all together. Excellent dish and excellent price point, only $24. We also ordered the crab bisque. It was very creamy nice balanced flavors. I was hoping for a bit of crab chunks on top which it didn't have but still really good.

WOW! My sister, niece and myself hosted a bridal shower at your amazing restaurant this past Saturday, and we have never experienced such amazing service, delicious gourmet food, and a perfect, modern, fun atmosphere! General Mgr, Josh Bland, Assistant GM, Walter Gaskins communicated so well with us, gave us many menu options, and were simply top notch! We had the best server, Clint, who was dedicated to our party and could not have done a better job. We met Chef, Richard Marquina to offer our praises and gratitude to him and his team. I highly recommend Bazille for any occasion and especially for a special event! The love and sincerity shined through in each of these kind and hard working individuals, who simply went above and beyond to make sure this was a special event. Thank you! May God bless each of them and their special restaurant!

Crab mango avocado salad with burned bread
    Jenny C.

The Crab mango avocado salad was very small and the dressing was lacking in flavor (the dressing is usually very good). The grilled bread that comes with the salad was charred and burned - threw it away. The avocado was bad when I turned it over so I threw it out and luckily had one at home I could use. For $24 I feel pretty ripped off and hungry still. The crab bisque was very creamy and good.

Crab Bisque - tomato soup with tiny bits of crab. But had good flavor.

The decor is impressive, it really makes you feel like you have stepped into Paris, from all the pretty flowers to the love locks. La Parisienne is a hit, it's perfect for a date night, special occasions, and girls brunch. The service is always quick and friendly. The cocktails are 10/10, delicious and the bartenders aren't shy with the alcohol. For appetizer's I love the L o b s t e r A u B e u r r e, you can never go wrong with it. The oysters are always fresh, and I also enjoy the pork belly lollipops. As far as entrees, The butter salmon is a good choice if you're looking for something light, it's a smaller sized portion. The branzino is decent, the shrimp risotto is my favorite. I wasn't a fan of the chicken francaise, definitely skip that. Overall there are plenty of options their menu is impressive and there's so many great desserts! You can't go wrong!

The decor and overall ambiance are definitely picture-perfect and create a great setting for celebrations, girls' outings, or anyone looking for a cute, photo-worthy experience. Unfortunately, the menu selections were a bit too limited for our preferences. We decided to try a few different items, but the food didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the photos. While everything looked appealing, the flavors were underwhelming. The highlight of the visit was definitely the drinks--they were well-crafted, enjoyable, and probably the main reason I would recommend stopping by. Service was attentive. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful tea party atmosphere, great photo opportunities, and tasty drinks, this spot may be worth checking out. However, if you're visiting primarily for the food, it may not meet the expectations created by its social media presence. For me, it was a one-time experience, and I likely wouldn't return.

I ordered the cheese plate as my appetizer, the truffle souffle for my main, and the raspberry souffle for my dessert. The cheese plate had 4 wonderful cheeses and a number of tasty accompanying treats like figs and cornichon pickles. I would very much recommend it. The main souffle was kinda one note. The mushroom flavor was strong and I wish there was more cheese or some larger chunks of mushroom, perhaps some gravy, but that may be too british. I enjoyed this, but I will try another souffle when I return. On the other hand, my raspberry dessert souffle was delicious. Lightly flavored and sweetened on its own, the supplied raspberry sauce brought strong flavors to the pillowy souffle. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere here was outstanding. The decor was cute and welcoming in equal measure.

Oh man... what a let down this visit was for us…read more My wife and I have come here at least once a year for the past 3 years, and we've always loved this place. The food has always been great and the experience was something we looked forward to. That's why we chose to celebrate an early Valentine's Day here -- to avoid the crazy rush and the preset menu. But this time? Completely different experience. We got seated right away because of our reservation, which was great. It took a few minutes for the waiter to come by -- no big deal. I ordered an Old Fashioned and honestly... the bartender needs some help. It came out full of crushed ice and tasted watered down. I sent it back, and the second one was basically the same drink with more whiskey thrown in. At that point, I just let it go. Then things just kept going downhill. After about 20 minutes, we realized we hadn't gotten any bread. We asked the waiter and he said he'd check. Another 10 minutes go by and he comes back saying, "Still no bread," and drops off the wrong appetizer -- we had only ordered a salad. He takes it back, and it's another 15 minutes before our actual salad shows up. Still no bread. At one point, we could literally see him arguing with someone in the back about why we didn't get bread yet. Not exactly something you want to watch during a date night. The food, when it finally came out, was delicious. No complaints there. But it took forever. By the time we were eating, it was about 45 minutes until closing... and we had gotten there two hours earlier. Then comes the payment situation. The waiter brings the check back and casually tells me I gave him two credit cards and he "just picked the brighter one." I look down and he had handed me someone else's credit card while mine was still sitting in the book. That's not a small mistake. Overall, it just felt unorganized and sloppy this time. I don't know if they're short staffed or just getting too busy for their own good, but it was disappointing, especially for a place we've genuinely enjoyed in the past. Hoping it was just an off night... but it definitely made us think twice about coming back.
