Amazing fresh bread, pastries, breakfast, and lunch. Ingredients were all fresh. You can tell the employees are all happy. The only thing that bothered me a tad bit was they asked for a tip when you pay in the app and you order at a counter and you're supposed to bust your own table so what are you tipping for? Other than that, I will be back.

We got a Shakshuka to go which comes with toasted sourdough. I love the bread here and we also got a loaf of their sourdough-so good! The Shakshuka is a Mediterranean dish with eggs poached in a tomato based sauce and toast to dip in the sauce. The Shakshuka was good but the eggs were overcooked and yolks were solid. I probably wouldn't order this again because I've had it prepared better at other restaurants but I still love their bread.

Pastries are great (eg, fig with rosemary cream), but if it's hot outside then waiting in line becomes intolerable because of their 6 person in-line limit, which they enforce. After ordering, there's no place to sit inside during the busy lunch hours unless you choose to sit outside in the unbearable heat. It's also hard to hear inside to get your drink orders and no way to order more food or drinks after you've ordered. You'll just have to get in line again.. hopefully they can start giving numbers for orders with a QR code to order more once seated.

beloved before rock climbing. Sandra, for the idea, absolutely amazing matcha blueberry supreme. Sarah, for making these awesome pastries, you all are the best! After one bite, I felt like I was floating in heaven. The astonishing taste of the matcha and blueberry was like hollow purple from jujitsu kaisen.

I have been buying Beloved's stuff for years now at the Carson City Farmers Market. I was glad to have the time to stop into the new brick-and-mortar location at RPM in Reno. The bakery space is large here, but unfortunately, there is very limited seating inside. There is some seating outside; however, almost every time I have come by this place, it looks packed. Something to keep in mind. They offer a small food menu and, of course, have their delicious breads and pastries available for purchase. I ended up picking a bear claw and a pecan pan suisse. I was super impressed by the bear claw- probably the best I have ever had, and bear claws were one of my favorite pastries growing up. I ate a lot of them! The filling to flaky, crispy pastry ratio was amazing! The pecan pan suisse was good, but didn't knock my socks off as I expected. I have been following this guy's journey since he was just dishing out a few sourdough loaves a week at the farmers market, so it's cool to see a local business owner truly thriving. Beloved's Bakery and Cafe is a great addition to the bakery scene in Reno, and I will certainly return.

Would come again? YES Food: Bakery items are very solid and made with detail. Service: There can be a line but goes fast. staff is helpful in answering questions. Ambiance: Very lively and aesthetically appealing. Not a place to pull out a laptop, but perfect for conversing.

Visiting family and came here after a morning walk. Extremely clean nice inside and outside seating. Pastry selection was good would Have liked option for Bran type muffins. Bread selection was awesome. Drinks as well but no decaf. Parking was ample and everyone was extremely friendly. I purchased a croissant for a friend and they throughly enjoyed it.

Beloved's Bakery & Cafe is one of those spots that keeps you coming back because there's always something new. First it was the pineapple bun... now this chocolate mousse cherry petit gâteau; rich, smooth chocolate with that cherry layer inside, perfect balance and not overly sweet. And it's not just desserts... their pizza, sandwiches, and almond croissants are all solid. The sourdough bread is everything crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside All their breakfast options are good too, this shakshuka with that bread on the side? perfect combo. Yes, it gets busy (lines out the door), but I don't mind waiting for quality like this. Ambiance is mellow and relaxing but busy at the same time.. it's probably their amazing coffee that makes it feel this way. I love it here! The staff is amazing and super helpful, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth it.

I guess I just found my new favorite breakfast place in town! The breakfast food is amazing, definitely love the chicken fried steak. And there is a great variety of pastries, which looks so delicious! The service is great, and the staff is very helpful. The place is not very big, and it gets packed pretty fast during the weekend.

I usually stop here at least twice a month amazing pastries and food always friendly staff sometimes they are a little busy but worth the wait parking is usually easier to get I highly recommend their morning bun or one of the fruit danishes are usually the best and for their savory their sandwiches are always super good

I wish, I wish that carbs didn't kill me because I really love this place. We have been here about a half a dozen times. Normally I review right off the bat, but I have changed my style more recently to review places after a handful of visits, and be a little more critical. But I have to say that I really love the food that I have had at Beloved's. I have gotten the shakshuka many times and it's fantastic. The bread quality is unbeatable. The coffee is good. Better than most bakeries and cafes but not a true craft coffee. That being said, their dandelion latte is exceptional. They are a quick serve type of place. You get your own utensils, and napkins at a stand. Your own water glasses and bus your own table. The only service you get is the food dropped to your numbered table. Like most bakeries that I have been to. All of their pastries are top quality as well. I haven't had a bad or poorly make item from them ever. We will keep coming back! Especially with the new shades they installed. So much more space outside.

My family and I visit Reno often and are always looking for new brunch spots. We finally tried Beloved's at the Reno Public Market and loved it! The breakfast bialy was phenomenal, and the bear claw and fruit basket were delicious. My kids enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, and my iced latte was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Great prices, delicious food, and friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing pastries (including vegan options such as the chocolate croissant), loved the morning bun as well! My husband had the butter croissant with his coffee and he said it was delicious! Really good coffee! Service was swift, although they do get a bit of a line going. Comfortable seating with a very open seating plan.

We ordered the BBQ Pork Buns, Minced Pork Dumplings, and Sui Mai. We took everything home and steamed it ourselves. I also picked up a Napoleon pastry from the bakery case. The BBQ Pork Bun was good with nice flavor. I would order it again, especially since I don't know of many other places in Reno where I can get one of my favorite dim sum items. The Minced Pork Dumplings, however, were not for us. I believe the flavor of the Chinese leek may have been what turned us off. As for the Napoleon, it wasn't very sweet or particularly flavorful, and it made quite a mess to eat. Not something I'd reorder. The Sui Mai was delicious, and I would definitely order it again. This was the winner of our take home feast. While not everything was a hit for us, we'd return for the Sui Mai and BBQ Pork Buns and other explore some other items that we have yet to try.

That said I do want to share one honest observation. On top of premium pricing -- which I'm happy to pay for quality -- Perenn also charges subscribers for their Substack newsletter. For an independent bakery scraping by, that makes complete sense. For a thriving six-location restaurant group with real momentum and expansion capital, it feels like a bridge too far. The brand story and the people behind it are genuinely compelling -- that content should be how you invite customers deeper into your world, not an additional revenue line. The food earns five stars. The Substack paywall earns a raised eyebrow. Share your story freely -- you've clearly earned the audience.
