Assorted Meats & Cheeses (Tagliere di salumi e formaggi ) $26

Warm, cozy, and sort of (medium) upscale restaurant located inside McArthur Glen outlets by the airport in Richmond. I probably wouldn't choose to dine in here while shopping at the outlet as it is on the fancier side (both the interior and price point), as I'd personally be more interested in a grab-and-go type of food while I'm here. It was a fantastic and delicious meal though. My order: Montanara - White Pizza $28: Wood fired oven pizza crust was incredible. It's on the thinner side which I love, and has a nice chew to it in terms of texture. Topped with mozzarella, porcini mushroom, coppa Piacentina DOP, scamorza, and TRUFFLE OIL. I'd say the highlight here was the truffle oil and procini mushroom - I'm a sucker for this combo. Good amount of toppings, and I'd definitely order this one again. Assorted Meats & Cheeses (Tagliere di salumi e formaggi ) $26: Pretty good selection of italian curAed meats and cheeses. Nothing unique or notable, but it was delicious and well plated on a wooden platter. Served with focaccia which was tasty (I think they pop this into the wood fired oven too).

Can't think of a better way to celebrate the imminent return of Bilbo ( albeit in Lego form ) than a visit to Bibo , our current fave pizza joint in all of Richmond . This time we had the crudo ( white pizza ) featuring proscuitto and arugula on top but it's really the dough that stole the show . Seriously that pizza crust's sooo irresistible - chewy but in a very satisfying kinda way . Spaghetti Bolognese is exactly what you'd expect from a proper pizzeria : hearty in-house meat sauce on a bed of al dente pasta . The watered down Caesar was a bit of a letdown though . Anyhow we shall gladly return with Bilbo in tow , probably in my hoodie pocket , for more pizzadventures :D

Such delicious flavours on this pizza! no need for extra oil or sauce! the server didn't speak great english so he struggled to understand my questions. Inside was super cozy and welcoming

The location is very nice because it is inside the big outlet near the airport, restaurant that specializes in authentic neopolitan pizza. we went there as a group and all of us cravings was pizza,we just ordered different flavors and not trying other stuffs from the menu.stone oven cook pizza something new around town..... Most crew speaks italian which i believed not necessary because this is Canada and not Italy, and i see most patrons are not Italian actually mostly were asians when we came. nice and new place but not very neat when we came, the table we were seated is actually sticky, the waiter is trying to impress us with his Italian accent but reality he had a hard time getting and understanding what we really want to order,,,that's actually sucks.... we ordered the fallowing pizza aortolana-tomato,mozzarella,eggplant,zucchini and red pepper,we had the montanara-porcinni mushroom cream coppa piancantinu, smoked scamorza and truffle oil,the Boccane-tomato,mozarella,pancetta,pepperoni,scarmoza and eggplant. plus we just had some coffee, tea and some of us pop Common review from the group pizza were dry,not really appetizing plus service is not very friendly... we would like to give this place another chance and we would like to try some other stuffs aside from pizza. cash/card/debit...wifi free huge parking courtesy of the outlet

    Everyone loved the cheese!

Great authentic Italian pizza, everyone loves the food and we go here every time we go shopping at Richmond outlets. Service is great and the restaurant is spotless, only downside is the price, seems a bit steep for what you get.

    burratini

ordered delivery worst food i've had in years. had the cacio e pepe rigatoni and the burratini pasta and added mozzerella for $5 extra. the rigatoni was undercooked not al dente, no sauce whatsoever literally zero. tasted like unseasoned pasta with pepper on it. had to completely recook and re season as to not waste any food. was so inedible at first. the pizza is just tomato sauce with one piece of basil on each slice with the smallest piece of burrata. they forgot the $5 mozzarella i added as well which was truly the cherry on top. skip this place my meal was absolute garbage. didn't think to take a picture of the pasta before i reseasoned it. please hire new chefs i can genuinely cook better pasta than this myself. pasta was around $25 and pizza $29 after add ons. bigwaste of money

Had the white pizza with mushrooms..mushrooms tasted exactly like canned..funny colour...spongy.. slimy. Never have I had a pizza with these mushrooms...could not eat them. My grandson had a Margaritta pizza and basically no cheese to speak of. Pizza is his favorite meal and he didn't eat it. Server never offered to take anything off the bill. Should have had Steveston pizza...where they actually have fresh mushrooms and cheese. Disgusting!Italian Pizza

Margarita Pizza with artichoke and pancetta

We were seated at the bar right away and our pizza came out very quick also. Amazing authentic pizza! The Margarita pizza with added artichoke and pancetta was delicious. 10/10.

    Excellent Caprese!

Absolutely smelled delicious when we walked into place. Hip, warm feeling. Like it. Friendly service, prompt and attentive. Ordered Caprese salad which was delish with great buffalo mozzarella. We shared a pizza margarita with artichokes. Looked great, smelled great, the top crust was yummie: crunchy like you'd expect. The bottom, however...., soggy and not completely warm. That was disappointing. My friend loved it and kept eating, so I didn't turn it into a big deal. If I would've been by myself I would've returned it. Soggy pizza with too much tomato sauce on the bottom and just luke warm isn't my thing. I will go back and try again. It could be "one of these...."

Real Italian pizza. There is only one size but it can be shared if not that hungry. We had two pizza and a bruschetta shared for three and it was just great. The pizza is really good and made in firewood. Definitely I will stop there again when I come to the mall.

    Good pizza

Very nice atmosphere here with comfy seating and art on the walls. There's a large secluded seating…read morearea in the back which you might miss if you don't know it's there. The vibe was very peaceful and then a family with three very loud kids came in...didn't really bother me, but just be prepared that you can't necessarily count on a quiet environment since it seems to get a big crowd coming from the beach/park which of course can include families. My lunch here was great, I had a masala chickpea wrap, a slice of carrot cake, and a turmeric latte. I especially enjoyed the carrot cake, it had big pieces of dried fruit which was delicious and gave it great texture. Their turmeric latte was spicy and comes unsweetened, but not bitter. The baristas were mostly nice but seemed a little disorganized, although I think one of them might have been in training. I confirmed that everything was "for here" 3 times and they still gave me my sandwich in a to-go box which is my pet peeve. Overall, though, I really liked the place. I just was at Deep Cove this once for a little day trip so this was probably a one-off visit, but if I lived nearby, it's the kind of place I'd want to come back to.
