When I eat anything with eggplant on it, I always prefer my eggplant to be cooked until it has become very soft. My daughter however ordered the exact same pizza as me, and for some reason the veggies were not as soft on her pizza; so while I very much enjoyed my food I think this restaurant needs to work a bit on consistency since my daughter's pizza wasn't quite as enjoyable as mine.
