You can choose your own crust to your own toppings. I chose to customize as I love toppings on my pizza! They have a decent selection of toppings to choose from. The staff was friendly but they needed to be educated more on changing their gloves. The young employee helping me walk away from the line to grab more of something that they ran out of and he went Into the back to get more but form touching the door handle to the product to the door handle again and then handling my food that's cross contamination in so many ways. I was visiting the Noteo ice cream place next door, and the smell from Blaze was assaulting me in a good way. So I decided that's what's for dinner. My daughter ordered the Hot Link and she really liked it. She said the flavor was good, she had a balsamic finish. I had the Veg Out with olive oil and pesto finish. I really like being able to choose my finish, and you have multiple choices. I had mine cooked well done. I was very pleased with my choice. This visit to blaze was one of the best, hands down! Upon entering, the place was filled to the brim with people because of a fundraiser so my first instince and thought was to leave and come back because of how long it will take, there was at least 15 people ahead of me all placing an order. Those 15 people flew through the line and recieved their pizzas so quickly it was insane! When it was my turn to go up and order, I decided to do a build your own and ordered a pizza with chicken, sausage, spinach and goat cheese on half. The ingredients on the line where the workers grab it from were always covered until they needed and and all the items looked insanely fresh! They have the option to get a red or white sauce for your pizza but I went old fashioned and asked for the red. They have so many different types of cheese such as goat, mozzarella and feta. They also have an insane amount of toppings such as olives, tomatoes, basil, spinach, basically any pizza topping possible! When I went to the counter the owner was working the register who was apologizing profusely to everyone explaining that they're not holding like this on a Wednesday night and it's only because of the fundraiser which is totally acceptable. Whether you like 1 topping or 10, Blaze is the place for you! It's so customizable. You can choose from one of their pre selected combos or build your own. Just make your way down the food line and they will top your pie right in front of you with whatever you choose. They have a wide range of sauces and toppings to meet the needs of everyone. I typically go with the Art Lovers and add and subtract a few things along the way. Then when you get to the end of the line they pop into into the super hot brick oven. Give it about 10 minutes and they will call your name. At that time you can add any finishes to your hearts desire! I usually go with the arugula and balsamic glaze drizzle. For a personal pie, and usually some left overs if you're not super starving will run you around $9 plus tax. It's pretty reasonable for something so unique and special toppings won't cost any extra. We came tonight for Yelp Elite Week and ordered our usuals, I got the red vine and added Kalamata olives . Hubby ordered the build your own which pretty much had everything on it. Both were amazing. Although this was free for us tonight, they are very affordable, $8.75! That's it! You can choose from one of their specialty pizzas or build your own. They now offer additional types of crusts like high-rise dough, gluten-free dough, cauli crust & Keto crust for a few dollars more. Something for everyone. They also have salads, desserts and beverages. This location is great because it's right on University Drive just south of I-595 in Davie, FL. Plenty of parking even on a busy night like tonight. Had a very nice vegan pizza but did not get the gluten free so my stomach paid the price. It was prepared freshly and I got too choose what I wanted on this pizza. I like just vegan cheese and mushrooms nothing fancy. My friend ordered everything she could put on it cheese, spinach, peppers, olives , meat and a few other veggies. Upon entry it's an assembly line to make you pizza with all the ingredients directly in front of you, which I just loved. Blaze employees are very attentive and always fulfill any additional requests. For example, if you want extra of a certain topping, they'll go ahead and add it. After your pizza is completed, the employee packaging and slicing them will also add additional toppings, if you desire. For me, I hate when the oven burns the spinach/arugula/basil, so I always get it added at the end. They also have to-go cups of their sauces, including ranch, pesto, and buffalo. If you've never been, think a Chipotle, but with thin-crust pizza. At first they let you choose your sauce: classic red, spicy red, white, and pesto -you can also combine. Then, they have a variety of meats and cheeses. At this Blaze, they do not carry salami or turkey sausage. Following the meats, there are plenty of additional toppings, such as pineapple, basil, zucchini, peppers, etc. Each build-your-own pizza is $8.95, but the Blaze app frequently has BOGO, free drink, and other offers. read more

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza. I'm gonna start this review with I'm conflicted about this place. I remember checking them out long time ago when they first open in Broward area and I thought it was decent pizza and for the price I would've said it was a great deal. The concept is school and similitude to other fast food franchises, you go down the line, order what you want, select the toping from your pizza, paid, receive your food and you are good to go. Here is where I'm conflicted, the guys at this location were amazing, super helpful and on a great mood. Definitely one of the best customer service I have received at a chain restaurant, so for that they definitely get 5 stars. In regards of the food, meh, the pizza was just meh, I had quite a few toppings and the pizza sauce basically overpowered the taste of the toppings. For that I think this is a 3 stars review. Would I go back and check them out? Try a little of something that you never thought to have on pizza (I tried zucchini and let me tell you delicious!). $8.95 (the price has changed in the last 2 years) for make if your way. Still very reasonable, especially since they let you put as many toppings as you want. They have a glutton free dough and also have vegan cheese. I hate vegan cheese, so I now order my pizzas cheeseless, which is still way delicious. As a vegan ish eater, I find it very easy to be satisfied here. They have added a cookie to the dessert menu. I haven't tried it, but it looked delicious and decadent. There are also some salads. It's a little disappointing that they mostly all have cheese or meat, but baby steps. No matter what pizza I order I always like the pesto on the side. (that's were the veganish comes in but a little parm isn't going to kill me). This place is very convenient for me to order a pizza. Place is usually packed and a bit small, but they do have quick service. The concept is like Chipotle where you stand in line and decide what you want on your pizza. I usually do a build your own pizza where I can put anything on top of the pizza even the sauce I can choose which base I want. They have plenty of toppings to choose from and it is okay to put whatever you want on it. I do enjoy the thin crust pizza and I am able to eat the whole pizza in one sitting since it's thin. If you aren't able to eat it all, they do provide boxes for you to take your pizza home and just reheat it in the oven. I enjoy Blaze Pizza and will be coming back here to get my pizza fix. I came to this location on a Saturday night after an evening at the movies. The only location I've gone to is the one over at Disney Springs and I love it that spot! Walking in it was busy but nothing to crazy. I was however very disappointed and shocked to see a huge difference in staff, cleanliness and food contamination! As I was ordering our pizzas, I couldn't help but notice how things fall into other containers and no one bothers to clean it up. Sauce all over the glass, onto other ingredients. Veggies are all picked up HUGE NO NO in the food world. What if a few pieces of mushroom fall into someones pizza that has a high allergy to them?! Everything was dirty, there was no structure, employees just yelling out to others co-workers jokes or pointing out that someone messed up in front of others. The kids were starving so we took a risk but given the opportunity again, I'll pass like a heart attack! Until I see other wise, the only location I'll be eating from is when I visit Orlando. The pizza does taste good, but the staff needs to get it together and management needs to step it up and make sure they keep things as clean as possible. read more
