Update: two years later I'm still coming here. They've gotten a lot busier now and the aesthetics in the store have gone downhill (no more cute dainty displays) but the flavors are still great. Parking is still kind of a pain but you can find street parking in the residential neighborhood next to the plaza.
Soooooo good. Best bagels I've had. Store is small, it is separated by 2 sides - order and pick-up which keeps the flow organized, the workers are friendly, service was quick (literally 5min). Went at abt 12pm on a Friday and no line. They were sold out of Cali Roll and another one I don't remember the name of. Would definitely come back to try! Yummy stuffed bagels! Came here last Sunday at around 11:30am. The inside is small so it's more of a grab-and-go shop. There were a few people ahead of me, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. Some of the flavors were sold out but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. I ordered 3 bagels, each being $9-9.50. The bagels came out really warm, and they're a good size. The bread was soft and fluffy. Out of the 3 flavors, my favorite would probably be the Garlic Asiago Bloom. It was perfectly garlicky, and I liked the cream/filling inside. The Cali Roll Bloom was also good but I felt the filling was just slightly dry and could've been creamier. The Chili Oil Scallion was also nice but just a little bit too spicy for me. Overall, the bagels were delicious, and I love the concept of stuffed bagels!
Bloom Bagels was all over social media, and after trying them, I can say they are completely worth the hype. By definition, these are not classic, dense, chewy bagels. They feel much more like a soft Korean-style baked bun, but regardless of what name goes on them, they are just delicious. I arrived pretty early in the morning, and it was already quite busy with a line forming, so placing a pickup order in advance seems like the best move for future visits. I picked up three items to share with my family: the Garlic Asiago Bloom, the Jalapeño Bloom, and the Chili Oil Scallion Bloom. My six-year-old nephew claimed the Garlic Asiago Bloom and absolutely loved it, calling it soft and delicious. The Jalapeño Bloom was also extremely good, offering a wonderful kick from the jalapeños alongside a very generous amount of cream cheese. My absolute favorite, however, was the Chili Oil Scallion Bloom. The chili oil flavor was wonderfully prominent and rich. What really stands out is the texture. Every single bloom is pillowy soft, which allows the dough to hold the rich fillings of cream cheese and melted mozzarella together perfectly. Because they are so rich and indulgent, this might not be an everyday bagel spot for me, but it is an incredible, unique treat whenever I want to indulge. Sharing these with my family made for a great experience, and I will definitely be back.
Had a take out for breakfast for some people at our gym. These bagels are so over the top but also SO good. We had an assortment of options from savory to sweet and I love how they cut it like a pizza so everyone can enjoy and try everything I only tried the bacon one that was REALLY good
I was on my way to get some empanadas, but it's hard not to see the line outside of Bloom Bagels. When there's a line, common sense says it's popular, so we joined the line. Apparently, you can order online and go to pick up. They have 2 sides of entrance; the right side is for online order pickup, which avoids queuing and also avoids the risk of being sold out. We waited to get in. The store is small; when I was there, it looked like only 3 parties were in the store at any time. One comes out, one goes in. The staff also wants to maintain a reasonable capacity, so the AC inside is sufficient. They remind guests to close the door or not hold it open. I really like the idea of them posting a QR code so we can check out the live inventory situation before entering the store to order. Not only does this speed up the ordering process, but it also manages expectations. The unfortunate news for us was the Corn and Cheese was sold out. So we got the Garlic Asiago, a seasonal Bacon Gochujang, a Ube Matcha Latte and a hot Black Sesame Latte. I am not a bagel fan because I feel that it has too many carbs; the idea of Bloom stuffing ingredients to a bagel to provide more protein and fat elements to balance out the carbs is great. Both bagels tasted soft and slightly spicy which I did not expect from the Garlic Asiago. I kinda wish there's a bit more protein element than just cheesiness from a nutritional standpoint of a balanced meal, and it would also provide a more interesting texture in each bite. I dreamed of putting a sunny side up egg with burned edges on top so the yolks will soak up the bagel when I cut it up.... The drinks seem pricey for that size. We also don't have any options on ice or sweetness level. I was able to choose ice or hot for my black sesame latte and we could choose milk or oat milk. But the drinks are loaded. We couldn't taste any ube flavor in the Ube Matcha latte, but the matcha flavor is rich and strong. I could feel the depth of the ingredients saturating the whole drink. My black sesame latte is also rich in flavor and visibly loaded with dark sesame. So far this is probably the richest dark sesame latte I've ever had; I like it.
AMAZING! Didn't know a bagel can be this good. I got influenced on TikTok and decided to check it out myself. It's located in a small strip mall off of Campbell Ave. When I pulled up at 8:10 a.m. there was a line already. It smelled so good once I got in. They were busy but organized and fast! My bagels were nice and warm. The corn was delicious. And the cheese pull. Wow! Love the presentation of these bagels and it's easy to eat when they're cut into quarters. Plus the store name is perfect. Each bite was flavorful and the fresh bagels...just yummy!! I love banana lattes so I had to try theirs. It was just okay for me and in a smaller cup, compared to other coffee joints I go to. I also like their live inventory. I think they should incorporate this in other businesses. Saves a lot of trips! Don't forget to get the wet wipes. You will definitely need it!
First time trying this place and I was so nervous at first. I went with the safe choice and got garlic Asiago. It was really delicious and savory. I loved the portions of bread to filling it's a even and perfect 10/10. Service was really fast even with a long line. I was overwhelmed with the amount of people but we were in and out. Would come here again next visit.
Finally got to try Bloom Bagels and omg it did not disappoint. The bagels are so big and flavorful. Definitely recommend the scallion chili oil bagel which is just a little bit spicy (not too bad) but super flavorful and delicious!

Nothing felt rushed or overcomplicated; it was simply a well-made bagel crafted with care. Pair it with a cup of matcha, and it's an easy way to start the day. The staff was friendly, efficient, and patient, even during the morning rush. This resturant deserves the hype on social media. Despite a steady stream of customers, orders came out quickly, and the dining area was clean and inviting.
I have to admit, this drive for me is a solid 45 minutes give or take. I was committed to trying this place out! I first seen them on my Instagram and immediately followed to keep updated on their schedule and how much they have for the day. I've been here 3 times so far and I've gotten the iconic Garlic Asiago Bloom, Cali roll Bloom and chili oil scallion bloom. ALL 10/10 TRULY! If this place wasn't so far I fear I'd be here OFTEN! Please please open up closer between Hayward / Fremont area we need you over here! 10's all around aside from the drive I have :( The line fills up quickly so get there early, check online for their inventory or stop by anyways for a drink before closing. They also delivery but once again I think I'm too far away :(
Came for their bagels. It's pick up place as there is not much room for tables. There was already a long line out the door. Their bagels are filled with cream cheese and soft and buttery. So good. I got several different ones. My fav is the garlic cheese and ube. Wanted to try their tea. Took one star off because I ordered the Hochija pistachio latte but got a matcha pistachio latte. I should have checked what they entered in the machine before paying. But that's why it's would be good for them to repeat the order. The matcha was ok...
Love the Asian inspired flavor profiles here at Bloom Bagels! Check the website to see if online ordering is open. Otherwise, the line moves pretty quickly and they are very efficient, so don't let the line out the door scare you! It's a small shop so once you get in, you're almost at the counter to order. Banana Latte - loved the cream top on this one! Definitely a successful banana drink Corn Cheese bagel - would've liked a little less on the mayo and more focus on corn and cheese but otherwise it's a tasty bite Chili Oil Scallion bagel - this was my favorite! The kick from the chili oil really balances out the thick cream cheese. Ube Almond - if you're a fan of that almond flavor this one is for you! I'm not too big on it so I wasn't as much of a fan but would love if they did other ube combinations in the future! So happy to finally try them out after seeing them on IG for so long. Can't wait to try out more bagels and drinks!
Yeah, I really didn't think I'd like these stuffed bagels all that much, but I was wrong. These are really really good. I had the chili oil scallion bloom (pictured) first and liked that the best, probably because I like spicy food. It's just flavorful without being overbearing, rich while not being excessively so. I mean I only had 1/2 (shared it with my wife), and that was a good portion size to eat as an afternoon snack or with a salad. A whole stuffed bagel as a meal would probably be fine, but the 3 times I ate one of these, it was always a 1/2 only and that felt right. Because if we're honest, these can't be very good for you, but like donuts, beer, and steak. . .as an occasional indulgence, it's just part of living, right? We also seasonal pesto asiago bloom and the garlic asiago bloom, and both were also good, with pesto being my 2nd favorite and the garlic being the third. Relatively speaking, the garlic had the "least" taste of the 3, without lacking taste at all, if that makes sense. Our next visit, we'll try one of the sweet options. Looking forward to it. read more
I was down in the South Bay for work and there were not many places I could walk to from my hotel--however, Bloom Bagels was one of them. I loved the Asian-influenced drinks and unique bagels (called Blooms.) I ordered the special (they don't always offer it) Strawberry Matcha Bloom ($9.25). It was filling, sweet, and had good stuffing. Good matcha and strawberry flavors, not overly sweet or fake. It was thick and chewy (but the good kind.) They don't have napkins but they do have damp towels. I also enjoyed the Ube Sesame Latte (Iced). Needed some mixing but I loved the way the flavors blended together. Not many cafes offer ube lattes let alone sesame lattes let alone ube sesame lattes! Service was okay. There's not really any seating inside, so people take their blooms to-go. I would come back! I wish they would expand up to San Francisco! read more

Went pretty early in the morning on Friday when it first opened. I got myself a garlic jalapeño bagel which was really tasty. It was so savory and fresh. The jalapeño added a small kick to it which I didn't mind at all. I would definitely come back to try all the other bagels they have. My wait time was less than 5 min since I was the second person in line that ordered. It's a small place with no seating area. It's place to just grab a quick bagel and go. read more
All the savory bagels were sold out at 1pm on a friday! Managed to snag a pesto asiago bagel. The bagel was fluffy and the cream cheese was surprisingly not overwhelming, it was whipped and airy. A little pricey for what it was but it was a fun style bagel! read more
Food: Cali Roll, Ube Almond Price: $9.50 | $8.75 Overall: Bloom Bagel has been one of the few stops where I had to try because honestly, bagels are my guilty pleasure . We came an hour before it closed and they sold out on the majority of the bagels (rip strawberry matcha) but the Cali and Ube Almond stood out! The order came quickly and warmed. There is no indoor seating since the store is small so we sat in the car, windows down. Trying these bagels has exceeded my expectations; the bagels have a crispy exterior, and soft pillowy chewy at the same time and the flavors are immaculate. I'm definitely going to need to head back to try the other bagels!! read more

The wait was a little long but the line went by fast. Unfortunately the order and pickup ahead was turned off so we couldn't get it earlier. They ran out of the garlic and ube so we got the corn cheese, pesto, cali, and strawberry matcha. Ranking: 1) Strawberry Matcha - sweet and perfectly complimented the bagel. I cannot put into words how good this one is but it is SEASONAL so try it out before it runs out. 2) Cali Bloom - Tastes just like a sushi roll but with bagel texture. Cannot go wrong with this, it's a classic. 3) Corn Cheese - Not the biggest fan of corn cheese but this was a top winner in my group. If you like corn cheese at kbbq, this is the one for you! Very creamy and savory 4) Pesto - Wasn't bad but it didn't stand out as much as the other ones. I didn't have a memorable taste for me unfortunately. read more
Tried Bloom Bagels after hearing so many recommendations from friends and family, and we pretty much sampled every flavor they had. We ordered ahead on the way there, and everything was ready when we arrived, which made pickup easy. We got 7 bagels for about $80, so it's definitely more of a treat stop than an everyday bagel run. Best by far: the Cali Roll. That was the unanimous favorite for all four of us. We also really enjoyed the chili oil scallion and pesto. Good to know: by the time we arrived at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, the miso scallion was already sold out. Biggest letdown: the matcha. It was gooey, kind of slimy, and didn't have much flavor. Overall, the bagels were tasty, loaded with cream cheese, and fun to try. Bloom feels like the kind of place you take visitors or foodie friends for something unique, not necessarily your weekly bagel spot. Also good to know: * small plaza parking, hit or miss * small interior, no real seating * casual grab-and-go vibe * probably much busier on weekends We ended up eating next door on an outdoor patio, thanks to a neighboring restaurant letting us use their table. read more
Surpassed my expectations. The bagels are soft on the inside, with a slight chew and crusty exterior. Their "bloom butter" is amazing and takes the bagels to the next level. Pesto asiago (limited seasonal): 8/10 Jalapeno: 10/10 Chili oil scallion: 9/10 Corn cheese: 7/10 Bagels are $9 a piece plus tax. A bit steep but worth the occasional indulgence. I stopped by Bloom Bagels on Thursday morning for the first time after seeing them trending on IG. It was a high traffic parking lot, but was still able to find a nearby spot. For my drink choice I ordered the strawberry hojicha latte with oat milk. It was my first time trying hojicha and was fascinated by the blend of flavor, it was both equally earthy and sweet. For my bagel I chose the jalapeno bagel which was the ideal level of crispy outside, tender inside. The butter bread was a little sweet, but was complimented by the spice of the jalapeno. Overall service was very swift, we were in and out within 10 minutes. Great breakfast on the go option! read more
I loveeee bagels so I really had high hopes. I came on a late weekend morning and a few items were already sold out. I had the asiago and jalapeno bagel to try. They were both cold and did not seem fresh at all, super disappointing. I tried the banana biscoff latte and that was decent. The bagels are very different than usual ones. they are soft and as they say inspired by korean breads. Tried their chilly oil and garlic flavour , loved it. Its a bit expensive than usual bagels as well. Also tried their banana espresso latte; it has less banana taste for someone who doesnt like banana and wants to try. Sadly bagels can get sold out :( Service is quick. They also have pickup option. Ambiance is clean, small place, no place to sit as such. Removing 1 star because sometimes their app shows its available; but by the time u drive and reach it can get sold out. also no way to call and get an idea if the drive is worth it read more
Been avoiding this place because it thought for sure it was just going to be over hyped. Boy was I wrong. When we arrived at 11 AM, the line was still so long, but we decided to stick it out. IT WAS SO WORTH IT. The line moved fast, considering once you order, you basically immediately get your order. Service was friendly too. Now on to the food/drink. We ordered the following: -garlic Asiago -jalapeno -chili oil -banana matcha latte -pistachio matcha latte -banana coffee latte Literally these bagels were insanely good. So soft, warm, and flavorful. I didn't even care that there wasn't anywhere to sit inside. So we went to the park across the street. Banana matcha latte was also perfect, we even went back before they closed for a second round of drinks. Can't wait to come back! read more
We're very spoiled with Calic Bagels in LA - this is a tasty option in Campbell if you miss Calic. Liked the banana matcha, but they didn't have utensils here when we ordered for takeout in May of 2025, so perhaps a good idea to bring a knife if you're hoping to split bagels up. The dough is super soft and yummy, not too salty even with the amount of cream cheese throughout the bagel. I will be back for the pepperoni pizza bloom I'm not sure there is a bathroom here as it's mostly takeout, but the parking was easy in their shared lot. Ambience: casual! read more

I have been wanting to try Bloom Bagels for quite some time. I finally had the chance to go in on a weekday and try them out. I arrived on a Tuesday morning recently. The bagel shop is located in an older plaza close to bustling downtown Campbell. Parking is available in the medium size parking lot out front. The bagel shop has a simple modern decor. It was bright and welcoming inside. There are no tables and chairs for dine in as Blooms Bagels caters only for togo orders. Thankfully when I arrived there was no line and all the flavors were in stock. I ordered the garlic asiago, jalapeño, and the ube almond bagels. Every bagel was so delicious and uniquely flavored. The softness of the bread and the creaminess went so well together. The jalapeño bagel had just the right amount of kick to it. My favorite flavor was the ube almond bagel. The ube sweetness was scrumptious and the almond slices complemented the bagel well. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Bloom Bagels. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bagels lived up to the hype. I was appreciative that I got to try the most popular flavors and that there was no wait. Price point was more than fair. I look forward to coming back and trying more different flavors. read more
Perfect. 5/5. No notes. Makin me wanna move to Campbell just so I can get this every day. Weekends they do not take online orders!! You gotta wait in line but it moves relatively fast. The line itself can be about 15 minutes to order. But after you order, you wait no longer than 5 minutes to get your warmed up bagels. It's take-out only btw. We got the Cali bloom, Corn Cheese, Jalapeño, and Garlic Asiago to try immediately. We got a box of the miso scallion, garlic asiago, classic, and ube almond to try later in the day (these bagels still hit so hard even hours after omg) These bagels are LOADEDDDD! Cali bloom tasted just like a California roll with the imitation crab. All other bagels tasted just like what they sound like. Banana hojicha iced latte was flavorful and had rich earthy hojicha taste. Also tasted like real banana and not the artificial banana YAY. Service was efficient and cashier was nice. Enjoyed my first experience here! For a Tuesday at 9am, it was pretty busy! Despite that, my drink and bloom (bagel) came out quickly which I appreciated. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and it was delicious and fresh. I could tell that they used fresh strawberries. The cold foam was amazing! I ended up going with the classic bloom and it was flavorful. It comes stuffed with cream cheese and is topped with garlic butter. Heavenly! Even though there's no seating in the shop (it's small) and there's only a bench outside, it's still a place I'd recommend checking out! I look forward to coming back! read more

This spot is clearly known for their bagels and seems really popular. They also have a good variety of drinks on the menu. When I went, they only had about 2-3 types of bagels left for the day, which shows how in-demand they are. I tried the banana matcha latte and it was just okay. It lacked a strong matcha flavor, and the cream was fine but nothing special. I also tried the ube bagel and that was really good, it definitely tasted like real ube, which I appreciated. I'd definitely come back to try their savory bagels next time since that seems to be what they're really known for! read more

First time trying Bloom Bagels! We arrived slightly past 8 am on a Saturday and found that the line outside was still quite short - no more than a 15-minute wait to order. I decided to go with the Pork Floss, Chili Oil Scallion, and Ube bagels with a Banana Matcha Latte at the recommendation of the staff. My friend went with the Pork Floss and Sushi Roll bagels. The interior is quite small with no seating space, so most people eat in their cars or while standing outside. The latte was refreshing with a lightly floral matcha and banana foam that was balanced and not too artificial or sweet. This banana foam tasted like it was made with slightly green / less ripe bananas which is a pleasant surprise compared to other places where the banana foam is so sweet that it's almost taffy-like. We ate the bagels at home around 2 hours after ordering them and they were still fresh. The Chili Oil Scallion bagel was most reminiscent of a classic bagel with slightly spicy cream cheese. My personal favorite was the Pork Floss, which had corn and both savory and sweet flavor profiles. In my opinion, there could have been more pork floss in it. This is much less similar to a traditional bagel and leans more towards a savory pastry because there isn't much cream cheese in it. The Ube bagel was one of our favorites, with a starchy and rich ube paste with powdered sugar and almond slices throughout. I appreciated that these bagels come sliced so that it's easy to share and pull apart. While most bagels here aren't going to be in the traditional east coast style, I liked the spin on Asian flavors to appeal to the Bay Area demographic and will be visiting again. read more
Bagels are great, I really enjoy the filling and how much flavor is inside. However, I picked up my bagel about 20 minutes ago and when I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong bagel. They never told me that they substituted it and they don't answer the phone for any customer service. I paid $10 for a bagel that I never ordered and did not like. If they were out of the bagel, they should have communicated it when I picked it up. Horrible customer service. read more
Bloom bagels are the best breakfast indulgence! We've had the plain as well as the jalapeño (spicy!) and they are both delicious! Filled to the brim with creamy cream cheese and toasted to a perfect crisp, they are always a treat. The two of us share one they are so big and decadent. read more

Tried Bloom Bagels today and overall it was a good stop for a quick stuffed bagel. The service was fast and the bagel itself tasted fresh. For my taste, there was a bit too much cream cheese and the bagel was slightly on the chewy side, but still enjoyable. My daughter really loved her scallion chili bagel and couldn't stop talking about it. One thing to note is that they don't customize the bagels, so what's on the menu is what you get. There are no seating except for small bench outside and they close at 1pm. Overall, a good place if you're craving a quick bagel. I wish this place was open on Mondays T-T I crave it but it's hard for me to make it here with work. I go whenever I'm able to on the weekends. The line is usually out the door but it moves fast. I do get nervous the bagels are going to be sold out o-o My favorite is definitely the pork floss bagel! Please make it a daily bloom flavor :) I tried mostly everything on the daily blooms menu but the ube almond :( one day! I absolutely love the pistachio matcha latte and they are super generous with the cream yum. Literally every sip has cream hehe definitely don't need a straw at all! read more
I've been going to Bloom Bagels since they opened in 2024 and I can still confidently say... THIS IS THE BEST BAGEL SHOP IN THE SOUTH BAY! My top 3 blooms is the jalapeno cheese, garlic asiago, and chili oil! The espresso drinks here are TOP tier! Highly recommend trying the iced ube black sesame latte. If you can avoid the weekends, I would try to. There is normally a line on weekends, but it can move pretty quick. Thanks for existing Bloom Bagels hehe :) read more

This is literally the best bagel I've ever had. I usually don't love bagels because I'm not a fan of so much bread and the cold cream cheese. But each bite of this bagel was heaven (not an exaggeration). I thought it would be too much because it sounds like too much but it was really perfect as is. The best way to describe it is as if Texas toast was a bagel with bits so spice from the jalapeño and delicious cheese with some yummy crispy bits sandwiched in between. Literally so good. read more
Y'all this place is small but their bagels are super delicious!! No wonder there is a long line because the bagels with the filling are so tasty and the filling is packed and not limited compared to other places. The service is quick. I got two limited edition bagels: Strawberry Matcha and the Pesto Asiago. For a drink the Banana Matcha Latte with oat milk. I recommend it all! I went to Bloom Bagels on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised how quick the service was considering downtown Campbell was holding their farmer's market. The store has a to-go setup (no tables or chairs) and my order was ready within minutes. I ordered the jalapeño bloom which was flavorful, fluffy, and soft. I also got the banana espresso latte. I read expecting a large sized cup for the price and I made the mistake of not mixing the foam before drinking. All the flavor was in the foam.. All in all, this will be my new go to bagel spot when I'm in the area. read more

I had no idea this place existed in San Jose but I wanted to try something new that I've seen recommended through social media before so today I decided to go here. I was kind of scared there was a bit of a line but it did move quite quickly. The service was insanely fast, it was probably a less than 10 min wait for the order. The inside was very small because I assume it's a mostly to-go culture. It's a bit loud due to the amount of people waiting in line to order or waiting on their order but it's not too bad in my opinion because it's only for a short amount of time. We tried the corn cheese bloom, garlic asiago bloom, cali roll bloom, and chili oil scallion bloom. On top of that we also got drinks, the banana espresso latte and black sesame latte. Both drinks were so refreshing and nice, I do wish they came in a bigger size but that's probably just me being greedy. I do think they're an adequate size for drinks regardless and I was satisfied because of the quality of the drink. We got four bagels because we wanted to try as many flavors as we could. I don't even think I can choose a favorite flavor out of the four because they were all amazing distinctive flavors. However, I didn't expect the chili oil scallion one to have such a creamy filling. I've heard these bagels are good and runs out of inventory quickly. I tried my best to figure out how to order online and was unsuccessful. Everything says sold out even for days in advance which seems super odd to me. I took my chance to go there when it opened. The place was full of people and already a line. By the time I got to the front of the line, I had to wait a bit but then the service was good. I ordered one shio pan and one garlic asiago bagel. They were both light and airy. The shio pan is a classic salty bread. The garlic asiago has a light herby cream cheese inside. This bread is well made. Now the topic of pricing. Just one bagel is almost $10. While the bagel was well made and sure made with quality ingredients, is it really worth that price point? At that price point I expect the entire customer experience should be flawless. I picked up a shio bagel at one of Bloom Bagel's pop ups in SF and was so excited to finally try their bagels after having bookmarked their South Bay store over a year ago. After reheating the bagel in the oven and smearing some garlic cream cheese on top, I have to say it's one of the best bagels I've had in the Bay! The bagel is crispy on the outside with a soft pillowy interior that is lighter than most bagels and I loved that it didn't feel dense or heavy even with a generous layer of cream cheese. The flavor is great as well, salty and buttery throughout that reminded me of Korean salt bread. They only had the shio bagel at their pop up but I hope for future pop ups they bring some of their stuffed bagel varieties as well! read more

Cant even count the number of times i've come here. The bagels are so good and the matcha is really good too. Do try the ube matcha and pistachio matcha as well as the ube sesame latte. Their dark chocolate mocha is good too! read more
OMG!! So have heard of this place for a looong time with these being *viral*. I kinda put off going but always intended to try it. The short of it is - worth the hype!! Do recommend eating them hot/warm and fresh. We ordered ahead (online) and this was perfect! So no real wait time. There was a not too long line of folk waiting to order when we got there but the wait time didn't seem too bad for a weekend. The shop is located in a little shopping center near downtown Campbell so parking wasn't too bad. Our favorite was the spicy scallion - had a bit of everything and a really nice amount or heat while being cheesy and savory. Will definitely go again! read more

Joined the hype and tried the stuffed bagel. Unfortunately this did not live up to my expectations. Ordered: Garlic Asiago Stuffed Bagel 2/5 Flavor was great but did not love the filling to bagel ratio. Shio Pan 5/5 This was amazing!!!! The crunch and the soft middle. The buttery and salt flavor was amazing. I ordered 2 to try one fresh and one later. To my surprise, the bagel was still soft, hours later. A little less crunch but a quick toast brought back that asmr crunch. They do pre-orders for the shio pan and I am excitedly waiting to secure them when they drop. Stuffed bagels, if you like alot of cream cheese, this is for you. If not, skip or share with a friend. However, you must try the Shio Pan which is only available Tuesday to Friday. I've tried Bloom Bagels 3 times and it's finally time to write a review!! My first experience was actually from a Too Good To Go order and I received 3 frozen bagels - Cali and corn cheese. Once air fried, it was delicious!! So they freeze well. Also, if you have any online/pick up orders, skip the left line and just go straight to the door on the right side and go to the pick up counter. Chili oil scallion and jalapeno are my top favorites, followed by garlic Asiago and corn cheese. Cali is good, but not my favorite. During this visit, we got in line by the salon with the bird cage and it took us 21 minutes to get to the front to order + 4 more minutes to get our 2 drinks and 2 bagels. It was around 11:30 on a Saturday and they were already sold out of all bagel flavors except 3. The place is small inside with no seating except for a bench right outside where the whole line can watch you eat LOL so we just ate in our car. Bagels are soft and fluffy on the inside and a flavor bomb all around! Drinks are well balanced and delicious too! I've tried the Ube black sesame latte, banana latte, and Dubai chocolate latte. I've had issues at other places with bitter Ube lattes once mixed or artificial banana taste, but you can't go wrong with any of their drinks!! All their syrups and creams are made in house! Friend brought me these bagels to try! I love bagels, but I'm more used to the 'cream cheese between two slices of carbs' bagels. This was a fun combination and full of flavor. I'm sure it would've tasted even better if it was fresh, but it was super tasty! I was able to try both the Corn Cheese and Garlic Asiago Bloom. I definitely lean towards the garlic bloom since I love garlic, but the corn cheese was something different and was great in its own accord. This spot definitely got some other cool bagels I'd love to try! read more

I took a break from Bloom because life got busy and I just couldn't get there. Today I went back. I was not disappointed! Color me crazy for going at 11am on a Saturday. There was a line but it went fairly quickly. I was relieved to find that the bagels I wanted were still available. I think my new savory favorite is the Chili Oil Scallion. Dare I say the bagels taste better than I remembered? Yes! Treated myself to an Ube Sesame Latte. It was better than the last time I had one. The Ube cream was thick and flavorful. Yum! Looks like they've streamlined the ordering and fulfillment process and things went much faster than last time I stopped by. Very kind and helpful service. It's tiny inside but they utilize the space well. Parking isn't a problem but the lot does get crowded at peak times. read more

Our bagels take 24 hrs to make from beginning to end, so once we sell out of a flavor for the day, we mark the item out of stock. We understand the frustration when this happens. Of course we try to make as many as possible, but unfortunately it is…
Do your bagels have egg in the dough or egg wash on them?
We do not use egg inside our bagel dough. However, some of the cream cheese or dips for the flavors might have egg. We will list which flavors have eggs in our menu. You are also welcome to ask staff to double check before ordering.
Are they still busy during the weekends? Like line outside type of deal?
No line last weekend when I went. They also have mobile order which is helpful
