Expensive but not something you can ignore so we booked in with TP for a 2 night fumigation with trenching the day after they took the tent down. While everyone in person and on the phone was friendly they were very disorganized and gave conflicting advice, which we found frustrating. We expected special bags for our fridge/freezer foodstuffs but none was given so we had to clear our appliance out completely. We were given different dates and times, and received phone calls telling us the crew were on the way earlier, a week beforehand, and on the day of fumigation, then they called back to say they made a mistake and it was the original time. Hence the frustration as we were dealing with a dog, and my daughter working from home and being in office. We asked the company to call me only as my daughter couldn't answer her phone when on stage/office, but they kept on calling her and expecting instant answers. We were also told we had to contact the gas company to arrange shut off and turn on, then we were told TP would be doing it, then we were told to call the gas company at the last minute. They really need to communicate within their own business and work out a timeframe for fumigation so they can provide a consistent front to customers. They kept the house tidy when going into the crawl space in one of our bedroom closets, but outside they tread mud all over the walkway down the side of the house while putting up the tent and I had to clean the pathway afterwards.

You get what you pay for…read more They came in at a good price for a fumigation. Their communication was terrible. They didn't return calls or email in a timely fashion. They called last minute saying I need to fill out some information within 1 hr or they would cancel the whole project. They sent the paperwork to the wrong email. They didn't communicate well with the gas company which nearly derailed the tenting. When they tented my home, they damaged the vent to my attic which caused carbon monoxide levels to become dangerous. It cost me $500 to get an HVAC person to fix it. And, I believe someone from their crew stole my prized Wusthoff chef's knife from my butcher block. They don't make this knife anymore. I don't know how long tenting is supposed to stay up but it seems like it wasn't on for as long as I thought it would be. I would not use this company. I'm kinda shocked they have the star rating they have.

The second time - they offered the same free inspection and insisted I didn't need any pest control service. I had spotted a hole under the roof ease on an exterior wall that looked like it gave access to the interior of the home and had them check it out. On inspection they stated it looked like drill holes, and they were pretty sure it was construction and to double check with anyone who did recent work. They also climbed up into the attic and double checked that side for any evidence of pests (none). I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism. If I have a pest related issue I know who I will want to contact.

I had hired Fenn for an inspection and rodent removal service last year. Their rates were…read morecompetative and reasonable. Their guy found where the mouse was entering the house and he set traps and ultimately the tenants found it dead under the oven. It was mostly a good experience except for the melted rat glue I had to spend hours clenaing up. So, when my mom discovered termites flying iaround the livingroom, I called around for quotes. No oine would give me one over the phone. They all had to come out and do an inspections first. A few wanted to charge for just the inspection alone. So I called and hired Fenn's Termite department to send out inspectors. Juan showed up on time with his partner and they inspected the holes in the livingroom, exterior of the house and underneath in the crawl space. His guy suited up with a mask and did a long inspection and took photos to show me. The termites were building towers up to the wood floors and eating the wood. Juan suggested they do a subterranean treatment by spraying into the soil and the wood to get rid of all termites and ants and anything elses. He also suggested we tent the whole house but due to my parent's health issues, that wasn't going to be possible. We went with the spraying onlly. About a week and a half later, Fidel and Elijah showed uip in their truck on time. They even called ahead. They drilled a few holes in the livignroom floor, sprayed and sealed it. Then they got to work suiting uip and getting into the crawl space to spray. They spend a coutple of hours and assured me that all the termites and ants wouildn't be a problem anymore. There was a 1 year warranty and Fidel told me if for any reason we did see insects within the 1 year period, I could call them and they'd come out and take care of it. On the appointment day, we received a 30-minute courtesy call from Fidel, the manager, letting us know he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He thoroughly assessed the affected areas, was extremely knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and was very honest throughout the process.
