I went on the drive through and was greeted via ai voice. It was hard to communicate with it so I went to the first window. Then second window. And they were able to take my order. (Combo meal). They told me it was going to take a few mins so after I paid, I told them I'll go park and come inside. There were people behind me and I didn't want to hold people up. After parking and going inside. I didn't have my cup to get a drink yet so I was waiting at the front just... kind of watching the staff. I think two of the three, including the one who was at the window and took my order, must of been on break because they literally did not do much but stare back at me and the food/drink they were eating/drinking. The manger was running back and forth. After he gave me my bag, it was just the biscuit sandwich. So I asked "where was the side? " . He passed me the side, then I asked" where do I get a cup for drinks?" The manager didn't realize I never had the cup because he thought the staff member at the window gave me my cup. In the bag, there was no napkin or spoon for the side. Or maybe I just didn't see them next to the soda machine because I was getting annoyed at this point and just wanted to leave. As for the food, barely any icing. The chicken was mid. The meat has a reddish tint to it like it's supposed to be a spicy chicken ? It was confusing to look at. The biscuit was slightly sweet and crusty along the edges (the best part of this whole thing). Mac and cheese was mid. The whole combo was overall mid. Admittedly, tables and chairs are clean. Lots of space. They have an outdoor area too. They have a small window in the kitchen area where you can watch them make the dough. Free parking out front. I would take out the ai in the drive through. I did not like it at all. If I have to wait for a bit, it would be good if they have a spot I can go to while they take care of the customers behind me and I'm not holding up the line for 5 minutes.

First time trying , but definitely won't be the last. Customer service was 100% , friendly , courteous and fast. Ordered a lot of things from the menu and the came out fast and hot. Food was amazing ! I think my favorites were the Chicken biscuit with honey mustard & the dirty rice were stand outs. Mac and cheese was just ok , peach cobbler just needed more juice. Overall 9/10

Caramel Iced Coffee

I've never been to this place and wanted to try their iced coffee since it was early in the morning. I was a bit shocked to see that the drive through uses an AI voice rather than a human to take the order. I honestly don't really like the implementation of AI in a drive thru. I ordered a caramel iced coffee. It was a bit bitter despite ordering caramel flavor. Maybe it's just me, but I did have to add syrup and caramel at home. It's still very affordable for the price around $4.50!

I finally got to try Bojangles today, and I really enjoy the meal! I was able to try the breakfast options, and we got the Bo's chicken biscuit meal with fries and iced tea, the Egg & cheese biscuit meal with the Bo-tato rounds with soda, and 4 strips with jalepeno sauce and buffalo sauce. The Bo's chicken biscuit meal was really good. The chicken was tasty, and the biscuit is ok. It is not my favorite but I have no complaints about it. The fries are seasoned really well, and although I don't like the size/ shape of the fries, it tastes really goods, The Bo-tato rounds were also really good. The chicken strips were juicy and delicious, and the jalepeno ranch sauce and buffalo sauce were yummy! Some of the things I thought could be better were the egg & cheese biscuit and the iced tea. The egg tasted different and overall along with biscuit and cheese, it didn't stand out for me. I was disappointed with the iced tea. I had gotten half sweet tea and half unsweetened, but I didn't really taste the sweetness and tea. I think the biscuit can be more flakey and soft, but I find it to be more rough. The cashier and staff were really friendly and patient. We dined in, and staff walked around and asked a few times if we are doing ok. Restaurant was clean and good number of tables were available. Perhaps it was still early. I need to go back and try Bo's sauce next time and of course get the strips, sauces, rounds, and fries again!

I had a really positive experience here! Understanding the reviews prior and that they've only been open for a week. I loved their chicken tenders! And Bo's sauce! One sauce was good enough for just the tenders. If you add fries, may want to get an extra one Docking one point because it was hard to find a clean table. They'll get better though!

After the wait for this location, the excitement, the hype of some good southern eats....it was a total disappointment. Accustomed to what other locations provide, this one only had tenders and a few sides to select from, unlike other locations. I tried their famous biscuits and fries and was taken back by them, not in a good way. The customer service was decent and welcoming. The fries were EXTREMELY SALTY!!!! I literately had to wipe them off(could only eat a few before my head started hurting) and the biscuits were dry and cold. Hopefully this isn't the standard of what's to be expected from this new location

Bo's Chicken Sandwich

I was very hopeful about this place, but it was more or less a disappointment. First off, their menu is pretty limited with their entree options being either chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich. I had the chicken sandwich and while it tasted ok, it wasn't the best I've ever had. At their prices (not cheap) I might as well go to Chick-fil-A across the street for tenders or a sandwich that tastes more flavorful and healthier. Also, I'd expect a newer restaurant to be kept a little cleaner inside, as the fountain drink station was not that pleasant. All that being said, Bojangles has the potential to be great. The location is great and the customer service was on point, but the food itself is just lacking value.

Forget what everyone else says. This location hits hard! I go to Bojangles every time on the east coast (Atlanta, Virginia, and NC) and this houston location stands up right next to the originals! If not above in some aspects. The quality of the chicken I would say is a little higher and the crispiness of the Bo Rounds are above as well. I had a #1 and it blew me out the park with its tastiness (especially since other reviews were negative to this location). The service here was top notch an and the ambiance is clean and chill. You don't feel rushed at all and you are made to feel taken care of!

Place was clean, the smells of chicken was amazing. You gotta get out here and try it. Best customer service Ever! There was a manager named Rob came out and asked us how we were doing and asked if we enjoyed the food . Great place

3 piece chicken combo
Erin D.

I was so excited and then quickly disappointed! This is NOT the Bojangles like in the Carolinas and Georgia, hence the two stars. When I ordered the 3 piece combo ($13.29), I thought it was fried chicken. It turns out they're only chicken tenders, like Raising Canes. This location also only has 3 sides besides fries. When the cashier said, "We get that a lot. We're franchised, not corporate," I realized the mistake. I suppose that's my fault for thinking they're like the east coast, but then why even allow them to use the name? Add the fact that ordering with a virtual assistant is a bit mind-boggling, I probably won't be back often. I will admit the tenders are tastier and more crispy compared to Raising Canes, so I added a star (was going to only give one initially), but they're tiny. I'm not sure this is really worth $13 and will probably be hungry in an hour or two. I really wanted fried chicken and mashed potatoes like the real Bojangles! Also, the logistics need to be ironed. Instead of having customers go to the second window (no indication on first window to pull forward) and then pull to the side along the curb where an employee has to walk outside to deliver food, use the first window and then give food at the second window like most drive-thru places. The fact that the same employee at the cash register also has to walk outside to deliver food to the vehicle in front makes for an inefficient process!

Bo Berry Biscuit, fries , Bo's Chicken Sandwich Combo (BLT), dirty rice
Roselyn A.

My husband and I randomly decided to try this place. We went on a fly. We didn't know they only sold chicken tenders, and not chicken wings. Well we tried the chicken sandwich BLT, which was pretty good when paired with the jalapeño ranch. Fries got cold quick despite eating it immediately when they handed the food over to us. Dirty rice was good, but a little salty. Bo berry biscuit was okay. Place is overall pretty clean since it just opened . However , the floor by the drink station was wet with no wet sign. Also noted a soaked wet towel on the floor. It was a decent experience overall

3pc Bo's Chicken Tenders Combo meal with buffalo sauce, soda, biscuit, and dirty rice. $9.49 before tax.
Thomas S.

A famous fried chicken shack from the southeast United States landed in this neighborhood. I was running around in the area and decided to pick up lunch from this chicken shack to eat at home. I went with the 3 pieces chicken strip combo meal with dirty rice, biscuit, soda, and Buffalo chicken dipping sauce. The chicken strips were meaty with a nice chili kick. It tasted nice with the dipping sauce. The biscuit was buttery and soft, very good. The dirty rice was forgettable, very bland. My cost was $11.49 which was competitive with other chicken shacks in the area. I prefer Popeye's because Popeye's has better sides and the chicken suited my taste buds more. Counter help was friendly and efficient.

Food was really good. They served the largest large fry I've ever seen lol. Staff was really friendly and the dining area and bathrooms were very well kept.

There was a good kick to the spicy soy and both were wet sauces. The wings took about 17 mins to make, but were well worth the wait. I would definitely order both flavors again, but really liked the hot honey the best. You could hear the crisp of the wings each time you took a bite. That's when we came across Cup N Char and noticed they offered Detroit-style pizza--something neither of us had tried before. We stopped by to order in person, and right away the staff made a great impression. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was very clean. There were also a few groups dining in, which gave the place a nice, welcoming vibe. Since we wanted to try a variety, the staff recommended ordering a half-and-half medium pizza, which turned out to be the perfect suggestion. We went with half Italian Mob (pepperoni, onions, banana peppers, and sausage) and half Grassy Chicken (chicken, onions, and banana peppers). Both sides were flavorful, with the Detroit-style crust really standing out--crispy on the edges and soft inside. We also ordered the chicken wings with the original hot sauce, and those were a great addition. The flavor was rich and buttery--definitely a must-have alongside the pizza. Overall, the portions were generous, and we loved being able to mix and match flavors. This is a spot we'll definitely be coming back to for takeout pizza and wings.

It's not cut into squares like traditional Detroit pizza and it's not quite as over-the-top thick. It's more like a slightly thicker than normal crust with charred edges. When I first arrived, my brother and his friend had been there for a bit and already had a couple of pizzas. I nabbed a slice of each and thought both were perfectly fine, but not really remarkable. In fairness, they had been sitting out for about 20 minutes at that point. I then ordered a supreme for me and my friend to share. At first, I had kind of a similar outlook as the slices I'd tried earlier: just okay. But as I kept eating, it really grew on me and I enjoyed it. The table shared some pizza rolls and some fries, which I snacked off of and enjoyed. Overall, I wish this place wasn't so far from my house because I'd love to try it again, but it was a good experience for our group overall.
