Mother's day pre-fixe menu for $110 came with choice of appetizers, choice of main selection and set dessert. While other locations were super busy and no chance of getting tables, we had no problem here. That was kinda ... Our waiter was courtenous and food tasted ok. For the valuve I got, I felt it was bit over priced. The staff was friendly, but definetley needed refining especially with this price tag. Maybe I am in the wrong hood? It was nice seating at the patio enjoying the slight breeze, the greens and the people walking by.

Really enjoyed a birthday lunch here. We had a late resy for 2:30p just a few tables eating. I had brought a cake and they were really nice and kept it in back. We started with the charcuterie board which was very good but only 4 toast points, we got the bread basket to go with and got like 5 more slices of bread. Next for lunch they have a prix fix for appetizer and entree in smaller portions for $45 or you can order regular items off menu. I have heard so much about the Poulette Cajun I had to try and wasn't on prix fix. A guest of mine got the prix fix Caesar salad and Steak Panini. The salad was huge, very strong flavors of Caesar but very good. The steak panini was a half order but a good size. My other guest got the regular panini order and it was 2 big pieces and fries. They had very good mimosas and sparkling rose. The waiter was very nice and kept offering take pics of our table and sang with us and brought a sparkler with the cake and cut our cake for us. When you leave with to go food they have these cute cloth bags they give you to take food in. The Poulette was good but not "Cajun" by any means. I read it means a dry rub method is why they say Cajun. Was not spicy at all. We had a great bday dinner and really enjoyed our meal. I heard they have brunch and would love to try.

Went here with some friends for Easter brunch. They had a prefix menu, which was pretty limited, especially if you are a pescatarian or a vegetarian. However, we were really excited about the ambience and the experience. The Crudo was incredible as was the lyonnaise salad the bread basket reminded us of being back in France. Everybody really enjoyed their entrées, but my husband would give his fillet A4 versus five stars. I loved my French omelette as it was prepared perfectly. And our friends loved their signature Cajun chicken. Desserts were on point as well!. Service was kind of robotic and underwhelming for the price tag )$105pp) and on a holiday.

For instance, the steak frites was not available to order for dinner but available for lunch and the weekend brunch. Also, they took the pancakes off the brunch menu which to me is criminal -- but they have it available for weekday breakfasts. I don't know, to me these seemed like unnecessary changes, and as somebody who booked this hotel specifically to enjoy these menu items at this restaurant, I just felt disappointed. Highlights for me where the hamachi and the beef tartare at dinner; the avocado toast has a very weird taste profile with the pickled carrots so I would stay away from that if you like classic avocado toast.

And you'll be openly humiliated and insulted as an adult by even daring to bring your kid. My husband and I come here regularly for a date and we love the place. This afternoon we brought our 1 year old with us for the first time; she loves fries and this place has great pommes frites. We came at 4:30pm and it was probably 90% empty, and obviously not like romantic date night time. First, they tried to seat us alone in the back room, and when we asked to sit in the main dining room (where there were ~15 open tables), the hostess was demonstrably annoyed...despite the fact that every other party was seated in the main room. Worth noting, we come here often at the same time without our daughter, and have never once been seated in the back room alone. Our daughter was sitting quietly in her high chair "reading" the menu and playing with stickers, a few of which she dropped on the floor...because, you know, she's 1. A staff member repeatedly walked by giving us dirty looks and complaining to other staff members about the stickers within earshot. After hearing it multiple times, my husband said, "don't worry, we always pick up after our child." The staff member snapped back, "well they're clearly already going to stick to the floor". My husband replied "we are going to pick them up...kids drop things and things happen". She rolled her eyes, and walked away. We always clean up after our kid. We go out of our way to make sure she's only in appropriate places at appropriate times...like, I obviously wouldn't bring her to this restaurant at 7 PM on a weekend night where she might disrupt adults looking for a romantic night. But she was just sitting there quietly playing with stickers, not bothering anyone (except apparently this staff member). I'm shocked that a place with high chairs and a kids menu would not only be so unwelcoming before we even sat down, but would also insult us as adults by insinuating we would leave our kids trash on the ground in their restaurant. And to stand there and openly talk about us in front of other staff members?? Genuinely stunned, offended and frankly humiliated. FWIW, before we left, I picked up every single sticker in under 10 seconds, because I'm a decent member of society and I intentionally buy my kid stickers that are removable and won't stick to a restaurant's floor or tables. Bistro Vendome: if you find a sticker belonging to my kid, I will personally return and remove it, but I will otherwise never in a million years be back.

We ended up getting the same waiter and as excepted, delivered very good service without any hiccups. One of us ordered from the restaurant week menu and the other, straight from the regular menu. The mussels with red sauce was large and plump but it was so so. Should tried white sauce instead. My trout almondine was very good, perfectly prepared. Mashed potatoes that accompanied were buttery and tasty. The steamed vegi I did not care for. The creme brulee was smaller in size due to the restaurant week portion? It was very small and hope the restaurant saved lot of money. Overall, still deserves 4 star. Definitely loved Eiffle Tower Martini. One of the best I had in awhile. See you soon. The interior of the restaurant is very cute and they have interesting restrooms. Espresso machine was not working so no milk or espresso drinks offered - not sure why that wasn't a priority to get up and running before opening for brunch. The reason for the one star review is that the food took over an hour to arrive to our group. The waitress explained that the kitchen was understaffed and everyone came in at once, but honestly it was still upsetting and frustrating. We ordered the French toast, venison tartine, and the mushroom crepe. Everything tasted good actually BUT after the hour wait for our food, we found a hair in our venison tartine. Nothing too strong, as expected from French cuisine. The pasta was a heavy diah but with nice delicate flavors and the moules frites white wine sauce was phenomenal. Our waitress offered us more bread and we soaked it in the white wine sauce. All of these dishes stood well with a bottle of Chablis served to us with our own table-side Ice bucket. We switched to Kronenburg beer when we got an order of the MERGUEZ lamb sausages. A beautiful mix of textures with the dijon mustards sauce, green apple (though the menu said pear, maybe?) and the lemon vinaigrette tossed arugula. The acid in the vinaigrette neutralized the usual characteristic bitterness of the arugula. We ended the night with a shared creme brulee. We chose the bar. Corsica has almost what I would call a modernized vintage decor, with high ceilings, brick walls, and interesting light fixtures. It was kind of a stylish warehouse. Upon being seated, we were greeted right away by the bartender who took our drink orders. I chose the Wolfpack, a salty and sweet bourbon cocktail, and my friend chose the Tiki Baby, a tequila cocktail with fruit flavors. Both were delicious and meticulously made. We ordered about four tapas to start with. They honestly came out almost too quickly, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they came out even before out cocktails were prepared. They did get one of our items wrong, but corrected it by allowing us to keep it at no charge. The food was great, but I liked some items more than others. The stuffed dates were probably my favorite. I was slightly disappointed in the caulini, as it is wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Despite the food coming out quickly, we didn't feel rushed at all. We sat for a long time, and ordered more drinks, and a couple more tapas. I felt very European, as we ended out meal with wine and cheese.
