My boyfriend and I really enjoyed dining at Jin's. You have to cook your own meat, but my boyfriend liked cooking it for us. There was a lot of meat to choose from and all of the flavor were very good. The server was also very kind and helpful. My boyfriend liked it so much he wanted to go back for supper. We went at an odd time so they were only half occupied, but I can see that place getting a little hot when all tables are sat. Love love love! The food is always good and fresh! Prices are fair specially for lunch is a really great deal. Stick to the main staples : LA galbi, bulgogi etc. from the buffet the chicken is never that great and the fish gets stuck on the grill really bad and break apart so better to stick with beef and pork. Also dont forget to ask for scissors(makes it a lot easier to cut) and garlic and onions to throw in the grill. Have gone to KBBQ places in Carrollton and that was the bar I had in mind coming here. Got there just after 5, so there's a good crowd. Food wise, I thought it was good. If you want a good sear, stick to the edges. At least that was the experience on our grills. If you really want to make the 25.99 worth it, don't bother loading up on rice or Mac salad. Stick to proteins as much as possible with some veggies. Don't overdrink. All in all, decent. This is a fantastic restaurant for family or groups. It has a very authentic Korean feel and the food presentation is nice. I have lived in Korea for many years and this place feels very similar to some that are in Korea just much bigger. My kids love to come here because they get to cook for us and I am able to order soju with my meal. Don't waste your time here folks! I went with my husband and two friends for the first time and we had a horrible time!! First the waiters kept forgetting our stuff we ordered and our grill wasn't working! I literally had 1 piece of fish on the grill the whole time we were there (2 hours) and it was barley cooked!! I've dined at both the Plano and Arlington locations and both are consistent from service to food. This is the kind of place that you come with friends and have no plans to do anything after. Why? Because it takes a while to cook, eat, drink, and be merry. Also, you'll be so stuffed with deliciousness (all you can eat) that you won't want to do anything afterwards. There's several cuts of meat that I enjoyed and others that I didn't. I like the galbi, pork belly, brisket, pork chop and many of the thin cuts. I wasn't a fan of the beef tongue because I don't like chewiness. Also, I thought the ribeye and steak cuts were a bit tough. There isn't much marbling in the steak cuts. You pay a standard price and get unlimited food and you cook it on the grill in the center of your table. I know the concept it weird; paying to cook your own food; but I think of it as interactive. My friends and I just recently went there to celebrate after our finals and it was an amazing experience. The prices were a lot cheaper then some of the BBQ's in Carrollton and the service was extremely fast. Most of the time we didn't even have to call the servers for a refill because of how much attention they gave us. As it was our first time at the location they immediately proceeded to give recommendations and tips on how to cook the meat and to keep the grill clean so we wouldn't have to keep changing it or inhale smoke. And not only were the quality of their meats fantastic, but the side bar of cooked foods tasted amazing as well. In particular the fried rice and spicy fried fish tasted insane! From the cuts of meat I really enjoyed the texture of what I think is called the cha dol bae gi? Well, on the menu it said BBQ brisket and it was fantastic. Cooks very fast so you don't have to wait and with the combination of dipping sauces the restaurant provides it is almost impossible to not ask for more. And just when we felt like we ate too much meat, there was a conveniently placed salad bar to cleanse our palate. My gluttonous friends and I were immensely satisfied with the amount of meat they gave per order and we recommend this place for anybody out there who wants to eat a lot for a good price and good quality. 10/10 will go again read more

So tonight was odd, so we were first seated by the host who said our server would be by soon. They have a new paper menu and we were waiting for a bit so we decided to use it's order method. It had little boxes where you mark what you want(since going up to the buffet is closed because of COVID)...well we did it incorrectly LOL So then our 1st waiter came and asked our drinks and said he would figure out how we did it. He brought our first side dishes we had ordered and said he would come back when we wanted to order the raw meats. We were still without drinks at this point... Lots of time passed and we had finished basically all our dishes and our waiter never stopped by again. We turned out the table light to get service and another female waitress came by. We told her we needed our drinks (which were just 3 waters I forgot to mention, nothing out of the ordinary) and also we were ready to order some meat. We had probably 5 things marked. She left and when she came back she had 1 meat we ordered and a side we also ordered, she said more would be coming and then we didn't see her again. By now we were halfway into our meal (about 30m) and although we are patient people and were polite we were kinda thirsty and frustrated. FINALLY, a third waiter came by (I believe his name was Tjay)! Without us even having the light on he asked if we needed anything and we again said our drinks. He very immediately got them and came back. We then mentioned we had other meat missing. He was the one to bring those too after checking again. Even though he was not the original waiter he was the ONLY ONE who returned everytime and asked if we needed anything else. Gave us refills, our other meats, the check when we asked and our dessert drinks! We were so grateful that he was there otherwise who knows how long we would've been waiting there. I don't know what was up, I understand it was somewhat busy, but it was towards the end and lots of people had left and it seemed there was lots of staff. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced at a Korean bbq place. It started when I walked in the manager and 3 wait staff were arguing about a screw up that happen earlier while I was standing waiting to be seated.... what made it really Weird was that everyone saw me but was more concerned with what happen earlier then to seat me. After about 4 mins of back and forth the lady waitress finally got smart and said we should take care of customer. After I sat down I just placed my order beef brisket and beef belly blah blah blah that's when I just sat there for 25 mins it got to the point I was done waiting so I walked up to the manger and wait staff and said I'm going to leave no body is helping me at my table and continued to walk out. Whenever I want to get Korean BBQ, I normally have to drive to Dallas or Carrollton since there aren't really options elsewhere. I heard about this place that just opened in Arlington so thought I checked it out. If you like unlimited meat and can eat a lot, this is the place for you. I guess I have never enjoyed unlimited meat due to the lack of flavors (including Omi) so this place was only alright. In terms of pricing per person, it was about the same compared to other unlimited Korean BBQ places. There is a bar in the middle of the restaurant where you grab a plate and choose whatever sides/meat that you want. They do charge you extra for meat that you don't eat so don't get it all once in case you don't finish. The sides were the typical ones like kimchi, potato salad, broccoli, etc. At the end of the meal, they give you a sweet rice drink which was my highlight of the meal. I think what made me and my boyfriend really love this place was the staff. Our server , Roshan, was possibly one of the nicest servers we have ever had going out to eat. Because it was a our first time, he talked us through things and we got our grill changed three times , including drinks refilled multiple times. He was extremely attentive to us, and just because it was lunch time on a weekday does NOT mean they weren't busy. Even with all the customers he kept a positive attitude, very attentive and I definitely would've tipped him the world if I wasn't so broke because him and the other servers really seemed like they were working with pleasure. Aside from the nice staff, my favorite meat is the pineapple galbi. Me and my boyfriend ordered it 3 times. Because it is a buffet I believe we got our money's worth and it is very fun to cook the meat. My recommendation is the sesame dressing thing , and the cucumber with red spices in it (I clearly don't even know the names, but I think people can get the idea of what I'm talking about.)
