As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I strongly believe that taking care of your guests and making things right should always come first. Losing a loyal customer over the cost of a few sushi rolls simply doesn't make sense. Restaurants, especially those serving seafood and shellfish, should be mindful that many guests have dietary restrictions, allergies, or lifestyle choices like vegetarian or vegan diets. Unless it's clearly stated otherwise, customers should be able to expect that separate items will be packaged separately.
