It needed a little more sweet and a little more spice, I didn't taste much of either. Overall, great chicken but could use a different or more flavorful sauce. The flavor of the chicken with the couscous and carrots was great. We would get all of these items again. We ended the meal with the chocolatine dessert. This was one of the best desserts we've ever had. The warm chocolate Crossiant bread pudding with the horchata ice cream on top was perfection. I loved the little detail of the sprinkled honeycomb. The sauce accompanying the burrata was excellent and was the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the sea bream itself was slightly overcooked. We also tried two non-alcoholic drinks: a hibiscus mocktail and a lychee lemonade. Both were pleasant but unremarkable. For dessert, we ordered the peach galette and the chocolate dessert. They were nicely presented but tasted average. The chocolatine contained croissant bits. Given the restaurant's prices, we expected desserts to be better curated and with memorable flavors. Our server, Michael, was incredibly kind and attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and raved about how delicious the food was. He was right! The food was excellent! My ribeye was tender and cooked perfectly. My husband's meal was equally as good. We will definitely be back.
