Promising start: fresh bread and a parsley pesto? that used to have more garlic, but not this time.

I keep forgetting why we don't go here. Cajun/Creole/New Orleans style food is generally packed with flavor. This is pretty bland. The shrimp on my scampi dish was tender but the pasta was underwhelming. I doctored the pasta with salt, Parmesan, and lemon from my water...otherwise the garlic, capers, shallot, and tomatoes had no flavor! If I had some blackening seasoning in my purse, I would have used that. My dining companion had Cajun pasta... equally underwhelming... you can't fix overcooked chicken at the table... If you don't cook, it was fine. It wasn't inedible... we were hungry and finished most of the plate. It just didn't have that, "I need to back for more" lure. The service was very, very good... the wine was perfectly chilled.. the bread soft and delicious. Entrees? Meh.

My husband's family and I LOVE coming here! The staff and kitchen are always so kind and accommodating, and the fresh food comes pretty quick and tastes phenomenal. The ambiance is very relaxing, with dimmer and softer lights and background music. I always recommend this place!

Amazing dishes with amazing flavor! Service is always great and the restaurant is always clean. Had the Cajun combo and I must say it was a treat. Shrimp Creole and Blackened Catfish for $16 bucks. Can't beat it!

We enjoyed the food, service, and ambience of the Bourbon Street Seafood Kitchen. The presentation of the food was lovely. Our server Jorge was helpful without being obtrusive. We selected this restaurant as part of the Aadvantage Dining program with American Airlines.

I was pleasantly surprised with our dining experience at Bourbon Street. Restaurant is literally 5 minutes from our house, but never made an effort to try it out until now. Bourbon street reminds me of a smaller scale, more local, quieter Pappadeaux. Both have similar themes and cuisine. There are white tablecloths on the tables which gives a more "upscale" vibe, but I still think it's more on the casual dining side. Service is very friendly and helpful, but a little slow to start. We started out with drinks and 2 appetizers. The fried calamari and oysters bourbon street were really good. Drinks were made very well and strong! Entrees came out shortly after we finished our appetizers and they were all delicious as well! Definitely will make our way back here!

This place is amazing, I get lunch here frequently and it's never ever disappointed, it's never soggy, never cold, I love the po boys and the shrimp liquid pasta, everyone working there is also so kind!

I've been going to this place for years and I'm always extremely happy. They have a great lunch menu. My favorite thing on the menu is always the bourbon street shrimp. They have a great house salad and if you like oysters their backed oysters Rockefeller is amazing. Definitely stop by here if you are in the area.

When I came up to the place it wasn't a sit down place to eat, but that you have to order which was confusing as there were a lot of other restaurants within the small space. There was a guy there that was picking up wing and he stated that they were the best and big pieces. So he showed me how to order. And I place my order as it was Wednesday dollar day for wings so I order wings. I had the parmesan garlic, lemon pepper. Let me tell you they were so good, the wait was too long but worth the wait. It best to order online then go pick up. The restroom were locked so that is why I gave 4 and we weren't able to speak with no one. If you need any special thing or extras please write it I. The space provided because they don't give you anything but what you order no napkin just nothing else. Enjoy and hope the you didn't forget to order anything special or extra as you won't get it.

It's a multi-restaurant location but no one actually works the front desk or door. So you basically have to order your food online and they deliver it to a locker where you pick it up. Very strange. And made it pretty much impossible to get any thing extra like napkins, a fork, or whatever you might need for a meal. Good food... But definitely not recommended if you're looking for something as a sitdown place

Birthdays, random cravings, "we survived the week" dinners & you name it, we've probably celebrated it here. The vibe is casual, fun, and laid-back, which is exactly what you want when you're about to put on a bib and commit to a seafood boil. And yes, that is exactly what you should do here because the boils never miss. The seafood is always fresh, the sauces are flavorful, and the spice levels are not playing around. My recommendation? Stick with level 2 unless you enjoy sweating through your meal and reevaluating your life choices. My go-to combo is mussels, shrimp, crab legs, potatoes, boiled egg, and veggies. And before anybody gets suspicious about the veggies in a seafood boil, hear me out, they absolutely belong there. They soak up all that buttery, spicy sauce and add something extra to the whole experience. Don't skip them. Also, get the flights. They're fun, they're good, and they make an already good time even better. Smashin Crab is one of those places we keep coming back to because it's reliable in the best way: good seafood, great flavor, and the kind of meal that feels like an event every time.

Jenn was our server, and she was amazing very attentive, informative, and provided great service throughout our visit. The ambiance was a fun, lively vibe with music playing, and the restaurant was clean. The happy hour menu had a great selection, with everything from shrimp boils to cocktails. We started with the 1/2 dozen chargrilled oysters ($19.12) and the Smash'd Margarita Flight ($11 during happy hour). Chargrilled Oysters: 8.5/10 The oysters were cooked in garlic butter and Parmesan and served with crispy toast. The toast was definitely a highlight for me it added such a good texture and paired really well with the oysters. I would absolutely order these again! Smash'd Margarita Flight: (9/10) This was a fun way to get a taste of the different margaritas they offer. The prickly pear was my favorite of the flight! Shrimp Boil: (10/10) For our main meal, we ordered the shrimp boil from the happy hour menu and added a few extras. I loved how customizable the boils were. They have a great variety of add-ons, from broccoli to ramen noodles, and you can also choose your seasoning and spice level. Overall, we had a great experience. Good food, a fun atmosphere, plenty of options, and great service from Jenn. We'll definitely be back and those chargrilled oysters will be making another appearance at the table! The menu is exciting and the concept is definitely there--but unfortunately, my dining experience didn't quite live up to it. I ordered the pecan-crusted trout, which had a nice texture but lacked flavor and seasoning. The dirty rice was also underwhelming, with very little depth or seasoning, and the calamari was a bit rubbery. Overall, the food just didn't hit the mark for me. Service was also a bit inconsistent. During dinner, I found myself having to get up to grab my own salt and pepper, as well as my own place setting, which took away from the experience. That said, I did have a much better interaction the day before when my wife and I stopped by for a glass of champagne at the bar--the bartender was lovely and welcoming. On a positive note, the location is beautiful--right along the River Walk, which makes for a great ambiance and setting. I'd consider giving it another try, but hoping for more consistency in both food and service next time.

R&R is part of a hotel and since the weather was really nice, we decide to sit on the outdoor patio facing the river walk. They have a happy hour menu that runs from 3-6 pm and includes beer, wine and liquor specials and 8 small plate food options. I start off with a margarita on the rocks. When it comes out, the drink is good but could've used a bit more lime in the mix but not bad. For food, I go with the fried shrimp and catfish nuggets. When they come out, the plates are larger than expected and both come with fries. This could easily be shared with two or three people. Everything was friend to perfection, crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and seasoned well. The plates were wiped clean. I ordered a house pinot noir and it was a good. I didn't catch the brand name but would order it again. Overall, this was a great first experience at Roam & Range and will look forward to coming back to try more of the menu. Due to it's location, parking can be tricky so prep ahead.
