Delectable, convivial, and most relaxing inside or out; hubby and I have done both and prefer outside in their garden. Brian, our server was a delight! This is no doubt a hidden gem; tucked in silver lake. Come for the food and stay for the warm welcome as we've experienced each visit!

We were so happy here! Made it to a date high and every dish had us happy. We started with the beet salad...I say this as someone who doesn't love beets but I really enjoyed this one. Then we got the baba ganoush, and while that was good, the fresh warm bread it came with was the winner. That was followed by the lamb shank dinner...the lamb itself was tender and delicious but the stew was spicy! Skip the red peppers if you can't or don't want to tolerate the spice. The final dish we had with barely space left to eat was the beef tongue gnocchi. The crunch at the end of it had us so happy. We sadly had no space for desserts We will be happy to come back here, the patio was super cute with ambiance. Service was great, the only thing that might be an issue is the street parking situation

My friend picked Bowery Bungalow to celebrate her birthday. Super cute and cozy restaurant. We sat at the patio and the heat lamps kept us warm on a chilly night. Staff did a great job recommending different dishes to try. We did family style and had a blast tasting everything! + Market fatoush 5/5: Server said this tasted like the "sunshine" from the lemony vinaigrette and he was not kidding. The freshest salad! + Fried cauliflower 5/5: Wow, the cauliflower was so flavorful with spice and tahini. It tasted better than I expected. + Beef tongue shawarma gnocchi 5/5: Beef tongue was so tender! I think our server provided some sauce on the side saying that some customers think it's not salty enough... it was fine without the additional sauce. + Hanger steak 5/5: Well-cooked steak with crispy brussel sprouts on the side. + Seared scallop 5/5: The scallops looked overcooked and dry but it was actually cooked just right and super soft. Roasted parsnips were a great addition. Overall, we had a wonderful and fun dinner! Glad I got to try this restaurant out!

As my partner says, "phone eats last" so we didn't capture the dishes in their glory but damn.

Listen to me! There is nooooo reason why All Time is poppin 24/7 and this place isn't. I'm probably going to regret saying this as I work my way out of getting an easy reservation, but if you're sleeping on this place it's a mistake! The food is soooo good and fresh and unique! Never in my life have I had something like the flavor profile of the tahini toast. Everything we had was so yummy and for me a huge bonus was the generosity of herbs on every plate. The ambiance in the garden is so good and of course the wait staff was so wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Love this place! It doesn't seem like much from outside but it was insanely good. I loved how they brought out the dishes as they were ready and the whole team was super sweet. I highly recommend the pork ribs and babaganoush!

This place is so dear to me and holds a special place in my heart. I've eaten here more than any other restaurant, probably somewhere in the range of 100-200 times. We don't live down the street anymore but still make the drive from the valley every few weeks. The food is so wonderful, as are the employees. I love you Bowery Bungalow!!! Don't ever change!!!

Yes. This place is amazing. Super cute location and vibe and delicious food. My cousin and I ordered the fried cauliflower (they actually fry the cauliflower without batter - which was delicious), the babaganoush (amazing!), and their Hanger Steak with roasted brussell sprouts. Everything we had was so good. But the standout for me was the Hanger Steak and the Cauliflower. The steak was perfectly cooked and all the flavors and textures were there. The service was also top notch. They were so attentive and on top of things the "sipping" soup once you sit down was also a nice touch. Also, and most importantly, do not miss the kunefe/knuafeh. I've travelled to Turkey, Egypt, and Greece so I've had a lot of this dessert in my time and I can say that their take on the dessert is so unique. I loved it! It's lighter than others I've had but just as delicious. I can't wait to come back!

This place is great. Everything we tried was bursting with flavor, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their dishes. You really can't go wrong picking anything off the menu. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. The cozy vibes inside make it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner or a casual night out. It feels warm and inviting, like you're dining in someone's small home.

This is my new favorite spot in Silver Lake. I've already dined there several times this year. The food here is delicious and I can't wait to try everything they have on their menu. Among my favorite dishes: Beets Salad with dates Shawarma Gnocchi Lamb shank. We always like to sit in the outside patio and they do have heaters out there. Will definitely come again and try more of their dishes

4.5 stars! Went on a Tuesday night around 7. Place want too busy but they told us the patio was all booked so we sat inside. We got a glimpse of the outside seating and it looked nice. I think it's a remodeled house? Very cute. Starts with complimentary soup that reminded me of minestrone. Got the beef tongue recommended by our waiter and the cast iron chicken. The beef tongue was sooooo good. It was so tender and flavorful. The chicken was pretty good too. Not as tender/juicy as the beef though. The rice was savory and sweet so if you like that, definitely recommend. Service was great! Our waiter was friendly and loved his recommendations.

The service here was excellent as expected. We had a last min walk-in reservation that they helped us secure quickly and easily. I love the table setups because the area that we sat in was sort of communal and were sitting close enough to others that we could all share the dining experience together. Food is best enjoyed family-style, but not if you don't want to share, as in my case. It's magical in the way only LA can be, beautiful because Genevieve is hands-on with artful touches (in atmosphere and PASTRIES), and 100% delicious for all senses. To begin, CHERRY TOMATO a BOMB @ss party in my mouth!!! One dish that's actually more delicious than it is beautiful (and it IS both) - silken feta, like yogurt without fermentation, underlies genuinely sweet cherry tomatoes and strawberries that are a bright, fruity POP next to roasted harissa & cilantro - cuts through like FIRECRACKERS with sesame crunch. It's MAGIC. Second, some FRIED QUAIL - THE MOST ELEGANT fried thing I've ever eaten, and I mean that in the BEST way. SO tender, moist quail in the crispiest, tastiest buttermilk semolina coating with XO (a little bit spicy, a lotta bit savory - not ashamed to say I licked the plate) and a sprinkling of ROSE petals. GET IT, SHARE IT, no more than 2 per plate (and you may want an encore...). THIRD, an otherworldly DUCK HUMMUS - SMOOTH like butter, SAVORY like 'NDUJA and slightly curried with fluffy HOT PITA fresh from the oven. I dare you to find better, please tell me if you do. A proverbial cherry-on-top (except this one is a...) PEACH TART! Perfect peaches fanned over a buttery crust that melts in the mouth - it's a marrying of barely-there crust and creamy center (underlying whip is barely sweet, like happy clouds). My greatest disappointment is not having friends to share my delight & order more - I have no doubts everything on the menu is equally exceptional, and CANNOT WAIT for the day we return together!
