I had a pizza craving and decided to try Brick Shack Pizza, ready for action!!! Slices were lounging behind the glass, but I went big with a full veggie pie. It came out looking a little extra toasty, and the nice lady behind the counter even offered a redo (customer service win), but I dove in anyway. Absolutely not burnt.... just boldly baked. Crispy, delicious crust, piled high with very fresh veggies and gloriously melty cheese!! Way too big for 1 person, so I had a lot of leftovers for the next day. Total win, pizza was delish, craving satisfied!!

Located inside Haven City Market, this spot is the go to pizza for my kids whenever we are eating out at Haven City Market. I've tried their pizza, it's pretty good. Each slice is huge and they do have combos where you get a drink as well. Always gotta have some pizza around haven city market. Located near the front main entrance head straight and it'll be on the left hand side. Pizza, Stromboli, calzones, breadsticks and more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have alcoholic drinks available with dodger specials.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Seating throughout the food area and large section in the back next to claw machines. Service was welcoming and helpful.

Awesome pizza--especially considering how unpredictable food markets can be. A lot of places here are more about the vibe than the food, but this one actually delivers. When I ordered, there was a Spanish-speaking gentleman at the counter who didn't speak much English. I tried to ask him a quick question, but I'm guessing he's usually busy in the back making the great food. Either way, he had no problem taking my order, ringing me up, and getting everything right. I ordered three slices, and surprisingly, the veggie one ended up being my favorite--but all three were excellent. Nothing tasted or felt greasy, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely a place I'll come back to when I feel like I've earned a calorie-dense reward. Five stars because I wasn't expecting a Michelin-level meal--I just wanted solid, delicious pizza without the regret, and that's exactly what I got.

Brick Shack Pizza is an east coast pizza place inside the Haven City Market. For our family, east coast pizza places are a magnet, because so few of them come close to the real thing. Here, they're doing it right and selling some really tasty pies. Yes, they also sell by the slice. We have been here a few times now and have always came away impressed. They cook their pies in a typical pizza oven. Though sadly re-heat their slices in a conveyor belt toaster oven, found in many of the major chain pizza. It's not perfect, but it's something I can live with.

The food tasted great and seasoned well. The only draw back was the round container the lasagna was served in was a little small in my opinion. The service was on point very friendly and professional staff. The outside and inside of this location was very clean. You can tell they take pride in their business. I will for return. On a side note I order an extra meatball and it was seasoned well tasty yummy.

My eldest daughter and I recently visited Haven City Market for dinner. It was about an hour-ish before closing time. Some of the food vendors were already closed or getting ready to close because it was a Monday night and they are slow on that day from what I was informed. Anyway, we thought we give Brick Shack Pizza a whirl. They have a variety of different pizzas with various toppings. Supreme, Hawaiian, Cheese, Pepperoni, Meat Lovers, and a few others. If you see the pizza looking a bit cold, no worries... they have a nifty little convection oven of some sort that they run the pizza slices through to give them a lift and warm them up. They also have chicken wings with flavors like Buffalo, BBQ, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, and Mango-Habanerno... you may get them bone-in or bone-out... go bone-in all the way! The taste and flavor of the wings seems to come through more with bone in tack. Stromboli, pasta, garlic rolls, salads, beers, and other liquors are offered as well. A very well rounded pizza shack! Since it was almost closing time, the nice young gentleman who was assisting us was kind to offer buy one slice of pizza get one slice of pizza free. Sign me up! LOL For $6.95 per slice, it was a pretty good size pizza. We got the Hawaiian and Supreme. Both were good, but I wished they ran the slices through twice because cheese wasn't melty enough for me. I could have went back and asked them to do it, but I was too hungry to wait another minute LOL. We also got 8 piece wings half buffalo and half garlic parmesan. Unfortunately, they only had 4 wings bone-in left so they gave us the other half with boneless. I prefer the bone-in hands down... it was delicious especially the buffalo flavor... I didn't care for the garlic parmesan though. The boneless was a little dry IMHO. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Thank you sir for the BOGO offer! Service was quick. Though the wings took a bit longer than expected. Ambiance is quaint... I like their pizza logo and quote. We will definitely be back to try their other foods... stromboli, pasta, and garlic rolls are on our list. Happy Bricking and Shacking!

This is now my all time favorite pizza place in the IE!! I stopped off at Brick Shack Pizza inside of Haven City Market with some foodie friends. What a find!! We started off with a Michelada, which was the perfect balance of sweet, savory and spicy in every sip! Felix is a true craftsman with all the pizza, Stromboli, stuffed pizza and pizza roses!! Pizza roses? Yes!! I haven't seen this before and I am now a huge fan!! Love the layers of cheese and pepperoni!! The crusty bottom makes this so yummy! They use top quality ingredients! Soooo cheesy!!! And, that garlic butter!! It comes out piping hot so be careful when you grab the first slice! The Roasted Pesto Chicken with roasted tomatoes smelled so amazing!! I would definitely get this again! Now, if you're not in the mood to get a whole pizza, you can get by the slice, which is the size of two slices. Need to feed a large group of people? Look no further! You'll be sure to wow your guests with the Specialty Dimitri 28" Pizza!! They have Mela Watermelon Water!! Definitely recommend!! So refreshing!! A great place for a thin NY style pizza! Are used to live in Manhattan off of Park Street, and this place reminds me of my favorite pizza joint from back then... The slices are generous, the sauce and cheese are well flavored, and the crust is crunchy get soft and chewy... All around very good slice of pie read more

Was disappointed that there were no vegan options. There are so many (accessible) options for substitute cheese and meats available from all of your suppliers, should be mo reason to have an amazing vegan pizza on your menu. Vegans love pizza too!! We were in the mood for pizza and picked this place based off of local reviews. Lots of 5 star reviews, but unfortunately this will not be one of them. The pizza was mediocre at best. We got two pieces, a fresh one and one old slice that had been there a while. Honestly, you could get a better (more flavorful) pizza from Papa John's for the same price as two slices of pizza. Overall, the portions are big but expensive and flavor is just lacking. Skip this and go for any other stall at Heaven City Market. read more

Pretty good, little expensive two slices of Pepperoni and a soda over $14 bucks. Quick service lots of different pizza ready, they reheat it to crisp it up for you. Long line but moved quickly. read more

The mamas pasta had no flavor, Sbarros in the mall food court has more flavor. The salad was not fresh, ordered the garden salad, the lettuce had pink on the ends, but the Italian dressing was good. The Stromboli was good, I suggest a side of pizza sauces to dip it in. Maybe I should of had a pizza and walked down to Pan Pasta!!! read more

The first time I have tried the Brick Shack. I went with my family yesterday around 5:00. They had a steady crowd. I liked that they had a handful of employees and were not understaffed. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza, chorizo pizza , and a few slices of pepperoni. The young lady recommended the chorizo so we tried it. Very pleasant young lady. Had a great smile and the whole crew looked like they liked working there. Boss you are doing a great job. The pizza was great and the service was even better . We will be back and definitely recommend this location. read more

ordered and got to pay and they asked me what i ordered so i was confused why they asked me what i wanted in the order here line and at the pay they had no clue...they asked each other if they took my order and ig the cook took it lol idk why he was in the front so he had started making the order and they put my order in and so they were making double my order lol but they confirmed with each other and just made one.....after get a text to my phone saying ur food is ready so i go and plan on getting my food there was someone else getting there order so im waiting behind and i hear the worker say one fires and one cheese sticks to the person in front so im like lol they ordered the same thing but nope they had give my order and had to wait another 15 mins on top of already waiting 20 so that was my experience hope yours is better! read more

This is the second location for Brick Shack Pizza and it is still owned and operated by father and son and friend. This location is in the Haven City Market food hall. We opened our first location in Ontario in 2019 and we're grateful and excited to now be in Rancho Cucamonga.

The interior definitely matched the vibe I was expecting - a lot of colorful murals, "toasted" imagery, eclectic decor like rubber ducks on every window sill and counter ledge, and plenty of green. The menu had a lot of options and variations with tongue-in-cheek names, but also the common names and descriptions below. Both my friend and I ordered "pinners," which are 8" sandwiches. I got the Kali Mist (Spicy Club) on garlic herb bread and my friend got The Kind (Turkey, Bacon, Shrooms) but without the shrooms on white bread. After ordering at the counter, we took a seat at one of the tables to dine-in. The music was a little loud for my preference, which makes me sound like I'm a million years old but oh well. Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread! Having never tried Cheba Hut before, I immediately asked my friend where the closest location was after taking my first few bites. I'd love to try more sandwiches.

Very soft and perfectly warm. The sandwich was packed full of shredded, slow roaster turkey, stuffed with stuffing and a layer of cranberry sauce. I drizzled the suggested gravy on it- delicious! The reasoning behind only 3 stars was customer service. The man working the register and taking orders was not welcoming or friendly. I enquired how the French fries were there and the reply was $3.49. I asked how they were not how much they were. He remained straight faced. No public service or even a sliver of a smile. When we picked the order up at the counter I asked the woman employee if I could get a side of gravy for my sandwich. Her reply was simply an eye roll and "I'll check the back". Despite the sandwiches and the brookie being delicious I don't know that we will be back. It is important to us as foodies and as consumers that we encounter welcoming service and not be made to feel like we are putting them out. Food great- service NOT.

The lovely host at the counter knew her dishes and helped us make a selection. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and he had the salmon roll (easily one of the best sandwiches he's had in a while). Everything was flavorful, fresh, and just really well done. (We overheard the chef talking with another guest about how everything is made from scratch in house using the freshest ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference). This little corner burger spot on the edge of Upland feels like a hidden gem with gourmet quality... We'll be back to try more menu items and their homemade desserts!

But the biggest upset was that our table was touched by 3 separate people an no one cleared our table. We sat for over an hour with our hot beers an a completely filthy table. Needless to say we paid for our 2nd tab an our table still remained with our plates from our first tab.

With Diane in tow, we were pleased that a large parking lot was directly across the street from the restaurant. And as we entered and were seated in a booth in the bar area, an elegant but understated woodsy ambiance greeted us. Wanting to sample a cross-section of offerings, we began our dinner with soup and salad. Diane liked her bowl of orange-hued Lobster Bisque, and I enjoyed my bowl of hot and angry-red Garden Tomato Soup and salad of Field Greens with multi-colored Grape Tomatoes. Flatbread smeared with Herb Butter was very good, as well. A few Grilled Sea Scallops were warm and sizable enough as an appetizer, in addition to a side skewer of fairly large and tasty Grilled Shrimps. And Diane and I both raved about our chosen entree of Ginger-Sesame Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. The fish was flaky and cooked perfectly--in the league of the best we have ever had. At first I was disappointed that the restaurant was out of requested Tartar Sauce. But it soon became apparent that none was needed. A bed of Rice Pilaf served as a soft base for the fish for me, and Diane had Yukon Mashed Potatoes fulfill the same purpose for her chosen main. Specially requested French Fries were also gladly prepared by the chef. The skin-on variety, they were soft on the inside and okay overall. Throughout the course of the meal we received excellent multi-person service, led by our principal server, Marie. We expect to return for more of that wonderful Sea Bass. XXXX-1/2 stars overall for this initial outing!
