The employees are friendly and the service great!!! My pie was done in 15 minutes. I live right by Gianfranco Pizza but they were closed this day. Came in to re-visit and boy was I happy i pulled over. Two specialty slices later we were both extremely happy. I had the sausage and broccoli rabe white slice while she had the grill chicken caesar salad slice. Perfectly executed guys!! Great portion of chicken and taste was on point!! The pizza is good , the customer service is the worst. We have been going there for pick up for over a year. They constantly tell you inaccurate times for pick ups. So we have adjusted our arrival to pick up by 10-15 minutes later after promised time to save ourselves the headache . Today we ordered and said it would be ready to pick up in 25 minutes. We get there 35 minutes later to pick it up. They said it isn't ready. I wait in the store for another 10 minutes still not ready, When I go back to the register they go check again on the status. Come to find out it was ready when I first got there and they didn't see it. When I asked the clerk if it was ready the whole time she said yes. No apology just that "we are busy". Been coming here for the last 8 years and it's always been solid. I love a good Sicilian slice and this place does it proper. You can park on the street behind the place if the street is full. 50/50 chance you will get a good pizza! I will start by saying my friend gets pizza from here and she raved about it. (Doesn't Buy to often) We got our first order and it's was delicious we always spend over $60-$140. Each time we ordered things we added more things to try from their menu. Last time I ordered pizza the chicken, bacon ranch was burnt. We lived with it things happen. Today we made another order and never again will I be ordering from here. The pizza came later then scheduled and hey that happens. But once the pizza got here a burnt smell arrived with it! The Chicken Bacon Ranch arrived half of the pie burnt (I will add pics). Not only that but the cheese pie smelled just like a burnt pizza it was weird. The taste of it. Just a NO -that burnt smell and taste. It was cooked fine but must have been in the oven with something that burnt or dirty oven. It was just not correct to even send these pizzas out. You could smell them. I called to complain about the bacon one in particular bc it was the first one opened. The lady told me they could send out another one right away or even give me credit. I told her I was not Interested in either. She said credit would be given next time I purchased again. Now ok that's fine I guess they tried to fix the issue. I have driven by this place hundreds of times without stopping in, mostly because of the parking problem. But today, with my stomach growling, I was lucky enough to find a spot nearby I walk through the door and find a bunch of customers with only 1 guy behind the counter. It's finally my turn and ask what a particular slice is and the guy grabs it to throw it in the oven. I then have to shout that I'm only looking for descriptions of otherwise similar looking slices. Finally order 2 and ask for "not too hot". Several minutes later, I have to tell him to take them out of the oven. End result: the fresh tomato slice was excellent with buttery crust that I love. Fresh garlic pulls it all together. The second slice was rectangular like Sicilian but thinner crust like a "grandma" slice, but the dough was dried out and tough Food: one good, one bad Service: not good. read more

Always the best slice around. Grew up eating at Broadway and when I had children that was their first slice of pizza. Always as good as the first day I ate there. Dough always cooked to perfection. Perfect amounts of cheese and sauce. I am picky and never has anyone gotten every dish I order right. Except Broadway. Always done as ordered at Broadway. We move up to northern Westchester to and still drive down so my kids can have their favorite. They deem it the best pizza and the "most bestest"BBQ chicken pizza. My family and I have been long time fans of this business. The pizza is AMAZING. The dough is often something I have an issue with pizza in general because it can be too doughy, but this place does not have this issue in the slightest. When I moved to the New York City area, I thought I would be able to find decent Italian food.... I'm still looking. Every Italian I have ever known takes great pride in their sauce, not so here. Ragu would have been better. Chicken parm was burnt and the sauce tasted like it was the cheapest pre made canned sauce you can buy at restaurant depot. Lots of different pizzas available by the slice. there are a few standout slices available. The chicken ceasar is delicious and they also do a nice margherita slice.
