Been here now a few times and every time we have enjoyed it. I would highly suggest doing there call ahead seating because on the weekend this place gets very busy. We checked in on line and said our wait would be about 45 mins. Also my to the minute we got an alert and once inside got seated right away. Inside this place is very clean and modern updates with lots of seating. What made this last experience even better was our outstanding service we received. Despite being totally packed all the staff was buzzing around with smiles and getting everyone what they needed. The food was really good and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I had the chorizo skillet with over easy eggs. Very hearty meal and had great flavors. Depending on where we are at in town this will for sure be on the list for breakfast or lunch. read more

FYI-You can get on a call ahead list by going online We did come on the 4th of July so it was extremely busy. It took a while to get our food. The food was ok, nothing out of the norm. I got the sopes Benedict and was disappointed. Lacked tons of flavor on the sope and the meat part. Every bite taste watery...not what you want to taste when eating meat. I would give it a 5/10. Super bummed out. We also ordered the western bacon burger with sweet potato fries. This was 8/10. Finally the sample trio and the only good part was the French toast. We made the mistake of going on a Sunday afternoon for Brunch but thought by 1pm we would be good. They quoted a 20 minute wait and after 20 minutes we went back in to ask how much longer it would be and they sat us. It gives old diner feel inside with a bar that you can eat at, blue booths and tables in the middle of the restaurant. We each ordered a flight of drinks and our food right away because we were starving! There were quite a few good menu options even for me who is Gluten Free! The food came fast! Faster then our drinks! Everyone enjoyed their dishes and we sipped on our flights afterwards. The server was good and I could tell they were struggling to keep up with the demand. In one word: awful. The service was okay. But the food? I'm one to leave very gracious compliments, but I have to point these problems out too. I ordered the Border Benedict. So I'm expecting poached eggs, not hard-boiled to the point where they're inedible. Unseasoned home fries. And it's advertised as spicy. I couldn't make it more bland if I dumped a pound of flour on it. I left a nice tip, but spending $62 on food I couldn't even take more than 4 bites of always sucks. read more

Omg this place is soo good! We went here for my boyfriends birthday and he said it was the best breakfast he's had. Nether of us like eggs so we took that off but it does come with and with a your choice of side and bread. Im a picky eater and was thrown off by the look of the biscuits but they were very good and i was worried they'd be dry but they weren't. It was my first time trying crepes and they were different for my taste but not horrible for SURE lol. This is a great place for breakfast with friends! I appreciate that they can accommodate vegan guests and I love their mimosa flights.

After my last review the manager was kind enough to send me a $25 gift card and asked me to come back hoping I'd have a better experience. I made sure to come on a weekday when it was less busy. We got seated quickly, the service was flawless and as expected the food was delicious. I would have gladly re-reviewed this experience as a 5 star if it weren't for the cleanliness. As a mom, and someone that worked in the food industry for years, I have high expectations for this. Sticky tables, gross high chairs and non-wiped down booths aren't going to cut it. But besides that one complaint, my meal here was great and I'm appreciative that they were able to turn my opinion around. Thanks! read more

This cafe is fantastic! Our group of four showed up around 10am on the Saturday after Christmas so we expected to wait a minimum of 30-60 minutes to be seated. Wrong! We were seated immediately and got our drinks less than 3 minutes later! *mind-blown* Our waitress was friendly and attentive and the food was outstanding. The menu was so enticing that we ordered a little bit of everything. (We ordered so much we could barely fit all of it on the table.) Everyone in our group loved the food and raved about the service. We've been waiting 40 minutes and still no food. Even if the food comes out 5-Star, this is ridiculous. No Manager appears to be on duty. No expediter appears to be on duty. It's a hot mess over here. 45 minutes- Now the food arrives in staggered delivery -my wife's main meal and my side of sausage. Waiting for my main and my wife's side. Sausage links are very tasty albeit served at room temperature. We're 55 minutes and the food is still not served. Now ONE pancake is served. That's all the kitchen put up. Went there this am with Friends. Took about 10 min before someone came to our table to ask about drinks. A few min later he brought the waters and coffee. The water had something floating in it. Had to ask for a new water. Coffee was luke warm and no spoons! Had to use my fork. A few min later he took our order. My egg breakfast came out Luke warm and eggs were overcooked and the omelette was dry as a chicken bone. The toast was burnt and cold. Had to ask for condiments several times to several people as well as coffee and soda. Our friends meal was dry and had to ask several times for Mayo. This was NOT a good visit at all. We visited this restaurant again last week and I think we might make this a regular breakfast spot. The food amount is very generous, not to mention extremely delicious. Service was phenomenal and staff was very attentive which is saying something when you show up with two babies. As the name implies they have a large selection of breakfast foods, basically anything and everything breakfast related. My wife's omelet was huge and we were glad to take some home for a mid-day snack. I ordered the club and boy that thing was enormous! If only this place was closer to my neighborhood. Today was the second time we've eaten breakfast at the Broken Yoke. I had their delicious Açaí Bowl and my husband had bacon, eggs and buttermilk pancakes. There were 2 things that, I feel, the restaurant could improve on 1) serve the thick sliced bacon or increase the portion, and 2) have thermos style coffee pots for tables rather than having a central location for coffee makers/pots. The first cup of decaf that we had was piping hot, after that it was cold The service was good, our booth was comfortable. Next visit will be to try the lunch menu! Never got any service. Was sat at our table and after waiting for 20 minutes and no one showed up to our table we left.

Our server, Ashley L, was great. The food, however, was not. I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon and my wife got the biscuits and gravy with fried chicken strips. Presentation was good but when I bit into the thick bacon, I couldn't bite through it because it was so tough. The biscuit was hard and the gravy had a burnt taste to it. The server had them take 25% off our bill. It certainly wasn't her fault. On a side note. We were told our wait would be 20 minutes and we were 16th in line. After more than 35 minutes, the app showed we were 11th but most of the line had died down. When I went to inquire, I was told they could seat us but their reservation iPad wasn't working. It would be a good idea to keep checking in with the hostess staff. read more
