Two, the attention to detail in customer comfort/ way to market some product y'all. *clap clap clap* In the women's restroom, there is there market lemon sugar scrub for washing your hands AND a whipped beef tallow hand moisturizer............... say less, right? The bathroom and entire establishment if very modern and sophisticated while maintaining a comfortable casual atmosphere. The service was wonderful, very attentive. I do wish I could remember the name of our server, but she really was great. And the hostess did a wonderful job of seating us with four under four and four adults. The patio seating was surprisingly comfortable for how hot it's been outside. The food was good. A fun and impressive cocktail menu, however since I don't drink I had the privilege of gaining my calories in some great appetizers. (BACON WRAPPED DATES) The kids breakfast was simple, but my kids complained they didn't like the eggs and potatoes because they tasted like nothing, and they were right. We moved over one of the smaller tables and our grandson enjoyed his breakfast and his very own table. I enjoyed a side of Belgian waffle ( for a side it was still really big ) and two over medium eggs. Our daughter shared the regular Belgian waffle and eggs with her son. My son and my son-in-law both got the big breakfast with everything you could imagine on them- eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and hashbrowns. The gluten-free hubby had a vegetable omelette. This time, while still tasty, it had apparently filed a formal complaint against the word **"crispy"** because there was very little evidence to support the claim. Even the bartender agreed with me that it was somewhat misrepresented. **Pro tip:** Get the sauce on the side. It will help preserve what level of crisp that is intended for this dish. Now, let us move on to the **star of the evening.** The new chicken parmigiana! **Holy mother of God. Butter my butt and call me a biscuit.** This may genuinely be one of the most beautiful, perfectly textured, and downright delicious chicken parmigianas I have ever had. The chicken was crisped to absolute perfection, and the way they layered the marinara on top was brilliant. Rather than drowning the chicken in a traditional, liquidy sauce, they used more of a bruschetta-style topping, which gave it texture while somehow allowing the breading to remain gloriously crispy. **Hands down, one of the best chicken parmigianas I have ever had.** Now we just need to pray to whatever culinary deity is responsible for consistency that they can replicate this thing every time, because this one was *ridiculously* good. This was a Red Velvet cake and this was absolutely divine. It was moist. The frosting was some sort of yummy cream cheese frosting. The cake was perfectly sized for our party of 14. The cake was the best part of our meal and it didn't come from Culinary Dropout. I would pay this much for a meal at Roy's for lunch for this sized party, but alas, all the Roy's in the valley are closed down. So sad. I'm not saying this place is bad or the food tastes bad. It's okay and pricey. If the food was great or amazing, we don't mind pricey. We have paid over $1K for meals for our big party, and happily do so when the food is equivalent to the price.

The service was good, I didn't get her name, a younger woman waited on me and she was very kind and did the best she could. The food came out super slow, I ordered empanadas to start, the waitress said they burned the first order (I appreciated that didn't just serve me overdone empanadas lol) once they finally arrived they were just unfortunately bland, and just kind of lacked authenticity. When she finally brought out my main dish, she even apologized for the wait and said "I had to go yell at them". For a main entree I ordered the French dip with onion rings, another reviewer mentioned they were the best they had had. The meat was kind of tough and dry (which is odd for a French Dip, and everything just lacked flavor. Even the au jus really had no kind of salt or much flavor to it. I really hoped after seeing how everyone else rated this place that I had found that little hole in the wall spot putting out killer food that we all long for, sadly this wasn't it.
