We only got the East Coast Pastrami sandwich and the East Coast Corned Beef sandwich with a side of house chips so we can't speak to all of their other sandwiches which we look forward to trying, but the pastrami was delicious. The roll was perfectly fresh and soft. The meat was flavorful and tender. The mustard and pickle was just tangy enough to cut the fat of the pastrami. The portion was good, could be more but there are options for that. We split a sandwich and had no complaints. The house chips are perfectly crunchy and very flavorful but with a lot of salt once you get to the bottom of the bag, so if you are watching your sodium, this may be a pass. Well, the pastrami would be too then. :-/ The corned beef sandwich was a definite and disappointing pass though. We probably wouldn't get their corned beef again at all in any of their sandwich options. It's sliced thin and more of a grocery deli corned beef than a NY deli freshly made corned beef, if you know what I mean. Once inside Bronx, you'll immediately notice the East coast deli vibes, including the scent of deli meats and cheeses! The menu is stacked with a very diverse selection of sandwiches. There's literally a sandwich for everyone with lots of side options, fries, and also loaded fries with various toppings. If you're craving a sammich, Bronx is your place! I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, The Sloppy Bronx and The Caprese. It was a LOT of f'n food!! The Philly cheesesteak was my favorite. Then, it was the Sloppy Bronx which is basically sliced beef, all beef hot link, melted American, Swiss and Pepper Jack cheese, crispy fries, coleslaw, yellow mustard and spicy mayo. The sandwiches are priced around $13-$15 each so I recommend getting a half portion or splitting with a foodie friend. They do not skimp on fillings. You almost have to dive in with a fork or knife about halfway through. They also have an amazing selection of cookies... Reese's peanut butter, chocolate chip and black/white. Despite the suggestion of the employee, I went with the sloppy Bronx. I was excited about the meat, as well as the sausage and fries prepared into the sandwich. The bread was fresh and had a nice crisp to it, the meat was absolutely delicious and tender on its own, but the sausage was a little bit underwhelming. The fries were tasty on their own also but the sandwich was probably about 75% french fries so therefore I would say it was overpriced. The sandwich was a little bit dry and it didn't seem like they really used enough cheese at all. This location has different menu items from the Anaheim Location. Ordered the The Bronx Club ($13 and a Philly cheesesteak fries ($13). The sandwiches are huge and one will stuff you. Pretty good idea to share it and get a side of fries. The sandwich was decent had good fresh ingredients (Turkey, Avocado, Bacon, lettuce, tomatoes). If you are someone that likes spice ask for jalapeños! So much better with jalapeños! The fries were decent, crispy, steak was good, topped with provolone and cheddar cheese. The cheddar cheese looks like just a cheese square you get at the grocery store that they just place on top though. First time at this establishment, nice place, good location, and the menu has a good variety of items. I enjoyed the Boss Sandwich, the bread was DELISH! What I didn't like is the cleanliness of the tables but especially the unisex restrooms! There was a period of time that there were no customers inside the store and the staff did not take the time to wipe down tables and chairs, sweep the floor OR clean the restrooms. The staff also uses them and they are NOT careful when they do. Again, with the down time they had, that would have been a good time to do this. Potato salad leans on the sweeter side, available in a smaller size than what's pictured below. Although I don't have a picture of it, the Corned Beef Reuben on Rye is AMAZING. Bronx Sandwich is one of those spots that reflect the NY fast life, but this one doesn't have crowds (At least early in the week) and is decent. They have mainly sandwiches as the name implies and offer some sides that are good to split with 2 people. The deli is basically in a often crowded lot, so parking is scarce but the wait from I've seen is really quick. Had to go with the philly cheese fries and the Bronx Dip with Au Jus and both with veggies and cheese. I was worried either one of them would be salty but that wasn't the case, and had to add salt later for the fries as they go cold fast on takeout. Philly Cheese Fries: 3.5/5 It's okay, I think I would rather have the sandwich instead. Fries were so-so but the Philly Cheese did have a good amount of meat. Bronx Dip: 4/5 I liked this, and the Au Jus was pretty good, and the salt level was perfect. Just make sure you don't get any salty cheese like Provolone or something similar. Also has a good amount of meat. I don't have much to say about it. It's hard to screw up sandwiches, and you can easily stretch 1 sandwich into 2 meals for it. I've tried this place once and it was really good. I have been back two more times and, unfortunately, they have been progressively worse each time but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it one more time. Big mistake. The sliced pastrami sandwich looked great on the menu but what I received was chunks of dried up meat stuck between two pieces of bread that was drenched in oil and fried. Absolutely disgusting. The BBQ Brisket my wife ordered wasn't any better. It was tasteless except for the BBQ sauce that was drenched over the dry roll it was on. The service is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the food is delicious. I've been a few times now and have enjoyed everything I ordered. First time was the Spicy Baja Chicken Fries. You get so much food for the price. Definitely a meal to share. We also got the Sloppy Bronx. This last visit I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich. The chicken was lightly breaded and perfect. Needed to get my Philly Cheese Sandwich fix so I decided to try out Bronx Sandwich. Located in Plaza LaFayette (charming French inspired architecture in all the buildings), I've probably pass by this place so many times but have never tried it. I ordered online through Yelp/Grubhub (prices are the same online as in person). Parking lot was pretty full and there were quite a number of people waiting inside. The tabletops were filled with orders so I am glad they are doing well! The patrons were social distancing and wearing masks. Workers there were very enthusiastic and showed they cared (greatly appreciated!). The good: 1. The Philly Cheese - I give this a solid 4 out of 5. They were very generous with the amount of meat, vegetables, and cheese. Good flavors and the sandwich was very filling. 2. Bronx Dip - Had only a bite but really enjoyed it. The Bronx Club is so good!! I love thin slices turkey and this sandwich is packed with it, along with lots of veggies and of course bacon Fries are super salty, like crazy salty. I would ask next time for no salt. Chips tasted super smoky. Maybe they used old oil to fry them? Or used liquid smoke, if that's a thing? The Tustin location from my understanding is the only one that has the breakfast items you can order from. And the breakfast items I believe are available all day! I work in Santa Ana and my job has me working a lot so i all ways busy. I was on this mission to find the best breakfast burrito I could have delivered to my office since I don't have time to go pick anything up and so I was trying all different places and saw that they had burritos here. I first tried the steak, egg, and cheese burrito. Sounds pretty basic compared to other places that came with guac some type of veggie already included in the type of burrito ordered. But OMG... immediately became my favorite breakfast burrito. Not only the best around my work but pretty much anywhere. I know this sounds too good to be true but I really can't remember a burrito that was any better being so simple. I had ordered this burrito at least 3 times the first week after trying it. The following week, had it one more time and decided to switch it up a bit. This time I ordered the chorizo egg and cheese burrito. Once again, OMG. I don't know what it is but these burritos are just ! Like the steak egg and cheese burrito, I was stuck on the chorizo egg and cheese burrito for a week. One of my employees whom I moved up to work alongside me as my assistant noticed I was ordering from here a lot. He had asked me if I ever tried the sandwiches and I told him no and it's because I'm pretty stuck on Jersey Mikes sandwiches. But he said to trust him and try either the chorizo or the steak breakfast burritos BUT in a sandwich with the baguette. He even offered to pay for the sandwich and said that if I didn't like it, at least I didn't pay for it. BUT if I did like it, the next one would be on me. Agreed on it and ordered the steak egg and cheese and sandwich... I was so disappointed.... I was so sure the sandwich wouldn't be as good or even better and I was WRONG! It was the totally opposite of what I believed and it was BETTER! The sandwich form of the burritos was better than the burritos! The fresh baguettes were perfect! Just the swap of tortilla to the bread was a game changer! To the point where I don't even want the burritos anymore and always order the sandwiches. And I forgot to mention that both the sandwiches and burritos are pretty big compared to other places I've ordered from and the pricing is pretty damn fair. To spice things up a bit, I tried their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and that was too! Had that with their house potato chips and sheesh! Seems like nothing I order will ever be wrong! And when I order through a delivery app, their turn around time is always quick. I don't think I've ever had to wait no more than 30 min from the time ordered to the time it's in my hands ready to eat! There's another location near my house in Anaheim but unfortunately, they don't have the breakfast options unless they do and I'm just not seeing it. But if they did, I'd be ordering from them all the time!
