The first time I came here, we got a set of 8 cream puffs for thanksgiving in 2025. We wanted some desserts to enjoy after our little thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious. I wish they weren't closed for the first half of the week. When we finally found an opportunity to visit again in the days that they're open, we got a set of 4 cream puffs, 2 drinks, and a croissant. The cream puffs were still amazing. They had a new flavor this time. I tried their new lemon breeze, and it was definitely crisp and refreshing like they said. I love the flavor of the lemon being added to the espresso. It's perfect for a hot day. I hope they keep it and make it permanent on the menu. Finally my late nights on yelp searching "hot and new" paid off. This is the cutest little shop so it is grab-and-go. all of the cream fillings were not too sweet and the sweetest one was probably the biscoff crunch but not by a lot. The outside textures of the cream puff was crunchy and so addictive. what we got: Classic 64% Dark Chocolate - this was really lived up to its name. The right amount of bitterness in the cream filling. Taiwan Dong Ding Oolong Tea - think of your typical oolong milk tea with 25% sugar at any boba shop. This one was not my favorite and left me wanting more sugar, but my friends really liked this one since they prefer less sweeter desserts than me. Madagascar Vanilla Bean - This one was my least favorite, but it was still really good. I just preferred all of the other cream puffs over this. Blueberry Heaven - the Greek yogurt filling paired with the blueberry was soso good. Signature Biscoff Crunch - my absolute favorite one. Usually biscoff or cookie butter is too sweet for me, but this one was perfect. It was sweeter than all of the other cream puffs which was why this is my top one. Koyamaen Matcha - this one was my second place favorite. The matcha is so perfectly bitter but not too bitter at the same time. It's a french style cream puff (choux) which not a lot of bakeries have so the price is pretty justified imo. The outside is crispy and the cream is filled until theres no hollow space inside. They are not too sweet which is a plus for me. Everything is very thoughtful here even the water cup is a fancier plastic cup. I ordered: the maple pecan chocolate coating, madagascar vanilla, rich koyamaen matcha, and taiwanese dong ding oolong tea. I can't tell you which one was my favorite becaues they were all SO GOOD in their own way. Nothing was too sweet, just the amount of sweetness level. I also picked up the buttery pressed croissant w/ dark chocolate and pecans and that was simple yet delicious. The mushroom truffle danish was the only savory thing I ordered and omg that was also everything I dreamed of.
