Honestly not worth the hype or the price. $16 for 6 wings is steep, and our total for 12 wings, a beer, a vodka cran, and small fries was around $55. The restaurant was big and clean, but it was SO loud inside and the service was pretty mediocre.

Review #992 Posted on 1.19.26 We came in for lunch here on MLK day Monday January 19th. This spot is located right across the street from the Century Movie Theater inside the Union Landing Shopping Center. This is the latest business at this primo spot which for whatever reason has struggled over the years keeping the same business here, probably a rent thing. I like the setup at this place, the bar top backs up to the wall that's facing the movie theater. The menu here is way more extensive than you'd imagine. They've got obviously a huge selection of wing flavors to go with bone in it boneless, and different quantities you can order also. They've got chicken sandwiches, salads, appetizers, strips, wraps, tacos, even cheeseburgers & desserts. Food & service were both up to par and good.

Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings with my brother and a friend to catch some games. Go Niners! If you're looking for a classic sports bar environment, this place has plenty of TVs and a great atmosphere to watch whatever game is on. Our waitress was fantastic. However, She did accidentally bring the wrong beer for my brother (he orderd a Modelo, I had a Blue Moon, and our friend had an IPA), but she was incredibly kind about it and swapped it out immediately without any questions. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with tater tots. Huge shoutout to the kitchen for being accommodating when I asked them to cut the sandwich into three pieces so I could share it with the guys. My friend got the Sampler, which was a good deal for the price. It came with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and crispy fried chicken with four different sauces. However, my brother's chicken wings were the weak point of the meal. They were pretty small and definitely on the dry side. The sauces were delicious and definitely saved the dish, but if we were going out specifically for wings, we'd probably head elsewhere next time. We had a great time. The environment is perfect for sports fans, the Philly cheesesteak was solid, and the service was somewhat top-tier. Just maybe skip the wings and try one of their other entrees!

Our server was great and the food came out very fast and hot! I loved the flavors of wings here and their happy hour is a good deal! We got the fried pickles, drinks and fries/wedges that were all part of happy hour. I got the Lemmon Pepper Sauce and Buffalo Bleu and I loved both flavors! The only thing is that the bar drinks took a little bit to come out, but overall a good spot. I would recommend coming for their happy hour!

I've always eaten to-go here. The ambiance was very nice and service was good. It was super empty during lunch time. I got the lunch combo and it was very filling. I also learned there's BOGO on Thursdays.

Dined here the other day with my family. I got the 30 boneless wings with onion rings. Asian Zing, Bbq Ranch, Mild and Sweet Bbq. Didn't care for the first two flavors. Mild was ok and the sweet bbq was good. Onion rings were pretty good. My daughter got a cheeseburger and they forgot her lettuce and onions. Asked the waiter about them and he said he'd check and then we never saw him again. He wasn't very good. Viri was very helpful. She not only got them for us but checked on us frequently. All in all I didn't have that great of an experience.

I came to Buffalo Wild Wing to use a BOGO traditional wing coupon (dine in only). ORDER -2 orders of 15 wings -6 sauces lemon pepper, chipotle maple, mango habanero, original buffalo, orange chicken, parmesan garlic STARS (stand out qualities) -wings were pretty tasty and some tender -we got to sit at nice booth table next to 49er display -Wings come with carrots, celery and ranch sauce -They gave us a lot of ranch sauce but I needed it since my spice tolerance is low! STAIRS (areas of growth) -Some wings seemed dry and not impressively meaty -manager was pretty good about checking on our table and helping us get takeout boxes (I think their name was Janet or starts with a J) TIPS -Sign up for all at least a month before your birthday to take advantage is birthday deals - free 6 wings -Ask how many sauces you can get depending on how many wings you order I think they need to do more to bring back customers. More promotions and better quality food!

Your typical wing spot. Plenty of flavors to choose from and "healthier" side options than just fries and tots (side salad or veggie sticks). I like that you can get cauliflower in any of their wing flavors if you're vegan or vegetarian. Lots of tvs on the walls with various sports/games on. Service was okay.

Came here on a whim for Super Bowl There are tons of TV through out the entire restaurant so basically every seat you sit at has a good view of a TV There is outdoor seating as well and there are TV outside also Menu options are good and prices are reasonable We got here super early again since it was Super Bowl Sunday The bar venue was empty when we walked in We asked to sit at the high tables near the bar and we were told we couldn't sit there yet because the waiter was on break and to check back in with the hostess at 1:30 We sat at the bar and while we waited ..... bar tender was ok We finally ended up seated at the table we wanted to sit at Waitress was friendly She apologized for the food delay as it took some time to receive our order Some of our drinks were not made as ordered however waitress did end up delivering correctly in the end Food was decent It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed for the event But over all this was a decent place to watch the game

You wanna know what happens to a business when it's fails to meet any of the main criteria's that make it good ? It's goes into bankruptcy. These criteria's are Service, Value, and Good Food. Value : it's not cheap, it's expensive. $24 for 10 wings, and some fries. That's not good value. The Food: The wings are tough and not tender. The wings also feel very thin, these chickens must be anorexic. The hot wings are just not what they should be. Plus they go very cheap on the sauces and rubs, barely add enough to taste it. The Service: This is one of the most important ones, so if you have good service it can go a long way. But they failed this one miserably. I was there to take the order to go. 5 people saw me standing at the kiosk, so they knew I needed help. And guess what non of them even acknowledged me. They just ignored me for 15 minutes. This is disrespectful to me, you just don't do this. If I owned this franchise, I would be very very worried. Specially because it seems like the employees don't give a care, or the moral is in the grave. Sad... I think this Buffalo Wild Wings might be running into the same situation soon as the restaurant that occupied this space. Tony Romas. They went bankrupt.

The pick 6 for $20 is a great value. I always get the 10 piece boneless chicken with tater tots. Very filling. The service is great and very attentive.

Did we go wild for wings? Yeah we did! It was Tuesday and you know what that means! BOGO! Typically I believe Buffalo Wild Wings only offers the BOGO 50% but we had a deal for buy one get one free order of traditional wings. We ended up ordering the 15 wing meal which came out to be 30 wings in total. With that, we were able to pair them with a good number of sauces (every six wings, you get a choice of sauce). When we entered the shop, we weren't entirely sure how to proceed to place our order since no one was at the front desk to seat us. We decided to head to the register at the side of the restaurant and proceeded to order our wings. After picking out the wings and sauces to go with them, we were then informed that the deal we were attempting to use was only for dine in service and that the register we were at was strictly used for takeout orders. They then called the manager over which reiterated the same thing and let us know that they had to re-enter the order. It seemed like such a big ordeal but in reality, I think they could have just seated us and get the order in without much of a fuss over their internal systems. We were fine dining in so they eventually seated us (it was lunch hour and it was rather quiet). We were offered waters which was appreciated and our wings came out shortly afterwards. Where we were seated, we had a view of at least four or five different TVs but anywhere you're seated, you'll be surrounded by sports programming. If you are looking for a place to watch the game or event of the day/night, this is a prime spot to catch it and have a full belly of food and drinks. The tray of wings wasn't labeled too coherently; all the stickers for the different sauce flavors were just grouped up on one side of the tray in no discernible pattern. Fortunately, I am fond of spice so was able to taste out the ones for my partner who can't handle spice as well. The sauces were tasty and the wings were pretty good. Some of them were rather dry (some you could even bite through the bone because it was so brittle from being over cooked) but fortunately, each piece seems to be pretty consistent in size so meat portions were passable. Some of the pieces weren't sauced as thoroughly so that's definitely another area of improvement for the kitchen. The chicken was served with ranch and a few measly pieces of carrots and celery sticks. I would have expected an amount more proportional to the amount of chicken that was ordered. We obviously ordered too much and were offered boxes for us to take home leftovers. These sturdy boxes have venting holes and the plastic bag that they give you hold it all together also has venting holes. All so your chicken doesn't get soggy! Buffalo Wild Wings has a pretty convenient mobile app for online ordering, earning points for spending, occasional games, and rewards like the free birthday wings and BOGO deals. Do consider getting it and using it next time you're around. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings offers quite an abundance of deals and amenities to get you in the door and dine in at their restaurants. This one situated just across the street from the theater is strategically located, however, it seems pretty quiet on non-peak hours. The food is decent and with the deals, fair in value. The service is not bad, but could be bolstered with a bit more empathy. If you need a place to host a larger gathering, this location is perfect. If you need any other reason to come, join their rewards program and let them treat you for your birthday!
