This restaurant is one of the best in Dallas. They have a good selection of the traditional dishes, and the food is fresh and tasty. We did tapas and shared the paella, and that was a lot of food. The place is very well located, so you can take a walk after dinner if you want. They have both in doors and patio seating, good for small and large parties. The service was attentive and prompt. The did a bit longer than usual with the paella, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The only observation is that the paella was a bit burn, but I will say it's the first time it happens to us there. read more

Of the 3, my favorites were the brisket and ceviche. The jalapeño stuffed shrimp was surprisingly bland and lacked depth of flavor. For dessert we had a vanilla sponge cake and coconut flan....so good! We were disappointed with the seafood paella. It was too salty and I just did not enjoy the flavor. The food was awesome! We stuck with the small tapas because why go large? We had two pitchers of Sangria and a BUNCH of tapas. The picture was the only item left after 2 hours of good food. Claudia was our server and she was INCREDIBLY attentive, friendly and deserves accolades for her service on this very busy Christmas Eve. The avocado margarita mocktail is delicious, so much so, I wanted one to go. The lime and avocado balance each other to a perfect drink on a hot summer day. We started with pan de tomate, the flavor, once you bite in to it, your eyes just roll back and mmmmm. We had salchichón, tortilla, fried fish (the mahi mahi, yum!) patatas bravas (not too spicy, just perfect) and the kale caesar salad. Good amount of cheese and that sauce needs to be bottled up. Ambience is very on brand for a tapas/Spanish restaurant. The food came out hot and fresh. Sometimes paella can be too wet or too dry but this was good quality. The octopus was also not over cooked which happens to often at other restaurants. I had the octopus as my large plate and it came out sooner than requested. Came here for happy hour and dinner with friends and we had a fantastic time! They have a long list of drinks that are available for happy hour which is a nice change from the places that only let you select 4 or 5 drinks at their happy hour pricing. I had the Spanish Old Fashioned which was recommended by our server and absolutely delicious! We decided to try a few of the small plates and share them. Our favorite was the ceviche de jalapeno. It has a nice kick without being too spicy and the plantain chips were the perfect addition you didn't know you needed. We also had the sauteed garlic shrimp and albondigas which are their meatballs. Both dishes were very tasty. The seafood paella was amazing! Very large - enough for the 4 of us to share and hands down the best paella I've ever tasted. I have been in Dallas for a week and have visited a bunch of spots. I wish i had discovered this spot sooner. This place is incredible. The service, the food, all of it. We had a 5:00 reservation and were stuck across town in Friday evening traffic. When i called they were so kind and able to push our reservation out to 5:30. When we arrived we were seated Immediately! Our server was so friendly and helpful giving us tips on what some of the most popular Items were. With such a large menu it could have easily been overwhelming but she made sure that it wasn't. For 3 adults, we ended up ordering 6 small plates- three of them were recommended by our server. Every item was insanely delicious. I was so impressed that everything came out quickly and was hot, and then on top of that it was all mouthwateringly delicious! We also ordered a couple cocktails and shared the chocolate cake. My sister could not stop raving with how fast her water glass was filled up and that it was never empty. Our waitress, Claudia, was SO sweet and very attentive. We had ordered a round of mimosas and I had gotten the red sangria. Hubby got the passion fruit mimosa which we thought was the best one. For our food, we shared the tortilla espanola, the ceviche, and the octopus. Every dish was really good! We really love tortilla espanola and theirs was made very well and served with a tasty garlic aioli. The ceviche was fresh and served with plantain chips. Our dinner spot for date night! We ordered the Patatas bravas, arroz caldoso, chorizo stuffed dates, montaditos, and ceviche de jalapeno with a Spanish old fashioned. While a little pricey, we had a wonderful time here sampling the different items. I ordered the montaditos as everyone recommended it but ours came out pretty dry, which was disappointing. My favorite dishes, on the other hand, were definitely the patatas bravas and the arroz caldoso. I left feeling full but my boyfriend was still a little hungry afterwards. We could have maybe ordered another item. I'd say we absolutely did not care for the Spanish old fashioned. That's just my personal preference. We had the best time celebrating my husband's 40th with friends. While there are a few other tapas restaurants in the metroplex, this spot has the best vibes. It's open, beautifully decorated, but with a relaxed feeling. We made a reservation and we're sat on time and accordingly. Our server took the time to go over the menu and even made a few suggestions that were spectacular. We started with the chef board that featured Serrano jamon, Spanish chorizo, manchego, and tetilla cheese accompanied by marinated olives and candied walnuts. The Tetilla cheese was the highlight with a soft creamy texture that compliment the little toasts and quince paste perfectly. The patatas bravas, ham croquetas, and pan con tomate were spot on and the perfect staples for a tapas dinner. We were wowed by the chorizo stuffed dates and salmon carpaccio. We finished the the lamb chops that came sitting atop the kitchen's infamous potato foam with asparagus. Everything was delicious and this is now our go-to spot when we want to enjoy tapas style dining with our friends and family. The Jalapeño ceviche was one of the best I've ever had, must must order. You can skip the fried artichokes, the batter was quite bland, although the aioli it came with was nice. For desert we had the churros that were to die for! Light and airy and the chocolate dips it came with were delicious. We ordered the smaller portion (6 churros) and thought we wouldn't be able to finish it but we gobbled them up, they were that light and exquisite. DO NOT MISS IT! I went here for a team lunch and a 20 minutes drive. I would park in the garage. They have one garage and it can be a pain to find. I ordered the chicken sandwich and then the cheesecake. The food portions are small for what you get. I ate the $16 dollars sandwich really quickly while I wait for others to finish. The food does come out slow though as we were there for 2 hours, but good thing I did not have much work to do that day. I had dessert which was the cheese cake. Located in Legacy West, it's a trendy place with predominantly tapas style dishes, so it's a great place to go if you want to share small plates with your crew! My ultimate favorite dish is the patatas bravas- the sauce that they put on top of the crispy potatoes are A++! The grilled octopus is always full of flavor, and of course you cannot miss out on the paella!! We always get the mixed paella with meat and seafood! You do need to order it early since it takes a while for preparation (~20-25 minutes). The flavors are phenomenal every single time!! But the Ceviche and Patatas Bravas just hit different. The reason I keep coming back is that when I am dissatisfied with my food or drink the staff will do whatever to make sure that I leave happy. One time I complained that the Paella I ordered was lacking flavor, the next time I ordered they took all my concerns and made sure my taste buds were satisfied :) This place is also worth coming during Happy Hour; they have variety of drinks, spanish beer, and special cocktails as well. Usually when you tell the waiter what you're feeling like drinking they will always recommend the perfect drink to fit your mood. SO if you've been debating about coming here. First visit there. Sat us (party of 3) at the bar area, high top tables. It was uncomfortable so we asked for a regular table This move caused a lot of problems with the service. Apparently, if you ask for a different table they forget about you. Lucky for us, we were relaxing and didn't have a schedule to make but it took until AFTER the appetizers and chips/salsa were brought to the table that we actually met the server instead of just the manager who saw we weren't taken care of. This was a great place for food but don't go at 3pm on a Sunday if you want quick service. Once we met the server, we watched his moves like a hawk to see what is the reason it took so long. He spent a lot of time speaking to colleagues behind the kitchen counter.
