I had a hazy IPA here during Fur Rondy and it tasted candy-sweet, oxidized, and had a chemically-bite to it. It is one of the worst beers I've ever had. It tasted old and stale when it should've tasted bright and fresh. I do not know how they can serve it to folks with a straight face, it's that bad.

The manager kindly let us know they were having issues with the oven and offered to comp the pizza, but honestly there was no way we were letting them do that .....it was that good. The ambience was great, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everyone continuously checked in to make sure we were doing well. The decor of the place gives it such a charming atmosphere, and by the end of the night we were happily enjoying cider flights and soaking it all in. We came here based on a recommendation from a friend in Alaska, and now I highly, highly recommend it too. There are pizzas and dinner salads too. I went with their bacon jam burger for dinner. It is cooked to your liking and has a grilled apple, cambozola, bacon jam, arugula & house mayo. This is the best burger I've had in a long time. The flavors complement each other so well. If you are a fan of bleu cheese you will really love the cambozola. It is creamy and oozy and is amazing on a burger. My spouse tried their Cuban sandwich and didn't like that the pickles were mediocre and didn't add to the overall flavors, and that the bread wasn't crisped or toasted in any way -- the way Cubans traditionally are. He also took a chance with a appetizer off the specials menu which he imaged was Brussels sprouts however it was shaved sautéed Brussels sprout leaves, over warm couscous with lots of fresh herbs, jalapeños, and heavily spiced with bold spices like fennel. I especially liked the sauce on the salmon bowl so much so that I asked for a little more only to be charged for the extra sauce. I also noticed they include a service charge on the bill (note that this was not gratuity). They told us it was to help them get seasonal labor and to cover overhead.
