Cost for a burger and fries w/drink.
    Bill V.

The burger was fantastic! Very good. I didn't care for the fries because they got soft after a few minutes, no fault to cook, that's the way they prepare them (fresh cut). Onion rings were very good, and very thick. Restaurant was clean and well lighted. Overall a good experience, but very expensive in my opinion. This is not a sit down/table side service place.

This is what $20 looks like - sans ketchup for the fries. Epic fail.

The stale bun must be extra... half size burger but for $14 you can make it a double. Fries are good but no ketchup and no concerns when asked. Double zero on the service - the empty store should have been my hint, but they're proud to ask for a 20% tip.

    Jr BBQ RODEO BURGER

Half way into my burger I'm in the middle of it I take a bite as I'm putting my burger down I see red meat and thought it was just a little bit so wasn't too worried.. but then I grabbed a fork and look through the whole patty it's everywhere in the middle.. that's so gross I don't wanna eat it anymore ..

    Busy!

It's good for fast food. If only they could cook the CEO Wagu Burger Med Rare it'd be Awesome. Med. Well doesn't let the burger sing like it could it was juicy though. They have beer on Tap! That's cool, not typical of a fast food burger joint. These hand cut onion rings were the bomb! Judy has had the Truffle Fries she said not as good as the onion rings. We kept what we couldn't finish and reheated them by toasting them on tinfoil in our toaster oven. If you try to microwave fries or onion rings they come out soggy. Toaster Oven! The men's room was a little messy. Just made me do my business faster!

Our food came out and the fried were cold. Service sucks

The service was horrible!!! I was at the register saying hello to the workers, and the two girls at the front looked at me and looked back at the cooks. I said hello again and the cook asked if I was ready. Our food came out and the fried were cold, and it seems like they've just been sitting there. This place sucks because of the employees. I would give zero stars if I could

    BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER

Honestly this place is sooo overpriced for what you get. I ordered the Burgerfi cheeseburger and the patty was so much smaller than the bun and the meat was bland. My husband ordered the BBQ Rodeo Burger and his was better but then I looked at the prices again and don't understand why his burger, which had way more toppings was actually cheaper, it makes no sense. The fries were pretty good but again, overpriced. If you want any of the "specialty" fries they hike the price up. We got the Cajun fries and it was not worth another $1.50 ish for literally a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.

The burger was good. However, I think this place is over priced. The service was mediocre as well.

Now, my first culinary experience with this restaurant was a good one, their cheese burger with honey and whipped Brie?!?!?!?!?! Is a masterpiece disguised as a cheese burger the tater tots on the side? Meh! Nothing to see there. The most mind-binding, disrespectful thing I came across at this establishment is them calling a glorified Little Caesar's quality cheese bread with a side of dipping sauce a "Pizza" if it wasn't enough that this cheese bread was marketed as a "Pizza" which it is not but to call it a Detroit style Deep dish? Unforgivable! I wanted to love this pizza so badly but I cannot allow anyone else to spend $28.00 on a dried out, over cooked order of cheese bread. The service was good until I was given Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero. I swear service recovery is such a lost art. C-

We could not have asked for anyone better! I ordered the amazing fish and chips (substituting tots), and my daughter had loaded tots, ravioli, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious! Seating is made up of booths along the window perimeter, tables thru the middle area and a large bar area with more tables and stools along the counter. The menu selection is surprisingly diverse. I was happy to see halibut as the fish for their fish & chips, as it is often cod or other white fish. I find halibut to be the best. They also have a few dishes with nods to Korean and Thai flavors. There are pizzas and dinner salads too. I went with their bacon jam burger for dinner. It is cooked to your liking and has a grilled apple, cambozola, bacon jam, arugula & house mayo. This is the best burger I've had in a long time. The flavors complement each other so well. If you are a fan of bleu cheese you will really love the cambozola. It is creamy and oozy and is amazing on a burger. My spouse tried their Cuban sandwich and didn't like that the pickles were mediocre and didn't add to the overall flavors, and that the bread wasn't crisped or toasted in any way -- the way Cubans traditionally are. He also took a chance with a appetizer off the specials menu which he imaged was Brussels sprouts however it was shaved sautéed Brussels sprout leaves, over warm couscous with lots of fresh herbs, jalapeños, and heavily spiced with bold spices like fennel. It was bizarre and not like anything we've ever tried. We liked some of the flavors but all together didn't make sense to us so we sent it back, unfortunately. Our child tried the Mac and cheese that came with purple grapes and sorbet. The Mac and cheese was good although I'd advise SRH to try a larger noodle than a small shell so kids can stab it better and get it in their little mouths. The sorbet must be seasonal/rotating bc it was cinnamon honey pear and it was crazy delicious. I'd come back for just the sorbet tbh. Other than that our red-haired bespectacled server was fairly attentive and quite friendly, even on a very busy Friday dinner rush. Parking lot just outside seems easy enough as long as you can grab a spot at busy times. Will be back in the future for the fried halibut (and sorbet!).

I'm glad that they had beer flights because I was unable to decide what kind I wanted. With some assistance from the bartender I chose 4 beers and every single one of them was wonderful. I would absolutely go back if I'm ever in Anchorage again. It does get a little bit loud and it gets very crowded so be prepared to either wait, or sit at the bar. It is open seating, you check in at the host stand and they'll give you a menu and you just find a place to sit. All in all it was a wonderful time and the food was great. I don't like fish, so for me to say that, you know it was good!

Stopped in for lunch between our cruise drop off and flight departure…read more The place was hopping on a Monday afternoon (Memorial Day). It was "seat yourself," and we found a two top. The servers seemed a little new, but the service was good and friendly. They carry Frontier brand sodas which we found to be excellent for their flavor. We got root beer and ripe raspberry soda. I ordered the Chili AK Salmon Bowl which our server confirmed is wild salmon. My wife ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries. Both meals were really good. I especially liked the sauce on the salmon bowl so much so that I asked for a little more only to be charged for the extra sauce. I also noticed they include a service charge on the bill (note that this was not gratuity). They told us it was to help them get seasonal labor and to cover overhead. Maybe this is an Alaska thing, but with menu prices as high as these, why would you need to add a service charge? Pricing and nickel & diming aside, I would recommend this place.
