Please help me understand why burgerville cannot get an order right? They forget the cheese, they give me a single patty when I order a double, they forget the dipping sauce, they over charge me...... I never ever go through the drive thru cause I just end up back in the restaurant. It's not just Tigard but every one I have been to. Why do I keep coming back? For fast food it has great choices like turkey burgers, fresh salads and seasonal stuff like berry shakes. If you want a big burger don't come here, they ran it over in the parking lot before they put it in the bun. Please burgerville, you have so much going for you but your service is severely lacking... The Burgers are messy and delicious! Fresh ingredients really make the difference. We did order the sweet potato fries and they were really greasy. We took them back and the cashier said that's how they serve them. At almost $6 for sweet potato fries we opted to get our money back and find some elsewhere. read more

I'll be the first one to say that Burgerville is delicious if not expensive. However, I have a little beef to pick with restaurants that start cleaning things and shut down parts of the kitchen before closing. I wanted to get an ice cream cone on my way home from a basketball game tonight and they were cleaning the ice cream machine. I guess not all Burgerville are the same. This one has the same price as other (or even more? Seems it was pretty expensive) Burgerville but smaller portions. Smaller burger and smaller fries. Nothing special to mention and it's just a meh Burgerville. They still have delicious shakes, so get the shakes and forget about the food. read more

When you pay $2.00 for 2 slices of non peppered bacon you should get 2; not 1 slice split into 2. Asked twice for sauce, still had to ask for sauce and put it on myself. Horrible customer service, apparently I am dysfunctional and am not aware of the size of bacon. SEE picture read more

Seeing as how I just moved here, I wanted to try my local Burgerville. I had heard it was supposed to be better than your run of the mill fast food. Come to find out, it is an over priced Burger King. Supposedly they have fresh in-season waffle fries. When I hear that I think Chick- Fil-A waffle fries, but what I got here was cardboard waffles. I don't mind paying a little extra for FRESH quality food, but that isn't what you get from this place. If you want to try something different with actual fresh food I would recommend Dickie Joe's. read more

Food tasted fine (like other Burgerville locations), but it was $10 for a two piece fish & chips, or $13 for a three piece. You can get better fish & chips for less at many Pdx sit-down joints. The location is ok, but Burgerville could take a lesson from Sonic or others on how to construct a drive thru. Just waited in about 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fish sandwich, I asked for light sauce an a side of spread so I could dip my fish sandwich... get in the car without checking and was given blue cheese!! Never been to a Burgerville before but we were really surprised at how good our food was. I got a seasoned turkey burger and husband got a tillamook cheeseburger and we shared a large fries and all was just the way it should be. Tasted homemade. Fresh and very good flavor. One of the worst restaurant experiences in recent memory. Had to wait a solid 30 minutes for a completely melted shake and a burger. When I asked where my fries were they told me I didn't order any. Quality is consistent, with good ingredients used, staff always extremely friendly, restaurant always clean, but it is impossible to get a satisfying lunch here for less than $10 if you have any kind of appetite, and even then portions of meat entrees like chicken or fish strips are miniscule. This is just too expensive for what is still modest portions of fast food classics. And take a family of five with growing teenagers here? Forget it. Five Guys a much better value proposition for a great non-sit-down burger experience, although I think Burgerville's principles are good overall and I hope they stay in business. read more

My wife likes Turkey burgers and Bugerville is one of the few places you can get them. I've ordered three turkey burgers in the last two months. All three times I had to go back because they were done wrong. Not a complicated order- turkey burger, no mayo. The first two times they put mayo on them. Lots of mayo. The third time I went, ordered a turkey burger without mayo, and checked it before I left the drive thru. There was no mayo. However, when my wife bit into it, the inside was pink. Not what you want to see with turkey. All three times the managers took care of the problem politely, but each time round trip was an extra 30 minutes for me. I'm done with Burgerville. read more

I know it is fast food, but for years Burgerville has made it a point to stand out against the competition. Today I ran through the Burgerville on 99W and I recieved McDonalds fries and a cold, flaccid burger with uncooked bacon. My husband and i don't eat out frequently so this was supposed to be a treat. Awful! The food is always cold and for some reason taste nothing like the one on carman drive. Service is always great the food just sucks. Glad to see everyone feels the same as me. I had a pretty good experience. The staff was very...very friendly (maybe it was a slow day?). The interior also kinda looks like a log cabin which is cool and unique. Burgerville is not my favorite burger place. It is not even in the top 5. I find the burgers bland and the prices crazy. However, that said, there is some good food here to be had. First, the Ham and havarti sandwich that seems to make a yearly appearance is actually very good, but what is even better is the Fire Roasted Tomato Ancho soup they serve with it. Finish that off with a chocolate hazelnut shake, and you have a reason to visit. read more

We found this to be fairly brand-consistent, unlike some others have. A positive difference between this outlet and the nearby Lake O store is the additional available seating. Ultimately, it's a Burgerville, with all that entails. The sweet potato fries, veggie burgers, and shakes were all excellent, and the regular burgers were decent as expected. I love how community oriented this Burgerville location seems to be. With their bookworms program, weekly fundraisers, and participation in community events I feel that much more justified in indulging in the pepper bacon cheeseburger or better yet the Timber Joey smoothie, half the calories of the milkshake but just as tasty. read more

This is the most unique Burgerville I've ever been to. It is fairly new and they are obviously trying out a new format with this location. The food is pretty much what you'd get at any Burgerville, but the atmosphere is much better here than at other locations. The menus are bright and easy to read, there is a big TV screen scrolling through pictures and a Twitter feed about the restaurant and most of all the seating area is comfortable and clean. The employees will come and pick up your garbage when you are done and someone always checks in while you are eating. It makes you feel less like you are in a fast food joint. This is by far my favorite Burgerville! read more

Not normal at Burgerville. But I came in and was second in line and 6 to 7 employees working and was waiting over a minute and then the guy in line left. I finally asked if anybody was helping out front. Then the girl runs to the back and told someone. As he is coming to the front he had to finish chewing his food. Lol. I finally get my food and the dining room is a mess. I went to the cleanest table I could find and then I had to brush all the salt off first. So that's when I decided to pull out the Yelp. It's too bad that our young people don't have customer service skills anymore. It's too bad that they have that many employees and can't keep the dining room clean and someone up front to great people. Burgerville is more expensive, takes longer to get food, but the food is good, so my suggestion is hire more people and charge more,that will solve everything. Just kidding.
