We sat down at 6:45pm last night (Saturday) and the restaurant was very crowded. Other tables got seated around us and ordered about the same time. We didn't receive our meals while everyone else around us got theirs and finished. Our waiter kept coming by and apologizing, but we think he forgot to release our orders after saying he would space our appetizer order from our entrees. Our dinners ended up coming out at 8:10 pm. We asked to speak to the manager who apologized, but left while we were still talking to him. By the time we got the food our appetites were ruined. He actually couldn't care less. They charged us full price for our late and ruined meals and took off two drinks and the calamari we ordered. The management of this particular restaurant is definitely off. There are so many positive things to say about Burton's. Firstly, my wife is a celiac and a vegan so sometimes it can be tricky to find restaurants that can accommodate. I emailed Burton's and they responded to me almost instantly letting me know what she could eat and it was clear they were happy to accommodate. That is so appreciative. I reach out to many restaurants and most do not even bother to respond. I could immediately tell the management and staff at Burton's take dietary restrictions seriously. So if you are a celiac i would run to Burton's to try their food. Secondly, I personally have no dietary restrictions but i am a picky eater. Burton's has an expansive menu with so many different options. I actually had a difficult time picking what i wanted to try because a few things sounded delicious. I decided to go with the Brunch Burger and it was extremely flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend for burger lovers. My wife (the celiac and vegan) got their veggie burger with a gluten free and vegan bun and they were able to customize it to be fully vegan. She said it was delicious. She got sweet potato fries which were crispy and flavorful. Our waiter was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Came back multiple times to check in on us, bring us more water, napkins, etc. This was our first time at Burton's and we can't wait to come back. read more

I tried this place based off a few Tiktok videos. The ambiance was really nice. I made a reservation and was seated early. Went on a Sunday afternoon about 2ish. We sat out sat outside and it started to rain heavy. I had to adjust my seat not to get wet. Food... I ordered the cast iron French toast from the brunch menu and added a side of eggs and bacon. My partner ordered the lobster roll hot at market value which came up to 35 dollars for the roll and basic fries. The french toast was not hot, however it was very dry on the outside and the bottom. The syrup to French toast ratio was way off. My eggs had to be remade because they were extremely runny for fried eggs. After the remake the best thing I has was the remade eggs and the well done bacon. For the food items and two drinks our bill came to 99.98. Our service was... perhaps if she wasn't so overwhelmed (in my opinion) I would have a lot more positive things to add. All in all, I came, I saw, and will not visit again. read more

My second time coming here - food was really great for brunch and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the waitress didn't communicate that it was a free refill for coffee (which is $5/cup). I do feel like that should be industry standard to communicate about additional drinks (outside of alcohol) being an added charge. Outside of that the experience was great. read more

We went on Fri, Nov 15, 2024, around 5:30p. It was busy but we had reservations and no wait. I ordered as shown in the picture. I did not think it would be enough and expected to be complaining about the lack of value. I was pleasantly surprised to be amply filled. Albeit something for me that needs to be quite bad for me not to enjoy, the cheeseburger was quite good! It was big, too: I ate around the toothpick to keep it together until there was little enough remaining to remove. The rain was absolutely no fun today so me and the family came here for lunch/dinner. Due to the weather the restaurant seemed pretty dark but it was not that bad. Our server was amazing. I love a server that actually keeps it honest about food options and selections. We ordered a bunch of apps and ate together. Everything came out super fast and it was still hot! Loved that. Tso Cauliflower- 8.5/10 The wings- 9/10 Philly eggrolls- 7/10 (they were a little too cheesy for me) I also ordered a Greek Salad and let's just say I ordered one to go. It was extremely fresh. Met a friend here for Happy Hour. The bar was packed at 5:00. It's a much older crowd at that time. I was a little taken aback but we were able to get a high top booth by the side of the bar so it actually made for some interesting people watching. This is an Upscale bar & grill chain with locations along the east coast. A seasonal menu changes throughout the year featuring the freshest foods available in the area. The cucumber salad well I crave it often since discovering it haha! So good I've tried a few items! General Tso Cauliflower- so good and my man hates cauliflower, and he loves this app! Signature wings- I prefer the maple sriracha, but the bf likes the dry rub ! Both are good Fire cracker shrimp- they are good but prefer the two apps above The guys always gets the steak frites and love the dish! I always get the pappardelle bolognese! Yum! My wife took me out last night to celebrate my birthday. We started at the bar for happy hour drinks and a starter. We chose the bang bang broccoli and it was, by far, the best broccoli either of us ever had! I will order it again and again. My wife said her cosmo was one of the best she's had. My lychee martini tasted more like a lemon drop but I like those too so no problem. We moved to a high top table to have our dinner (and more martinis) and our server Shai(forgive me if I spelled it wrong) recommended the filet. My husband works nearby, so we decided to try this place for lunch on a Friday around noon. The restaurant was about half full so we were quickly seated at an open table. Brandon, our waiter, came right over with some water for us. He then took our drink orders. The menu is very nice with appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and entrees. I opted for the southwest salad. It had a hot barbecued chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and tortilla straps with a barbecue ranch dressing. It was one of the best salads I have had in a while. My husband had the short rib grilled cheese sandwich. It was a very big sandwich with a lot of short ribs in it. He said it was very good. They had heaters on the patio which is nice for a rare south Florida cool night. Service was really good even though we were a larger party. They offer many different food items from apps to sandwiches to seafood dishes and meat options. I opted for the Lobster and Shrimp Pasta. It was so good. While it has a creamy sauce, it was nice and light and not too heavy. There was also a lot of lobster and shrimp included in the dish. We also had the stuffed zucchini appetizer which I loved also. As the place is always packed the service is friendly but harassed. One diner last night asked twice for his chicken to come without any topping. No luck. We frequent this restaurant often and she is consistently discourteous to anyone who approaches her which, by the way, is her job. Great place and food! It was packed when we went but we got a seat inside. I had their harvest bowl with grilled chicken along with a winter aperol spritz. We shared the general tso cauliflower as an app. Everything was so good and fresh tasting! The harvest bowl portion size was so big and filling.
