What a terrible experience. I've visited this place three times and every single time I placed an order, I ended up having to wait--with customers who arrived after me consistently receiving their drinks before I did but its still okay cause it's not too long. The situation reached a breaking point today: I had to wait a full 30 minutes just for three cups of coffee, while everyone who walked in ( 5 orders after me) received their orders and had already left. I finally went up to ask why it was taking so long, they simply told me to wait "just a little more" because they had somehow missed my order--without offering a single word of apology. If you intend to run a business, you really need to improve your service and hire more staff; the shop is packed, yet there are only two employees on duty. It is truly frustrating. read more

I asked one of the baristas if she could check on my order and she said that the espresso machine takes a long time to start pulling good shots-- shouldn't this be a problem that's solved before you open? After I asked, my drink came out immediately so I don't know if there was a lack of communication with the other baristas or if they just forgot about my drink. Additionally, another barista was putting out furniture when there was a line and only 1 barista behind the bar-- again, shouldn't this be done before you open?
