Being thru many fast food places, i have never been impressed by fast food customer service. Fast food industry is one of the toughest customer service jobs. You get yelled at, spit on, threatened all the time and you still have to give the customers smiles and work in an often understaff and hostile setting. So when I drove up to the drive thru I was really impressed by the ladies' super positive attitude. These staff really deserve recognition. I recommend the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. While most know what we can expect with taste, what there is to say is the quality. Food comes out fresh and hot consistently for me. Believe it or not this the best Carl's Jr I have been to. The inside is very clean and organized. The customer service is great. Really nice staff. Gabriel helped us with our order today and he couldn't be any nicer. Our order came up quick and he made sure we had everything we needed. Later we noticed he was cleaning and taking orders. He was definitely a hard worker and had a genuine smile the whole time we were there. The rest of the staff also seemed very hard working. The food was perfectly done. I ordered the beyond burger and I had charbroiled marks and a fluffy bun! My partner ordered a western burger which was also nicely made. The fries were fresh and crispy too. Most restaurants have the fryer timer going off excessively which makes for sad fries. We tend not to go to fast food restaurants because we are particular about our food but we definitely will make the exception for this location again. I'm kicking myself for not getting the name of the young man who helped me today at Carl's Jr., because I want to commend him on his customer service. This was Thursday, March 14, just before 11:00 AM, and the team member was a shorter young man, perhaps in his late 20s, with black hair. I pulled up to the drive through menu and was greeted by a pleasant voice asking how he could help me. I ordered a Beyond Famous Star without cheese, which he confirmed and immediately followed up by asking if it was ok that the burger had mayonnaise on it (it wasn't applicable in my case, but I really appreciated the foresight he had to realize that someone ordering a veggie burger without cheese would also likely be someone avoiding eggs). Way to go! I also ordered an order of onion rings and fried zucchini. At the window, he was quick, kind, and courteous when processing my payment and asking if I would like any sauces. I believe sometimes the veggie patties take a little longer (?), and he kindly asked if I would pull around to the front and my order would be brought out to me. Less than 3 minutes later, he personally brought my order out to my car window. I thanked him, and he said, "It's my pleasure, have a nice day, miss!" My order came out perfectly. The burger was hot and juicy, and modified the way I ordered it, the zuchinni and onion rings were super hot and crispy, and he remembered my unique sauce order, which I so appreciate. Sariem is the reason I will always come back here! This is the only Carl's Jr. I will go to. I've seen her a handful of times working the drive thru taking orders and handing out meals with a smile and wonderful energy. She's phenomenal! As soon as I drove up to the menu I was greeted and offered their promotional item. Sariem has a very friendly voice and she helped me pick the right beyond burger for me. She even made sure I was okay with the cheese and mayonnaise on it. Then she made sure I only wanted 1 patty and not 2, I didn't even think of doing this before! She's very presentable and professional, and I can tell she cares about getting the order right and making sure the customer is happy. When I was a kid and my grandma was watching me my mom would tell her not to take me anywhere and as soon as she left grandma and I were on the move to carls or thrifty for ice cream. Look I'm gonna have to not eat Carl's when I'm far from my apartment. It just seems that the just past warm famous Star and a small fries sends my GI tract into overdrive. I'm not sure how I keep forgetting to avoid this particular Carl's Jr, but three strikes within an seven month period and you're out. Time after time this site has bungled my order again and again, and always with the lamest and flimsiest of excuses. For the second experience in a row mind you, I ordered French Toast Dips and again received no syrup, and when I called to rectify the manager, she explained they've been out of syrup for quite sometime. How do you not have a sign up indicating you're out of syrup? Another time I ordered two Famous Stars without lettuce or cheese, heard the order repeated back to me, and still received lettuce and cheese, and I had to give the hamburgers to someone else as a result. Before the remodel this location often made mistakes often. So far it hasn't been as inconsistent as before so that's good. I can't rate there food beyond a 3/5 since it's cheap, dry fast food. I believe it was my 2nd time getting Carl's junior since I moved across the street last August and I have had outstanding customer service both times. The workers here are so nice, personable, and caring. while I was waiting for my food the worker Raymond was very friendly and we had a good conversation about what we were studying and finals. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and it made waiting for my food more interesting. I feel like the workers at this Carl's junior deserve so much recognition because of how much they care about their customers. I usually love going to CJs during the really late nights, but this location took much longer with my order then expected, I believe I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru for my two items and there was no one else ahead of me.
