Came here for a drink today 03/23/24 around 1 PM. When we went up to the register to order, all three workers seemed a little frazzled over what I'm assuming was a row of 5-6 online orders. Instead of saying to us "I apologize, we'll be with you in a second", the girl abruptly says "Hold on.". Ok. She says this about 4 more times. K, we got it. Finally she asks what we would like. My husband tells her one matcha tea latte and one chai tea latte, iced. The cashier proceeds to tell us in a pretentious tone, "You know chai isn't coffee, there's no coffee in it, it's just a tea" and I'm like "... but it's a latte right?" And she says "Yes, but it's just tea". I'm standing there wondering why she keeps saying "it's just tea". I know what a chai tea LATTE is and no it's not "just tea" - "just tea" would literally be a tea bag steeped in hot water. If I wanted coffee, I would've ordered an iced coffee. My husband turns to ask me if that's fine and I say yes because there's caffeine in it any way and the cashier says (again with the pretentious tone) "No. There's no caffeine in it". I say "Uh but there is caffeine in chai" and she says "No. There's not. But you can add an extra shot of espresso" - insert annoyed face emoji. Just so you know, you shouldn't tell a customer that the chai tea doesn't have caffeine in it. All black teas have caffeine in it. If a customer who could not drink any caffeine asked for a chai tea latte and you tell them there is no caffeine in it, you could get sued. If you're going to work at a cafe, be more educated about what you are selling. Any way, aside from the cashier, the lattes were ok. Nothing to rave about. The matcha is premade. Definitely overpriced in my opinion. read more

So excited this opened up in the Hangar right by my work! They have been lacking on breakfast options in the Hangar and Cassidy's brings some much needed new items and variety. I got the everything bagel bombs stuffed w cream cheese and they were very good. Larger size than I expected and I ended up sharing my order of 4 with coworkers. I also got an iced coffee. They had several people working and they got my order out fairly quickly even though they were definitely busy. Looking forward to visiting often and trying their variety of breakfast sandwiches. read more

By far the worst Cassidy's I've been to. Looks dirty. When I received my bagels it was soo messy and the bagel bombz looked deflated. I would recommend the Atlantic location way better or any other honestly. read more

I'm looking at these comments , and it's insane . All the 4 ratings and less is absurd!! I would go to Cassidy's on Atlantic and by far this is up gradedddd , service wise , food wise everything lol even though it's the same menu the atmosphere here helps as well ! I got the joe special and let me tell you how bomb it was the egg in it the cream cheese with jalapeño is chefs Kiss!! I did get a matcha drink and it could've used a little more match powder but that doesn't mean I'm gna drop down my rating because overall it was still FIRE . My husband got a regular bagel with hummus good as well . Please try out this place it might be upscale on the price for some but what's not pricey now a days ?? This review is solely based on the drinks (not food). This is the third time I try this location and I am beyond disappointed with the drinks each time. It is very disappointing when you're paying $9-$10 and it's NOT good. My iced vanilla coffee tastes like burned coffee from 7/11 and my iced mocha looks completely white, like how??? Upon asking, I found out that they are not the same owner as the Cassidy's on Atlantic/Bixby Knolls... CLEARLY NOT. The Cassidy's on Atlantic is superb. read more

I gave every location of Cassidy's corner a try - four times. Never returning. None of their locations know how to make a hot latte. First and second time, fine. But today they gave me a cup of semi-cold coffee which tasted like they just poured in the milk. It wasn't a cold latte, I would have been at least decently happy with that. Came in today to order two coffees, I was given a cup holder with two holes only. As soon as I walked out to my car one of the coffee slipped out. HOWEVER this location gives cassidy's a bad rep. staff is unorganized and are messy when making food. i ordered a desi and bagel with salmon nova cream chesse. the ingredients in the desi would spill out and missing ingredients! the bagel with the nova cream cheese taste nothing like the bixby knolls location and they barely put any on the bagel making it dry ! and on top of all that the matcha latte i ordered was just a cup of iced milk ! VER INCONSISTENT. The first time I had this place it was great. Tasted really good. The last couple of times have been terrible. This recent time I ordered online. The food wasn't ready until nearly 40 min after the time it said it'd be ready by. This was on a Friday when it was dead. The problem was that they had helped everyone else who was there in person before even looking at the online orders. There's a sign that says where to pick up for online orders. We stood there for 20 min. The lady working today made eye contact with us multiple times and never said anything to us. It wasn't until I got in line (as if to place an in person order) that she felt obligated to serve me. Of course our order wasn't ready yet and everyone who placed their order 20 min after we placed our order online had already gotten their food. Don't offer online ordering if you can't keep track of one online order. On top of that, WE GOT NOTHING WE ORDERED. We got the wrong bagels (even though the kind we ordered weren't sold out) but after waiting a total of 40 min on a very slow day, we didn't bother letting them know. I ordered a vanilla 4-2-1 coffee and was given hazelnut. All in all, why would I order from here if they can't get the order right and don't know how to work with mobile orders. I am a fan of Cassidy's Corner, when I got word they were opening up in LBX I was excited. LBX brings in a lot of foot traffic on the weekends (morning to night consistently). I knew it would be busy during the opening. I am a fairly patient person and practice positive intent. With that being said, the line was long, my friend and I got there in line at around 10:30am and after waiting, ordering, waiting for the food etc. We prob didn't eat until 11 - 11:15am. The food was delicious. It was really good, we got the Joes special. The service was great, taking in account the busyness and the amount of staff working. I would end this review with this. Be patient, they are doing their best. The food is good, the workers are nice and if your order isn't right, let them know. I overheard an order being wrong and they definitely would do their best to fix it with the resources they have. (from what I heard/say). Will be going back. Thank you. read more
