One of the door knobs to the guestroom fell out and was missing a tiny part, so the whole thing needs to be replaced. A guest got locked in and had to bang on the door. It took a month of constant calling and having trouble getting hold of the right person there to get it ordered. They no longer had my information because it was out of warranty. I paid upfront, and that was on October 18. Today is October 4 and I still have heard nothing. They will have to set up an installation appointment once the product comes in. They may have only one installer. At the rate things are going I'm thinking I will not have this fixed by Thanksgiving.

You're bound to find something that you like. Just have to sort through thousands of tiles that are not really organized. The tiles are also very pricy compared to big box stores. Oftentimes you can find the equivalent tile for half the price. Nevertheless, we purchased tiles for our bathroom here but bought our shower pan and edging elsewhere. Luckily, the tiles were in stock, so I was able to pick up at the Hawthorne warehouse location on 147th and Inglewood the same day. But then I started looking and I saw they had Consentino, so I stared looking and noticed the racks are labeled. I found it myself. As I looked through the racks, some of the slab samples were mixed up. There was one piece that looked like the sample of Dekton I was looking for. It only has a QR code on back. Which took me to a google drive picture with no info on it. So I took it downstairs to ask what company the slab is. That way I could see more info on it. The young lady in the front went to ask another girl working there. She very loudly and quite rudely replied we cannot give out our vendors/suppliers. I was a little taken aback. I explained to her that is not what I was asking for. The slab was mixed in with the Dekton rack and I wanted to know if it was Dekton or if it's Porcelain. The only reason I was asking so I could see the specs because I needed to know the material and available sizes which I would be able to find on the actual companies sites. Not the vendor who had no information on it! She was rude and very abrasive when I was trying to explain what I had asked. I honestly felt like she felt entitled to speak to me that way because of my skin color. I just walked out and they knew I was upset because I voiced that I felt that was a very rude way to answer someone. I need to get 5 slabs for an outdoor fire-pit area, they just lost the chance to make a big sale. I would not buy anything from here. There are better places with better service in the South Bay. I would not give them my business. Especially if they treat potential clients this way. You are a business. Customers ask questions. This is not the way to respond to someone inquiring about a product.

The product for the mass market distribution channel is considerably less expensive. The product sold in the specialty retailers have a lot more brass; have heavier construction, and less plastic. The quality of the finish is arguably more robust. The product in this Kohler Signature store is the specialty category. If a model is in high demand, delivery can be quick. Otherwise, it is a special order. Regardless, they do not carry inventory in store that you can walk out with. This is a showroom. But they do have designs not available in the big box stores. And you can look, touch and feel the movement of the hardware before buying.

[Experience]: They have every lamps that you can possibly think of - table lamps, chandeliers, ceiling fans/lights, floor lamps, etc. The shop has an eye-popping selection of different lamps and I appreciate how I was able to actually touch and see lamps in person vs shopping lamps on the internet. [Ordering]: I ultimately saw one floor lamp (Barnes and Ivy Forrest Sequoia Tree 61" Wicker Shade Rustic Floor Lamp - $249.99) and two table lamps (360 Lighting Fraiser 23 1/2" High Tapered Faux Wood Modern Table Lamp - $54.99) that I really like.
