We ordered the large guacamole and chips, the smoked kanapachi tostada, kanapachi taco, camarones al mojo, filete el carbon, erizo sea urchin ,and sparkling lemonades. The seafood is insanely fresh. The ceviche is incredible. The branzino was tender. The guacamole was expertly made with both the acidity and seasonings well balanced. The lemonades were ok. The black beans were cooked well. Hoblox does a great job of presenting items you have likely had before but elevating them in an intriguing way. I can't wait to have an excuse to go back.
