Regular Thai tea, and thai tea slush - both with boba!

Best Thai tea I've ever had, their boba is the best too - so fresh! Comfy interior, service accommodative and quick

This place was so good tastes very authentic and fresh. Their drinks are so refreshing! I got the Thai tea and green Thai tea

Thai tea here is good! I really wanted to try the original Thai tea soft serve but it is only available on the weekends. Inside is big and roomy with seating and there is a parking lot. You can order yourself through an iPad and drinks come out quickly. Definitely coming back.

Some of the best Thai tea in town can be found at ChaTraMue, a beloved brand from Thailand. This is a pretty sizable cafe in a rather strange part of downtown, but the upside is there's an entire parking lot with free parking--except the nights when there's the night market (not sure if it's still running). There's a machine you can order on and the drinks out pretty quickly, even when there was only one guy working late at night. Service is always friendly. I absolutely love the green Thai tea, it's much lighter and more floral than traditional Thai tea. They sell tins and bags of the tea you can buy to make at home! The boba is pretty nice too, not the best in LA but pretty chewy and they have it in pandan flavor as well.

Visited this cafe for the first time and I absolutely love the vibes. The inside is cozy with plenty of comfortable seating. I had their jasmine green milk tea without boba and it was really delicious without being overly sweet!

Located inside LAX-C's plaza is ChaTraMue. It's the quintessential Thai tea joint from Thailand. It was established in 1945 and has been trusted for over 80 years. They have a variety drinks, but they're famous for the very popular Thai iced tea. I opted for the Thai Tea Slushee, my wife the Original Thai Tea and my daughter the Sala Milk. For the Thai tea, we opted for 70% sweetness and it was still very sweet. We'll have to try the next one down which is 30% next time we're in the area. The Original Thai Tea would've been perfect if it wasn't so sweet and same goes for the slushee. I felt that if it was less sweet, it would be perfect. I'll have to ask if I can bring down the sweetness of the slushee the next time I'm there. As for the Sala Milk, it was a hard no for everyone. I've never had this before - even in Thailand. Unfortunately, my daughter took a sip and was done with it. Definitely will come back to try other flavors and adjust the sweetness levels of our drinks. Don't forget to grab yourself some tins of tea to take home and make in the comfort of your home!

Easy parking as it has its own lot. Ordered the original Thai tea and came out quick! It was delicious and would definitely come again to try different flavors!

After taking two sips from a straw, this is how much you get for $5.75. I asked for a little less ice, and they did let me know the cup wouldn't be full. They also refuse to give you less than 30% sweetness. I can no longer support this place. Having 3/4 of a drink I paid $5.75 for because I didn't want half the cup filled with ice is crazy. I was annoyed to see how empty it was before I drank anything but when I saw how empty it was after two literal sips, I had to take a picture and leave a review. This was the last straw, literally and figuratively...

#1 Thai milk tea for a reason. I tried both the original Thai milk tea and the green milk tea, and they were incredible in completely different ways--bold, fragrant tea flavor without being overly sweet or diluted. You truly won't find a better Thai tea spot than this. ChaTraMue is especially special because it's the original Thai tea brand from Thailand, established in 1945, and you can really taste the quality and tradition in every sip. This isn't trendy milk tea--it's the real deal. I only wish they had a location on the Westside of L.A., but until then, it's absolutely worth the drive. Parking was also easy thanks to their dedicated lot. 10/10 -- excellent, authentic tea flavor.

Very clean and organized. Beautiful wall mural artwork. Cozy designed seating arrangement. Very warm and friendly reception as well as service.,Staff nicely gave us a heads up their coffees and teas has mild laxative effect with it. We have about 45 min. drive home but what the h...:: , ordered my black coffee anyways. Didn't pay attention but it was cold not hot ( expecting hot). Very different and odd taste. Sweet, bitter, pungent, rooty or earthy and not sure what but oddly I liked it., Big suspense was getting home safely from a different kind of accident. We got home fine and so guess the staff warning did not work for me. Eager to go back and try other item/s in their menu hopefully with more time to stay and make sure I'll be safe again on my trip back home.,

This place was alright. Ample parking. Really wanted to love the Rose Milk tea but this simply tasted like milk. And the pandan boba (green coconut boba) just tasted like agar. Cute cup though. For the price it was lacking tons of flavor. It's funny how they advertise Natural Laxative effects on their menu, although I'm not lactose intolerant, serves as a warning for the less fortunate I guess (?).

Plenty of noodles and beef to go along with it + all the sides. I would go back again when I'm around. Very filling and comforting bowl of soup!!! The sugarcane juice was so so good. There's a hint of orange in it for added flavor, and it works perfectly. It's a bit expensive at 7 dollars, but it hit the spot. Honestly, I'm not hesitant to spend 7-10 dollars on a cup of coffee, so maybe it wasn't truly that expensive. The restaurant itself is fairly unassuming and may not look as fancy and in order as some more new wave places, but the flavors here can't easily be replicated. Easily some of the better pho I've had in LA. Granted, i was really hungry, so that could have factored into the score. Places like this are what i love so much about Chinatown. The atmosphere inside is incredibly welcoming and there was a steady flow of customers coming for the Vietnamese coffee. I'm sad i didn't get to explore this part of the city during its prime, but im happy places like Gigo's are still around to enjoy and appreciate. Give it a try if your around the area and craving some pho.

Overall, great food but service could be a bit more on point.

I highly recommend this chain location and can vouch for the food and service!!! Is the hype warranted? an astounding YES! I looked into the secret menu and got to try the Mario Fries, Lou's Chicken Sandwich, Quarter Chicken Breast with all their sauces, and Banana Pudding! The staff was lovely and I met Matt, the manager. I was greeted with an excited and hyped staff. They were kind and welcoming. Food came pippin' hot and the first bite of the quarter chicken breast was everything- juicy, smoky, spicy, and filled with seasoning! I heard comparisons between this chain and others and finally understood the difference: the chicken is at the forefront along with different layers of flavor that are in the sandwich! Think of Dave's Hot Chicken but meatier , juicier, and much flavorful. Everything is elevated with subtle sophistication- the slaw, all the sauces, and breading. It seemed all curated individually for your meal. For comparison, it is like getting a pastry at your local bakery vs. at a patisserie in Paris, FR. It's the same dessert but one is much better, especially if you pay attention to the subtleties. If you want to taste Howling Ray's in one dish, this would be it! The other dishes were also delightful, the Lou's sandwich had waffles as the buns with powdered sugar and syrup on top; imagine smoky, savory, with fulfilling sweetness. The banana pudding was also wonderful; not to sweet but subtle flavors with high quality ingredients. The Mario's fries are the ultimate chicken loaded fries and would have you full and fulfilled. Everything was of great. You are paying for quality and you will not regret it, especially if you like flavors and spicy. There is a reason that there is a line even before this restaurant opens. Not only would I recommend this place, I recommend bringing a crew so you can share the experience together. I am now a fan and I will be back and will bringing others with me.

The employees were very welcoming from the get-go! The gentleman offered my party some matcha shaved ice samples as they had just gotten the ice cream machine delivered that day- that we graciously accepted! It was giving a mix of dip n dots and shaved ice, not my favorite but my coworker loved it and ended up ordering some. I opted for the classic classy matcha latte, 50% sugar, with boba- and it was on the mfn money. The matcha they use is some quality stuff, not your typical Starbucks-esque, but also not bitter and earthy. The sweet kick from the boba was just enough to tie the whole drink together. My other coworker got the mango matcha latte, 50% sugar- delicious as well. If I was going for something a little more refreshing, that would have been a great choice. I'll definitely be back to try some of their coffee drinks!

Even the business owner's photo looks a bit AI :') I ordered a banana matcha I think, and it was supposed to come with some collagen cream top but I opted for no topping. Price was fine, $7 for a regular drink, but I couldn't taste any matcha at all. It was a nice banana milk though. The color of the drink suggests high quality matcha and given the vibrancy without the flavor, I wouldn't be surprised if it was given a boost with something artificial. Would only return if actually dying of thirst.

I arrived at Yi Fang (Los Angeles) on Sunday (around 12:48PM). Parking is very challenging. I'd parked at a nearby structure and walked over. Staff (receipt says Dinh) is very polite and hardworking. It's refreshing, flavorful, and thirst-quenching. The ingredients are good quality, and I felt happy & satisfied as I sipped. On ambiance, Yi Fang (Los Angeles) is cozy, clean, and small. I bought a couple egg tarts, two baked BBQ pork buns, a Chinese donut, one Mango smoothie (comes with milk), one Watermelon juice, and one Three Berries juice. Wow, egg tart was one of the best I've ever eaten! It was creamy and sweet in a crisp, buttery shell. SO GOOD! I wish I bought one dozen and not two individuals... next time one dozen for sure. BBQ pork bun filling was adequate and taste was decent, but I've had better from other bakeries. Chinese donut was a bit oily unfortunately.
