I really love Chick-fil-A and never have had a problem with their customer service as many times as I have went to various ones in the Central Valley, but I'm sorry... this specific location was not on their game. Usually employees taking our order are overly joyous but that was lacking at this location + our order was messed up and we did not receive our large fry. Once we had drove away & realized, we went back to retrieve our fry & employee seemingly sounded like he thought I was being untruthful about my missing item. They seem to lack on various areas of customer service under pressure if you ask me. Though, like I mentioned earlier, I love Chick-fil-A so the food did not disappoint. We ordered breakfast via the app. After making our way to the restaurant and waiting in the famous drive through line we were told when we got to the front our order wasn't available to pick up anymore because breakfast ended a few min. Prior. We spoke to Kayla who identified herself as the manager. Completely clueless how to deal with customers, she couldn't find a way to get us our order because we didn't make it through the line before breakfast time ended (8 min prior). That shouldn't even be an issue being that we pre-ordered and paid 40 min. Prior to breakfast ending. Maybe mobile orders shouldn't need to wait in the 30 min plus line if that is the case? To make matters worse we got a text from the restaurant that our order was ready for pick up while arguing about our order not being ready. Called the curtner location and they took our order (even though it was now 10:45am, past breakfast time) Curtner had it ready to go by the time we arrived. Blossom Hill lost us as customers. My experience here was a bit disappointing. Ordered to go a hash brown scramble burrito and a scramble bowl. Also ordered their regular chicken sandwich, but ended up getting a chicken biscuit sandwich. Food was good, but all were on the small size/portions. First visit and was not impressed with the food. Overpriced. Wasn't anything special. Undercooked waffle fries. I got home and was missing an order, so I had to eat a little bit of everyone's meal. I'm very disappointed in how you guys handle the lines. I'm in line and I got cut by at least 3 cars. You guys have no one supervising the lines but have 2 people standing outside handing out food that's very unnecessary. It's a drive thru no one needs to stand outside handing the food when it's a drive thru. Also you guys messed up my order no one repeated the order to me when I repeated it TWICE to the person I was ordering to. Very unprofessional here. You should have someone standing by the line to make sure no one gets cut. You should also make sure your workers don't rush people when giving us the food. I came in on a Saturday morning and they forgot half of my order. I did not notice until I got all the way back home and repeatedly tried to call but the phone line was busy. I arrived at the restaurant and was kind of blown off by the manager at the time. Anyways, I filled out the survey on my experience and was quickly contacted by the store manager Josh Mott. He was understanding and apologetic and told me to come in and get a free meal to make up for the negative experience. I came in and he came out to meet me and my family and took our order and hand delivered. Josh is the perfect example of what sets Chic Fil A apart from other fast food chains. Love this place, food is really good, but price is very high. The other issue is I bought a chicken sandwich, chose it because of the pic on the menu on line. This pic shows a big chicken sandwich, what you get is a little smashed piece of chicken on a small smashed bun. For the price, it's a total rip off!! All the food was smaller than what the website advertises. Love the taste, delish, but small portions for a very high price. And one other thing, the girl taking the order was wearing a mask, but not over her nose, just over her mouth, that concerned me greatly. Not sure I'll go back. read more

I heard Chick-fil-A served great fast food.so my wife and I visited the new restaurant next to Whole Foods on Blossom Hill. When ordering our meal we noticed that condiments that are normally free at other restaurants were an added charge. qThe facility was dirty and noisy. My chicken sandwich was extremely dry and salty. I felt I was eating a block of salt. The sandwich made me thirsty and I was unable to quench my thirst because the small drink came without a re-fill. Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. We will never visit this place again. I gave this restaurant a ZERO rating. In the interim I need to drink a lot of water to flush the salt out of my system. read more

Their sauces were the only thing that seemed original to me and made the chicken sandwich pretty good. We enjoy Chick Fil A very much but this location has had a few issues lately. The last few times our online orders have taken a long time because they were just overwhelmed. Today our order was ready promptly but we ordered 30 nuggets and when we got home and opened it up we found they only put 25 in the box. This location is new and so popular that I recommend allowing extra time for online orders and double checking your takeout order before leaving the restaurant. I had a really bad experience last night at this location. I went through the drive thru with my mom and the young girl who greeted us was SO rude. As we were ordering I was unable to see a menu and I wasn't sure what came on the spicy chicken sandwich. The girl never told me what was on it after i repeatedly asked and she was so rude when I was confused. I've never seen someone at chick-fil-a be in such a bad mood. It was like she hated her life and her job. All you have to do is smile a little and when a customer is confused, answer their questions. I was so angry I wanted to complain and I do plan on calling and letting them know. She ruined our experience. The fries were soggy and the lemonade was so pulpy it wasn't even drinkable. They need laminated menus on the iPads when they have employees taking orders down the drive thru line. It was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more
