We used to eat CMR often, like there was a time we were eating it once a week, until the portions have gotten smaller in the last year, so it's not as often we pick up from here. But sadly, this may be the last... We ordered three hainan chicken boxes. I got the dark meat with skin, and upon opening the box, the meat was displayed skin up, didn't think anything of it, and in my belly it went. I ate half my meal and started to feel a little sick and decided to stop. Half an hour later I am met with intense stomach cramps and multiple visits to the bathroom (if you know what I mean). Located inside the 99 ranch food court towards the front corner, this has become one of my favorites. The menu couldn't be simpler and it still hits every time. I always get the grilled chicken with rice and two cilantro ginger sauces, plus soup and rice. The rice is on point, actually seasoned and tastes great alone even hours later and cold. The chicken is thigh meat and never dry even though it is fully cooked. Then the sauce. I love and enjoy the ginger cilantro but I rarely eat the chicken and rice with it. The chicken is great the rice is great and having a souffle or two of the sauce on hand for a dry piece of left over chicken or bland white rice from is a godsend and gets me to actually eat the leftovers.
