10/03/2020 Saturday I did an OLO (online order) for my family. Total bill$137.06 (7:30pm) I also paid online. I was told that my order will be ready at 8:03 pm. 7:50 PM I received a call that they were all out of field pickles for my triple play No problem substitute with blossom petals. I asked should I wait longer she said, no just come right in, it will be ready. I arrive and there are several people waiting for their orders. I overhear them saying its been over half hour. At this point I am thankful my order was online and paid. I see packages of food on the counters. Half hour later I asked is my food ready. She said that they are waiting on the drinks. MMMMhhh so is that one of my food packages just sitting on the counter???? So I told her to just cancel my drinks, she said "oh they working on it right now" .. One hour later i am still in the parking lot waiting!!!!!! 9 PM She finally brings out my food and drinks, mind you an hour later after I have been told to just come in. The food is STONE COLD AND DISGUSTING!! The taco cheese is solid and cold. The triple play food is all cold. The Bacon Burger buns is soggy and meat cold. Fries and Blossom petals cold and hard. So being that they were overwhelmed i called the next day to complain to a manager. I spoke with Alex. He gave me all the routine customer answers (I work with customer service) he did not seem sincere at all. Took my number and called me back in about half hour. He said that "since I took the food, all he could offer was a $25.00 gift card" , I said I spent over a $100.00 on food alone. So he then offered to cover the cost of the drinks $40.00. I told him the drinks was fine it was the food that was DISGUSTING!! Alex asked what would I want, I said I want to comp for my meals $100.00, He said he cannot. He said that he could escalate my complaint, I told him to please do so and I will also file a complaint with cooperate. He said okay then I can do it. I told him NO you escalate my complaint and I will also put in a complaint. Poor manager skills. I really wish I saw Jenna T. (05-06-2020) complaint, I would have gone to Ruby Tuesday. i have filed a complaint with Chilis cooperate and I am waiting for a response. read more

Just another one star rating for this place, looks like it keeps getting worse and worse over the past three months. No air conditioning the last three visits, sparse staff. And just this week I tried to use the birthday coupon that I was emailed with a to go order and they say they don't do that anymore. Also, there was a water restoration truck and blow holes through the to go door from the outside that blew straight through the kitchen to another area. Perhaps doing some post water damage cleanup, but didn't look very sanitary to have air blowing through the kitchen and on the customers that were trying to stand there and make orders. Decided not to place an order and I don't see how it's even necessary to return here considering all the great food options that we have now here in Kapolei and.Ewa. Just left Kapolei Chillis and our server Aaliyah was amazing. The 5 stars is for her and the food ! I love the crispy chicken quesadilla salad and the portion & presentation tonight was waaay better than other locations. I have been a server/shift lead for 7 years and when we walked in they said 20 minute wait. The host I didn't get her name but she came and sat us in two minutes. Even offered to watch our stroller so baby could come sit in her car seat with us. So shoutout to the host also sorry I didn't catch her name but she had cat eyeliner on if that helps lol. Aaliyah was friendly offered us refills, fast at food delivery and must have been at Chillis for a while because as a restaurant worker myself I could see was a Friday night rush but she did her thing and didn't disappoint my husband and I. She even brought my baby her mash potatoes and our daughter loved it also ! Prices got really ridiculous. Triple dipper is now almost $20! They also had mozerella sticks 3 for $11.99!!! WTF! And.....we couldnt use ANY COUPONS. I get weekly coupons for free appetizers, desserts, etc., waitress said that for the past 3 weeks they have not honored any coupons for free items! So if you plan on using any type of coupons whether from Chilis sent to your email or yelp check in (for free chips/salsa), I would call first! The manager should at least comp those coupon items for guests coming to dine in! Because the Manager has the ability to do just that! Just another excuse to charge us more $$$!!!!! Melanie from Chili's is awesome! She provided excellent service when my boyfriend and I came in w/ his grandparents for dinner one evening. It was a busy Saturday night but she still came by to check on us to make sure everything was okay. I got a half order of the house ribs and it was good! The ribs came with fries and slaw. It was the perfect size meal to go along with our chips & salsa we got for the table. If you check-in you can also get a skillet of queso on the house! The queso was awesome. Came by this location for a quick lunch and glad we did as it filled us up for our Sunday errand filled day! Located at Kapolei Shopping Center nearest to McDonald's is where you'll find this chilis. Currently still offering curbside pick up (specified parking for to go orders) and also promoting social distancing within the restaurant following COVID protocols. Great part about this location is that its at a shopping center to go shopping or errand running before or after and that it's near the freeway on/off ramp. Upon walking in on a Sunday afternoon, we noticed some small parties waiting for their time to seat. When we checked in for a party of 2, it was only a 20 minute wait or open seating at the bar with no wait. So of course we took the open seating! Within 2 minutes of seating being the firsts at the bar top, Keola our Bartender/server greeted us and took our drink orders. They still offer the menu on the little screen or scanning a QR code for your phone. For this quick lunch I just ordered a soft drink with big mouth bites. My boyfriend had 2 beers and steak and shrimp fajitas. Our drinks came out promptly and our food came out within 20ish minutes with a full restaurant. Food came out perfect as is! We also noticed our server Keola was literally running the entire section by himself! The bar top with 5 parties, plus 3 full booths along the wall. Getting parties in and out with his laid back and welcoming personality. 5/5 a great guy to have serving us! The only thing about our visit was that my boyfriend's corn tortillas were forgotten so he didn't really start eating till I was 2 big mouth burger bites down when his tortillas came 5 minutes later lol. Will always reccomend this chilis for their location, food, drinks, and service. It was a last minute dinner we chose in the neighborhood so I suggested Chili's. As soon as we entered, we were seated on the table we requested and shortly after, our server came. We decided to order from the 3 for 15 dollar menu since they send out promotions via email. Our server, Elizabeth was extremely attentive, friendly, bubbly, and overall spectacular. We believe she has the most awesome personality and is full of great energy. Anyway, we decided on ordering garden salads with ranch and ice tea. With that, we ordered the chips and salsa. We requested guacamole sauce and our server came back with a pretty large portion of guacamole ranch. We thought it was gonna be exactly that but in reality, it tasted moreso like guacamole with pico de gallo and ranch/sour cream. It was REALLY good! It seemed our order came up super quick. I ordered the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas. Holy crap it was large portion, fresh & hot, and was garnished with sour cream and pico de gallo. I believe there was 8 hefty pieces although I could only handle 2. It was really good! The other item ordered was the cajun chicken pasta. The presentation itself looked really appetizing and just like the picture. My friend said it was also really good and finished the entire plate. Lastly, the final item ordered was a mini Molten cake. My friend ate that in no time and loved every bite of it. I suppose it was a good thing she ordered the mini versus the regular sized considering all the pasta already eaten. As we were checking out, our server quickly brought me boxes for my quesadillas and gave me a hefty size container of salsa. I was really happy about that. She even brought us 2 large ice teas to go! I'm going to be completely honest, if a company has such a great, positive, and genuine workers it's clearly shown without hesitation. My friend and I were sooo impressed with Elizabeth, we asked to speak with her manager. It goes to show you service goes a long way and can make or break your business. The service was really good, considering the change in rules with our state and having to show a vaccine card or negative covid test to be able to dine in. We ordered the full size ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and elote corn, cheese pizza and cheeseburger for the kids along with southwestern egg rolls and blossom petals. I wait listed when I got into my car at home. When I got there, I told them my name & I waited about 5 minutes & we were in. So that in itself was amazing. Usually when you go to Chili's you have to wait a bit. Anyways we were seated, the waitress took our order. She offered us chips & salsa, which is always good tasting to me. We waited about 10 minutes & our food was ready. Our waitress was very attentive. We never had to wait for water. When we were packing up our food, she was so kind enough to ask if we wanted chips and salsa to go. Maybe that's a thing with Chili's now. IDK. But it felt like the grand gesture. The waitress we had couple times here remembers our order and the things we don't want on it. I really appreciate her taking the time out to get to know her customers, it means a lot. Only thing I wish is them going back to paper menus, their is times I don't carry a phone at all and leave it home because I don't need it glued to me. Places now is having you scan the phone to look at menus but I think their should also be an option to request one if needed. Management pls have menus on hand for those who don't carry a phone sometimes, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that don't always bring it out. It's your typical Tex-mex, but my go to when I can't decide on anything else. The prices are reasonable and the portions are decent. The service is 60/40. 60% of the time you'll get someone who is attentive and friendly and 40% of the time you'll strike out. I like that there's options.... burgers, fajitas, light options. To Go Counter: They have a designated to go counter by the bar. They have a separate door that leads straight to the to go counter. You that one! 2. Service: via phone and at the to go counter they were nice, but by the front entrance not so much. When I went there I sat down at the front not knowing about a separate to go counter (mind you there was only one family before me and the place was not busy). I waited 5 minutes until I went up to someone to ask where do I pick up my food. She said, "At the To Go counter." Like I knew where that was. Then I asked where she rolled her eyes and pointed at the to go bar. Talk about attitude. 3. Updated interior and exterior: place looked updated and casual place. 4. Food: It was ok. Same as when you order at the restaurant. Temperature was good even with the 5 minute drive home. This is my go too lunch joint in Kapolei! It's close to the freeway, plenty parking and there is always hot chicks in here. The bottomless chips and salsa is my weakness. The service was a bit slow starting off, but we knew what we wanted to order by the time our waitress came to take our drinks. That saved us some time and our food came out quickly! Nothing really special about the meal we ordered simple dishes of pasta and soup with appetizer spinach queso dip and chips. We called because the chilis in Mililani was super busy so if they could take us in Kapolei then we were willing to take the journey. I called and ask if it was busy. The girl said no it's not busy and for our party of 3 it would be 15 minutes. We get here in the 15 minutes and the two women in the front already had an attitude. It's whatever at this point but then they tell me it's a 45 minute wait and they can't hold tables. They said they would get their manager to come and talk to me because what I was told was something totally different. They found a little post it nite that had my information and the manager gave me an apology and said they will take us in ASAP but at this point we would've been seated. We still have to wait the 45 minutes and apparently the two girls in the front kept giving looks. If you are telling me that food is flying out of the kitchen and they can't keep up then maybe on of those girls needs to move to the back to help serve people their food. If to go orders can't be kept up with them go on the app and pause it because it's possible to catch up. Those girls and whoever I talk to needs to get it together because this wasn't cute and the only reason I didn't go off is because I use to work with food so I get how it is when the staff is lacking. read more

Decided to eat here for a quick lunch. Upon entering we were told it would be a 25-30 minute wait but we got seated within 5 minutes so that was awesome! I ordered the steak fajitas, pretty tasty! The guacamole was ok but everything else was delicious. The 5 stars go to our amazing server named Dayzina. If the managers see this know this particular employee went above and beyond on service! After spending several hours in the HOT sun at Ko'olina Marina, my friend and I were looking to have a late lunch in West Oahu and used the Yelp application for suggestions. This was our first time at this location as it was pretty much rocking with a lot of peeps for a Sunday afternoon at about 130pm. We had Hilary as our server and wow, was she a ROCK STAR. Because we were dying of thirst she immediately brought us our drinks and waters right away. I was amazed on how attentive she was by following-up with us and made sure our drinks were filled. I've never had a server refill my Diet Coke four-times!!! Here is what we ate: 1) Trio Appetizers You can make your own appetizer plate by choosing 3 from their appetizer list. Their menus are accompanied by great pictures and we ended up having the same thing as their example (hamburger sliders, boneless buffalo wings and southwestern egg rolls). The food came out piping HOT and very flavorful. I was at first skeptical of the egg rolls being too greasy but it was deep-fried well. Very crispy exterior packed with so much flavors inside. 2) Grilled chicken, steak and shrimp fajitas This dish came on a sizzling platter with generous portions of a grilled boneless and skinless chicken breast, grilled steak and shrimp over sauteed onions and bell peppers. The heated tortillas came in a separate, covered holder to keep them warm. The proteins were seasoned well and the veggies were cooked until tender. Shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo came on a separate plate. The portions here are generous and 2 grown men couldn't finish all of this food so we ended up doggy bagging the leftovers. We were so stuffed that we skipped on dessert. For a nationwide chain, this Chili's Grill & Bar is worth coming to should you be in this area. We were very fortunate to have great food and such superb service from Hilary. My husband and I went in for lunch after a very busy morning right when they opened at 11 AM. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Kaleo who promptly brought us drinks and offered several drink suggestions. Being super hungry my husband ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger and I ordered the Santa Fe Burger. The Rancher was HUGE! It was prepared to perfection, very juicy and medium rare. The Santa Fe had a wonderful mild heat and was also perfectly cooked - we are very picky about the level of cook on our burgers so we were super happy :). The fries were crispy and well seasoned.
