Decided to go to chili's to have dinner with my other half. We got there at about 9 pm and there was no wait. We were surprised there was no wait on a Friday night but we were complaining. It is always cold in Chili's, I need to remind myself to bring a jacket with me! Our server's name was Andrew. He was super sweet and checked on us often. Thank you Andrew for being amazing! Chili's has great margaritas but I decided to go with the lava flow. It's my favorite drink from Chili's. It's sweet and you can't tell there's liquor in it which makes it pretty dangerous but good. I got the mushroom Swiss burger. It was either the mushroom Swiss or the turkey club sandwich but I told myself "I could make the turkey club at home" so I went with the mushroom Swiss. The burger itself was so juicy when I bit into it my hand kept getting burger juice on it. I wish the onions were cooked a little more because I love my onions soft but the burger itself was good. The fries were cold, wish it was fresher but all in all the meal was super tasty and did not disappoint my hunger. My other half got the trio fajitas. It was a lot of food. The steak was my favorite part. It was cooked really well. I didn't really like the chicken but my other half loved all of it. Came to eat on a Wednesday night, we had a party of 7. It wasn't too busy but our wait was about 50min after being told 30. Once we were seated at 805, we waited about 10min until the waitress came to give us water or acknowledge us. We were given forks with no napkins after given our appetizers. Found it very weird not to be given napkins without having to ask. The wait for our food was an hour, the service was almost non existent and terrible. When I got there food wasn't ready even tho app said between 805-815 and I got there at 810 so waited additional 10 minutes food was ready I left and returned to the hotel just for all my food to be damn near cold. They did throw in a multi lava cake, but it was a measly scoop of ice cream and the Texas cheese fries wasn't even hot. Just overall a waist of time not to mention, I guess their AC is out so they have a replacement outside at the Chili's pick up door so I had to walk inside and walk all the way around, but that's neither here or there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON'T COME HERE EVEN THE MANAGER DAVID RUNS AWAY. Came in and it was busy, I get it. Had issues and David said he would comp the desserts while getting odd looks from the 2 girls in the front. There was also a server with a polo shirt that was white with designs, a bald head and a gold chain that walked outside while he was suppose to be working and said "I don't care if people gotta wait". He went outside to say hi while there were 5 separate groups waiting to be seated. They can't get their orders right. The apps took 20 mins and food took 40 mins after that to get to us. Keep in mind one of them was a salad!!! They got our Texas fries wrong and the jalapeños we said we didn't want arrived on the fries. Angel I believe was the server we had and I guess she also forgot how we ordered it. The chicken on the salad wasn't fully cooked and the tomato's on the salad we requested to not be on there were in the salad. Our other entree came out with quesadillas not fully cooked and no street corn. We asked to talk to David and he came to apologize but he said he would bring out my street corn and never did while we waited 5 mins to get our check. I saw him walking around and at this point that's ridiculous!!! I am never coming here again because the food, service, ambiance and apparently skills of everyone here are not at any standard. If it wasn't for a forced gratuity on my bill, and everyone's bill, I would not tip. I haven't gone there for almost 15 years. Don't plan on it even again. On top of they tried to squeeze us on a tight corner as we have 2 infants so we split the table in half to give the infants and their mother access--- and they tell us that its an access that we can block and suggest we move to the middle of the aisle and have the babies on the outside?! (You had to be there) I questioned, you would rather have the babies block the main aisle of the restaurant?! She could not answer and I continued on my own plan of seating. Were they new to their jobs? New waiter? New server? Did covid erase common knowledge? There were no safety knowledge... -- Backed to the dropped food. The waitress explains to me don't worry I didn't charge the food I dropped -- Really?!!! You think?!!! No pics bc my food was not worth taking pictures. My daughters mac and cheese was good...looked like kraft box, she loved it. And oranges out of a mandarin orange can. Horrible experience. This review is only for the bar and their staff. Went to a Monday Night Football game at the bar in Hawaii (means Monday afternoon football). Planned to watch the game with some friends, and went to another restaurant / bar first and it was crowded with slow service. Left at half time and took a chance going to Chili's. Best choice we could've made. Arrived at Chili's with a lot of open parking stalls, no time wasted there. They had plenty of seats at the bar, but not empty to the point where you wonder why. Found some good seats and immediately approached by the two waitress. They seemed happy to be at work and were quick to get drinks at our table and even brought water. Sounds crazy, but nowadays it seems like servers think water is worthless since most places don't charge. We ordered bottomless chips and dip and that arrived quickly and tasted fresh. Oh yeah and there are many TVs there so just about every seat can see what's on the screen. I was impressed by our service and will put this location on the top of my list the next time we are looking for a place to watch the game in Kapolei. My family and I came to this location last week. For a week day I'd say it was fairly busy. Our server Chanell seemed like she had to take care of 10 tables by herself. This Chili's was pretty good. The service was excellent. The food took a little longer to come out than expected. I always get the deep fried pickles and they never let me down. They are a little salty, So you'll want to order something to contrast it. I tried the Mexican street corn. It was very tasty, but on the smaller side. It's so nice to see restaurants getting back into it after COVID. However having a 1 hour and 30 minute wait was a bit frustrating as they don't allow "call aheads". We had a party of 5 and had to wait in the parking lot until the wait time was up. Service was surprisingly quick for such a long wait time. The food was just average. My boyfriend and I ordered the bacon burger, which was very bland and tasteless (weird right?, anything with bacon should be flavorful) this however was not the case. My sister tried the new chicken and waffles and from the small bite i took that was pretty damn good! My grandma had a salad, and my mom ordered the ribs. My boyfriend and I did have upset stomachs until the next morning after eating the burgers Overall the service was great, the drinks were good and most of us was overall satisfied with the food choices. 4 stars only because the burger gave us indigestion or something. I called in advance to make a reservation. They don't take reservations but they will write your name down and they go by first come, first serve. So if they're busy when your party comes in, you will have to wait awhile to be seated. But fortunately, they weren't too busy when we came in. We had a large group of 30 people dining in, so they set up the patio outside for us which was really nice. We loved that we had the patio to ourselves. We were able to enjoy each other's company while waiting for our food. We did wait awhile for food but it's expected because we had a large party. Weston was our server. He took our orders and made sure we had all the right food coming out. When there was a miscommunication with the kids meals, he quickly fixed it and kept the food coming out for us. He also had other servers helping to bring all our food out. Food was great, we have no complains there. The chocolate molten lava cake was a favorite here. Huge Mahalo to Weston for being so patient with us. I was so nervous for him taking on such a large group. But everything went smoothly, definitely made our night more enjoyable. read more

Just another one star rating for this place, looks like it keeps getting worse and worse over the past three months. No air conditioning the last three visits, sparse staff. And just this week I tried to use the birthday coupon that I was emailed with a to go order and they say they don't do that anymore. Also, there was a water restoration truck and blow holes through the to go door from the outside that blew straight through the kitchen to another area. Perhaps doing some post water damage cleanup, but didn't look very sanitary to have air blowing through the kitchen and on the customers that were trying to stand there and make orders. Decided not to place an order and I don't see how it's even necessary to return here considering all the great food options that we have now here in Kapolei and.Ewa. I am sooo happy they reopened today for Dine-IN! ELIZABETH was probably the most sweetest and attentive server I have ever had!!! She was sooo friendly and quick! I gave her a headsup, how I drink a lot (diet coke that is) and she kept me filled the entire day!! She helped tour guide us to a great me! As for me, I thought I knew what I wanted, but it wasnt as I expected it to be! The brisket was good and the chicken! My only suggestion is to probably get the sauce on the side next time, which is what she recommended.. Everything came out in a timely manner and she waa always checking up on us! Just left Kapolei Chillis and our server Aaliyah was amazing. The 5 stars is for her and the food ! I love the crispy chicken quesadilla salad and the portion & presentation tonight was waaay better than other locations. I have been a server/shift lead for 7 years and when we walked in they said 20 minute wait. The host I didn't get her name but she came and sat us in two minutes. Even offered to watch our stroller so baby could come sit in her car seat with us. So shoutout to the host also sorry I didn't catch her name but she had cat eyeliner on if that helps lol. Aaliyah was friendly offered us refills, fast at food delivery and must have been at Chillis for a while because as a restaurant worker myself I could see was a Friday night rush but she did her thing and didn't disappoint my husband and I.
