Go here for calories Everything on menu has 1500-2000-2500+ calories. I somehow loved this place for their super menu options and the presentation of food. And $5 margaritas options are worth trying. I never return without margaritas from chilli's. Chicken crispers are awesome but if you don't like sweet then go for original version. Tried their Alex chefs special Santa Fe burger and must say nothing special in that one of my friend took ribs and said it was good one. Fajitas looks appealing though with lot of sides. read more

I went to Chili's a week ago, and I got the Old Timer burger. I was shocked when it came. It was a smash burger. The patty was smashed paper thin and cooked well-done. It was horrible. Last night I went again. I asked if I could have a regular patty instead of the smashed patty, but they said, "No." I used to enjoy Chili's burgers. I will not be going to Chili's very often anymore. I like some of their other items, and so does my wife. Their burgers suck! read more

Been going to Chilis for years.....service is usually okay but they got rid of the cheese curds and replaced them with some sort of unseasoned hunk of cheese that is fried that tastes of fake cheese, looks like fake cheese and ultimately is terrible. We had lunch here yesterday after church. I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta. I received the chicken pasta. The only way I can describe it is gross. The chicken was over cooked and dry, the sauce was sticky and gummy. I suspect the dish had been heated in a microwave then left to set for a while before being served because it was tepid at best. I would have sent it back, but we never saw the waiter again, not even to refill our drinks. Usually the food here is good, but they missed the mark today. read more

I ordered pick up, Rib Eye, asparagus & mushrooms... horrible. Steak worse than cardboard, asparagus tasted as if drenched in old oil, mushrooms had charcoaled , old mushrooms that may have been on the stove and recooked... sad, that they would put food out like that. It was yuck! read more

They gave my 1 year old nephew raw chicken bites, and didn't apologize. Manager came to us to tell us that it was appropriate temperature, when it was slimy and sticky. He was trying to cover himself. The chicken was raw. It was slimy and pale. He came back with it and said he had it "re-cooked". The manager was disinterested and couldn't care less about the situation. If I didn't catch it my baby nephew would be in the hospital from eating raw chicken. We didn't allow the baby to eat the "re cooked" food either. Honestly this was worst service and food I have ever received at a restaurant. I don't give bad reviews often but this was extremely dangerous for my nephew. Be careful when eating here they do not care about the customers safety read more

Our last several visits have been fantastic! The service was great. My husband got the salmon and I got the sirloin - both were amazing!

The only way this place stays in business is because there's literally nothing else to eat around here. Absolutely horrible. Places a curbside order at 6:50pm. I was told it would be ready by 7:24pm. It is current 7:53pm and my order is not ready yet. I go inside and ask what's taking so long and all I get it "I apologize. We got all the orders in at once." Yeah ok buddy. I frequent this Chilis once a week with my mom. I've had subpar food before but the service has always been great no matter who served us and the food is usually good. Today was a HORRIBLE experience and we won't go back. They have a special called 3 for Me, consisting of an appetizer, entree, and drink, which we always order. I ordered chips and salsa "to go" which was promptly brought out to me to eat in the restaurant. Our drinks were served incorrectly. It took me awhile to get the servers attention to get my drink fixed because she was chatting at a table. Then when I needed a refill I had to ask the gal who brought our food out because i couldn't get the attention of our waitress. My burger was not well done as i ordered it and waitress argued with me. The manager came out and told me he didn't see a problem with it either but would remake it. For the record, I have never asked them to remake my burger and that is what I always order. Meanwhile we received another drink made incorrectly. The manager asked me if I wanted fries while waiting for my new burger, I said I was fine to wait. Not two minutes later the waitress told me my burger was ready but they were waiting on fries. My mom was nearly finished eating so I said I would skip the fries. The new burger was also pink. I know that's how most people eat them, but I don't and I don't think cooking it all the way should be a problem. The manager said he would take it off my bill. He did, but charged me for the drink and salad which was the same price as the 3 for Me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! read more

We went Saturday at 5:30 pm. We ordered southwest egg rolls which were soggy and we asked for CRISPY egg rolls. This time about only ingredients were spinach and cheese. Waitress blamed teenagers in kitchen. We told the waitress it was horrible and she just apologized but never offered to remove from bill. This young lady wearing a black mask was very overwhelmed and trying to get her attention was futile. I asked the bus person to get our waitress as we sat there for another half hour. My burger was good but fries were cold. Asked waitress for more napkins but never arrived so ate hamburger with knife and fork. Took the kitchen 45 minutes to make our food. Half the food came out fifteen minutes before the other half, and was cold. Quality not as good as normal. We were told the general manager was in the back helping to make our food. Never had anyone from management come by to apologize about how long the food took or offer a discount. Excellent service by the server; needless to say management and the kitchen were a disappointment. My girls had kids meals and they loved them. Hubby has the sunrise burger (amazing) and I had Chicken Avocado Bacon sandwich (so good - too much for 1 person). The Lake Pleasant location is on point. 5 stars. The problem is the Surprise location that I drive past to go to the Lake Pleasant location. Surprise location is a disaster. Today, Karey the manager decided to get stuck in her kitchen, cooking, rather than running her restaurant from a supervisory position. Half the tables empty, but 50 minute wait times. Bartender clearly out of control serving tables, allowed a young woman to get too drunk, vomited just outside the entrance, allowed to drive. I watched dozens of customers walk up, or in, turn right around. To be fair, this is the food industry culture in Surprise. Poor management acumen, lazy, no sense of pride or urgency, just plain pathetic and residents deserve better. read more

This really should be a quarter star. I placed an online order today with curbside pick up. The email I received said the order would be ready between 1:04pm and 1:09pm., I arrived at 1:12pm. Once someone came outside, 5 minutes after arriving, I was told they were working on one more item. 20 minutes later it became clear they had not started cooking my order until I arrived so I went into the restaurant to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was too busy to speak with me and was handed my order. Once in the car I checked my order and discovered half the order was missing and had to again go back inside. This location and the manager does not care about customer service, so beware. Update: After receiving my entire order I drove straight home and opened up the containers, here is what I found. The brisket had been placed on top of the toast so the toast was soggy, the ribs were cold and dried out, and the loaded mash potatoes could be eaten with a straw. Went tonight for a celebration dinner with all 9 of us. We called ahead and they said they had plenty of room and no wait. When we arrived they pushed 2 normal tables together against the wall. Waitress took our drink order and then said it didn't stick in her machine and started over. She delivered 2 wrong drinks and forgot mine completely. When the waiter brought out appetizers he dropped the cups of ranch from the plate and they splattered all over my left side from my shoes to my hair. I assume I was in the way since I was sitting out in the aisle next to my mom. I wasn't even offered a cloth to wipe it off. When the food arrived my burger bites had ranch when they were ordered no ranch. Another ordered no grilled onions and it had onions. The waitress was going to have the manager come over but then returned to say she couldn't find him. She said they could remake my burger bites except for the one I bit into and replace the burger with the onions. The waitress seemed confused and unable to manage our order. At the end though she did ask if I got all the ranch off or she would help. I advised that you don't have the waitress rub you down with ranch when your a hefty girl. This review is for a DoorDash order. Ordered a BOWL of chili and received what looks like a cup and to make it worse, it wasn't even filled to the top! It seriously was so light weight.
