First Impressions: Food looked piping hot and fresh! So far so good :) (At least that was what I was thinking). Interactions: This was a take-out order. Service: The lady was very nice when picking up the food and thanked me kindly. Always a pleasure to be greeted, small gestures go a long way. Food: It's been years since I've last had Chili's and every time I went, I always went with the tried and true Honey Chipotle Crispers. It smacked! I loved every second of every bite and it was just as good as I remembered. They really have the formula down with the crispers! Value: I think we paid roughly around 17-19 after taxes, and I will definitely say this! The amount of food is insane and well worth the price, IMO. I came here with my family on Veteran's Day, and my dad was able to enjoy a free meal as a veteran. I tried their 3 for $10.99 deal and ordered the Big QP Burger, mashed potatoes, a salad, and a Sprite. The burger was really good, but the mashed potatoes tasted sour. Another takeout for me on my way back home. Where else can you eat for days on for less than $30.00? It was hard trying to order online but once I showed up it was a short wait. There are a few Gen Z servers here with major brain rot. They forget about your table. They forget about your drink. And it takes them ten minutes to bring you a box. I am really confused by the 2.8 star rating of this establishment. Granted it is a chain restaurant but it is better than 2.8 stars. Came in late on a Thursday night, a modest crowd, not over loud. We were seated promptly. A nice young lady came and quickly took our drink order, one strawberry lemonade and a strawberry lemonade with tea. Both cold and delicious. We started with a sampler appetizer of southwest chicken rolls, Nashville hot motz sticks and regular motz sticks and a small cup of loaded potato soup which was loaded with potatoes, bacon,cheese and chives. I had the Cajun grilled chicken pasta, it had plenty of Alfredo sauce very well seasoned chicken with penne pasta. My son had a combo plate with ribs, sausage, fries, elote, chicken tenders and toast. He says it was all delicious especially the sausage, corn and fries. GREAT CHILI'S! This location was great! Service was good, we were checked on often and things were brought to us promptly. Drinks were delicious! Food was all delicious. We got the triple dipper appetizer and the fajitas and it was a bit too much food for 2 people. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. This chilis is as good as they come. The interior is a little bland compared to other chilis I've been to but the service has always been great. We've had Joseph as our server a couple times and he's fantastic. I love their fajitas and typically go for the shrimp. My daughter loves eating here--she already has a go-to: the cheesy chicken pasta and corn on the cob. That paired with either apple or pineapple juice makes her a very happy camper and there's always leftovers for the next day. My husband has yet to find his go to meal, but loves the triple dipper. Just picked up a to-go order, ordered Cajun Pasta and it showed an additional charge for extra Alfredo sauce so I removed it and it removed the extra charge but then I received my order and it had no sauce - wtf!!!! Description shows it comes with sauce. When I order in the restaurant it has plenty of sauce that's why I didn't want extra. Chili's has been making a lot of mistakes lately, doubt I'll go back. I'm not sure what Chili's has done since the Covid years....but their menu and the food have been top notch. It has now become one of my go to places. This past Friday went to the one in Marana AZ...everything we had was on point. The menu has something for everyone. I had the Choose 3 platter with chicken strips....egg rolls and sliders. It was awesome. I usually try something different each time and so far...everything I've ordered there has been absolutely delicious. Service is impeccable at both locations I've gone too. Most of the waitstaff appear to be young adults and they all make you feel young and special. From the moment you enter...you get that friendly greeting and then your drinks are brought out just a few minutes after ordering them. Then to take your order....the suggestions and willingness to ask about something specific too is on point. Friday at the Marana AZ location....our waiter was Joseph. He was amazing. His impeccable smile automatically gives you that warm feeling. He is upbeat and checks in at the right times to see if you need anything...at the Oro Valley location....I get that same feeling but Joseph at Marana is truly exceptional. Chilis is fortunate to have him working for them. Both locations always have a mixture of young and old diners....couples...famalies....young adults...which makes the atmosphere what I refer to as Alive and vibrant. I always leave Chili's with a big smile on my face. Now that is what I call a top notch evening for dinner. Keep up the good work. Happy hour starts at 3 pm and the drink I had - the Straw-Eddy Rita was delicious. I would go there again just for this drink. The chicken wings and curly fries were not great but okay overall. I wasn't really into Chili's but have visited a couple times lately and it's changed my mind. They have great prices. I'd definitely rather get the three for $10.99 than spend $15 at McDonald's. They have a wide variety of meal options and a great rewards program. Last night, I enjoyed chicken fajitas while my friend had the quesadilla explosion salad. We also shared a mini-chocolate molten cake. The portions are large. The fajitas were a lunch portion and I was still able to eat from it twice. And, the cake was mini yet still enough to share. I love the mango tea, too! Service is always excellent from the hostesses to the wait staff. We were seated right away and our food came quickly. The best advice I can give is never go during the busy time. Check the google wait times and if you go on a non busy time or wait 30 mins before leaving. It's worth it and save yourself time. The food is always great I rarely have an issue and service is always good. I always get my steak rare and it's cooked the way I orders it. The chicken crispers are cooked well and aren't over done and are juicy and covered in sauce. Overall, great experience and great service. Just avoid busy time to avoid frustration. read more

The bacon rancher is so scrumptious that it practically melts in your mouth and changes your soul. This is a MUST try. The fajita trio is actually really good as well. You can definitely share it and it's more of a guiltless meal if you're looking to adhere to a lower carb diet. Me and my family went to this location on Cortaro last Tuesday, as we do often. We were sitting about to order our food and over heard a very tall man, dressed in all black talking very rudely to one of the female employees. I asked our server if that man worked there and said yes, he is a manager. As we weren't ready to order yet, we asked the waiter to return in a few minutes. I noticed the female was crying and still seating people, even though she tried hiding it, I could still see the tears running down her face. I felt so bad for her. I was absolutely appalled by this behavior from a manager. This is disgusting behavior! I wonder if he was able to do that in front of people what happens when no one is around? Does he treat them worse? Since I am a regular here, I have experienced lots of different employees and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I am typically a champion of local businesses and rarely frequent chain restaurants of a similar concept, and overall, I would say Chili's is just okay, but this is a very good Chili's. My husband thought it sounded good, so we came for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday. It was fairly busy, but there was no wait, and we elected to sit at the bar. We were greeted immediately, and we had really great service throughout our meal. Our drinks came quickly and were never empty. We were checked on multiple times. And our food was fresh and was delivered quickly as well. They had a deal for $10.99 that included a drink, an appetizer, and selected entrees, including their Chicken Crispers, so I got that. It is the same cost for the entree on its own, so you're getting a free drink and appetizer. I chose chips and salsa and you get a huge portion. The chips are hot and seem to be made in house. My Chicken Crispers were hot and tasty as well. So while Chili's isn't really a go-to of mine, the service here is very impressive, and the prices were great for the amount of food you get. There is certainly something to be said for that, especially now when so many businesses are suffering due to COVID, supply chain issues, and worker shortages. read more

What a meal for $10. In a rewards member and eat at Chili's quite often while on the road nationwide. I usually order the Cajun chicken pasta because the steaks are usually tough and undercooked. I felt like a steak today and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This steak was cooked perfectly medium. I've only had comparably cooked steaks at Texas Roadhouse. The cut of steak wasn't as good, but whoever prepared it is an excellent chef. The service was quick and courteous. Waitress was excellent! Chips came out warm and fresh. I was given a refill quickly when my drink got to about half full. The loaded mashed potatoes were great as was the broccoli amazing enough. What a well ran restaurant.
