This place is delicious!! We ordered the middle tier which was perfect in my opinion. Our server was very attentive and when there was a delay we were compensated with some food from the most expensive tier. Booths are very spacious, music is loud but not obnoxious. Best to go on a weekday and weekends the wait time is significant but you can always check in and shop around the plaza. They have a fruit bar and some bites you can get when you first enter. In my opinion the slides are worth the try but remove the top bun, trust me you'll want to save room for all the wagyu. My favorite part was leaving full but not feeling disgusting because the meat quality is so good!! No alcohol YET but they've applied for their license. GO GO GO!! So worth it

Have been wanting to try Chubby Cattle for a while and decided to give it a try and use my free birthday reward and had a wonderful time! We made the drive from the Peninsula to the East Bay, and joined the waitlist at around 4:30 on a Monday and got seated about 20 minutes later. Definitely recommend coming at 4:30, because when I checked the waitlist at around 6-6:30, they were already filled up for the night. It was just my boyfriend and I dining, so we got bar seats which I thought was perfect for two people. We were pretty familiar with the format, but our server still walked us through the ordering process. The birthday reward covers one silver tier menu, but I decided to pay and upgrade to gold. I personally appreciate that everything is ordered by yourself on an iPad because you don't have to wait around to place another round of orders. If you think this is regular kbbq/jbbq, think again! For the gold tier, you get an option of a specialty appetizer and my boyfriend and I both got the lobster roll. It was pretty good for getting it at a bbq place! You also get one specialty meat, but I'm not remembering which we got. Most of the meats were delicious, but I will say some of them were a bit too salty, but I saw they had options to get the meat plain which I will definitely do next time. They have nigiri and hand rolls here that absolutely exceeded my expectations. All the fish cuts were thick and buttery. The eel handroll was one of the standout dishes for me. The menu here is impressive as you get both variety and quality, something that most places are not able to do in unison. Definitely worth the drive for a special occasion, will definitely be back!

We just had the BEST experience here!! They have confirmed Halal meat options, and not just a few, literally TONS of halal meat bbq options. They also have amazing serve yourself sides, boba tea, slushee, and ice cream bar. Their variety of foods is insane with an amazing grill (and great ventilation) in the middle of each table and an iPad for ordering all you can eat meats, nigiri, sashimi, lobster rolls, soups, you name it they have it. Vibes are on point, as soon as we stepped inside it felt like the Japanese restaurants we've visited in Tokyo. It was literally a culinary EXPERIENCE. The cuts were reallyyyy good and the sauces and sides bar had amazing options. I really enjoyed the fresh cut fruit, ice cream, milk teas, miso soup, seaweed salad, edemame, takoyaki, lobster roll, scallops, nigiri, and salmon carpaccio in addition to the BEST cuts of meat I've had to bbq. Jenny was our awesome waitress and helped us cook meats to perfection initially as well. The meats came out really fast and the staff were all very responsive. We can't wait to come back. Hands down one of the best AYCE experiences I've had. The A5 Wagyu was absolutely incredible--rich, buttery, and melted in your mouth with every bite. The quality of the meat exceeded expectations, and having unlimited access made the experience even better. What really made the night stand out was the exceptional service. Our server, Raymond, was attentive, friendly, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He kept the experience running smoothly and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. Between the premium quality meats and outstanding service, this place is definitely worth the visit. If you're a Wagyu lover, this spot is a must-try. Already looking forward to coming back!

Solid all you can eat Japanese grill by Livermore outlets! We did the silver tier and honestly it was pretty great and had plenty more than we could manage anyway. I think only diamond and silver make sense bc gold is only ten dollar less than diamond. Our server Patrick checked in with us several times throughout our meal to make sure we were comfortable. There's also plenty of free stuff in the back like ice cream, tarts, rice, and fruits. I only have one nitpick. The place does have an odd smell when you enter. Not just smoky but like moldy towel. I'm not sure what caused it but it seemed to get worse the further you walk in.

Wow I was completely blown away and they live up to the hype. I was unsure about the waitlist process since it appeared to change a few times and there were lots of complaints about their system. I came on a Sunday for lunch and got in line at 1030am. They open at 1130 on weekends. I was probably within the first 15 groups in line. Basically you stand in line in order to add your name to their waitlist, which they opened at 11am. You need to physically add your name to the list and then they will text you when ready. I was able to add my name by 11:15am and I was texted to come back at 11:45am. I was informed that I for the last table for the first wave. On weekdays though you were able to join waitlist online if you're within 5 miles of the restaurant. We went with the middle "silver" option and it was definitely the right choice for us. All the meats were incredible and the quality is top notch. Theres also a fountain soda bar, milk teas, salad bar, fruit, and some apps that are self service. My biggest complaint is the area is very high traffic and narrow with very little space to get in and out. They also were wiped out of most items and didn't refill quickly enough. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely come back again.

I had the pleasure of having Patrick as my server last night at Chubby Cattle Pleasanton, and he gave great service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and checked on me often to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the small details, like how he changed my grill often, brought extra napkins, and offered to help cook my meats. Those little things made the meal much more comfortable and enjoyable. Patrick made the whole experience feel easy and well taken care of without being overbearing. His kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service really stood out.

F.O.O.D. Review F - First Impression The moment I walked through the doors, I felt like I had been transported to Japan. The modern décor, warm lighting, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt both upscale and welcoming. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and inviting. Instead of feeling like another restaurant in the Bay Area, it felt like a dining destination where the experience begins before the first bite. O - Ordering Experience Although there are plenty of options, the ordering process by touchscreen monitor was simple and well organized. Our server "Ray" patiently explained how everything worked, answered our questions, and made recommendations without making us feel rushed. Throughout the meal he remained attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy the experience at our own pace. O - Overall Taste & Quality This is where Chubby Cattle truly stands out. Every ingredient tasted exceptionally fresh--from the beautifully marbled meats to the seafood and vegetables. The presentation alone was impressive, with each platter carefully arranged as if every detail mattered. The quality of the ingredients was evident throughout the meal, and every dish exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just an amazing 50th Birthday Lunch--it was an experience. D - Delivery/Dining Experience From beginning to end, everything flowed effortlessly. The staff struck the perfect balance of being attentive without interrupting our conversation. Empty plates were cleared promptly, drinks were refilled, and we never had to ask for anything twice. What I appreciated most was that the meal encouraged us to slow down, even the monitor said to enjoy in moderation. Instead of rushing through lunch, we were able to enjoy the food, the conversation, and the atmosphere together. That feeling of being transported to Japan never really went away--it stayed with us throughout the whole 90 minute time limit. Final Verdict Some restaurants serve great food. Others create memorable experiences. Chubby Cattle manages to do both. Between the exceptional quality of the ingredients, outstanding service, and immersive atmosphere, this is easily one of the most unique dining experiences I've had in the Bay Area. It's a place I'll gladly return to and confidently recommend to anyone looking for more than just a great meal.

Came here on a Saturday 7 minutes after opening and I was not seated till 1:30. Thats how you know this place is popping. If there's a long wait, I recommend going to the outlets across the street while waiting. When we were seated, the food was great. However they were not serving the egg tarts that day. I also recommend the membership because you get a free meal on your birthday and that makes up the cost of you meal.

Come hungry and bring your appetite! AYCE is never really my jam, so places like this usually come out ahead while I tap out after a round or two. That said, the selection is impressive. There's a huge variety of food options across the board. One thing to keep in mind: the wait can be absolutely unreal on weekends. If you can swing it, try visiting during off-peak hours--maybe midweek, on a school day when it's pouring rain... just sayin'. Is it worth the money, the wait, and the drive? Comme ci, comme ça. For some, the endless food options and all-you-can-eat experience will be worth it.

Came here on a weekend around 2pm and sadly the waitlist was closed. We came back 2 weeks later on a weekday 10 minutes before they opened and we were 4th in line on the waitlist and seated right away. Score! My first time I ate here was at one of their LA locations and was speechless. Meat quality is incredible. I knew I had to visit this one close to home when it opened. I was actually surprised seeing the inside is not as big and spacious as I thought it would be. That probably explains the crazy wait times and their waitlist closing so quick throughout the day. Just as i remembered, their meat quality is on another level. The price to eat here is definitely very pricey, but worth it. The one thing that I'd say is they were sold out of some appetizers we wanted to order from the menu, like cheese corn and one of the sushi options. An hour into eating, I also went back to the appetizer bar area to get radish paper and lettuce, and surprised to see they were completely out to restock those.. I would like to assume knowing how popular and busy they get on the regular that they would prepare enough to at least not sell out of things like that 1 hr after opening.

AYCE BBQ and sushi! We joined the waitlist at around 4:30 PM and got seated around 7:00 PM. Thankfully, there were plenty of nearby shops to explore while we waited. Superb experience So you are telling me I can get quality and quantity? We came here for a late lunch and was surprised to find that there was a wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, we finally got our table. Our server Josh was a real hero. Walked us through the ordering and help us set up the Chubby app for maximize the discount. If you order the gold tier, you get a free membership. Food: All the A5 meats were incredibly juicy. Their meat quality/marbling was so high that it was surprising for AYCE. There are various marinades for the different cuts, including a memorable one with lots of truffle flavor. The server stopped by a few times to help us grill as well. The fire was really strong and added the nice flame charred taste we all love (just watch everything closely as it burns quickly). The sashimi and beef starters were excellent as well. The lobster roll took me by surprise but was actually pretty decent. Wash it all down with their cold slushies and milk teas. Areas for improvement: The vegetable selection is pretty sparse. The matcha mochi dessert tasted horrible (it had a wierd texture and was chalky). The egg tarts and soft serve ice cream was decent (although I was disappointed they didn't have matcha flavor). Although let's be honest, we are really only here for the meat so not a big deal Other minor things would be the wait and also the lack of ventilation.

Absolutely amazing service! Unfortunately food was below standard and not worth price (especially diamond tier). Primary complaint was price but ambience was a bit off too. Service (11/10): Let me start with the highlight of the night; our server Marin. He was all around just super helpful and made the dining experience really enjoyable. He helped answer any questions, was all-around attentive the whole night, and got us the sirloin for the membership :D I think he helped make the meal go smoothly and was overall helpful for the dinner (offer to cook the meat, ask if we need anything else, etc.) You could tell that even if he wasn't constantly bombarding us with questions, he was glancing over to make sure we were well-kept. Additionally, he made pleasant small talk so a definite plus! Food (7/10) - I'll break this up into what I liked and what I didn't like. Let's start with what was good. The salad bar had a nice array of options. The pickled radish and kimchi paired nicely with the meats and the miso soup had a nice umami flavor. Carpaccios were really good though! Fish tasted fresh and had a nice acidic tang to it. Best meat of the night is the Sriracha one. Super thin cut that cooks well on the grill and just has an overall nice balance of chew and meaty flavor. Now onto the things that I liked a bit less. I think the meat was alright... but that's about as much as I can say for it. The food is clearly well-marbled and fatty but it doesn't feel all that special. Their uni/foie gras nigiri had decent flavor but it was super chewy and stringy despite being "made to eat". Overall, the food had nice flavor but it was so thin that it tasted lean. I believe that KBBQ needs to have a slightly fattier flavor that makes it truly melt in your mouth. I think because of the way the meat was cut, when the meat was fully cooked, all the fat had already rendered off. Do NOT recommend ordering the tom yum. It had this weird mixture of sweetness and sour. It wasn't sour enough to be a tom yum but not sweet enough to fully taste like a tom kha. It just tastes funky and honestly a waste of stomach space. Price (4/10) - This is my chief complaint for the night. It just simply wasn't worth the price. The differential in flavor between another good KBBQ restaurant and this one was minimal but the price is HUGEEE. I don't think I would ever come here to order diamond menu again. The specials that they have were not worth the 30 dollar price difference. At most, if I were to ever revisit, I would get the silver menu. Ambiance (7/10) - Super minimal and not that relevant but I thought the loud, EDM music was a really funny contrast with the traditional Japanese-style boothes. read more

Came here with a group and had a great time. The variety across the different tiers kept things interesting, and we especially enjoyed the premium cuts from the higher tiers. Everything was well prepared and came out at a good pace. During our visit, Raymond Liang stopped by to help us out and made a noticeable difference in the experience. 4.4 Got the diamond dinners. Beef definitely better first round compared to subsequent rounds. So much beef and so much variety hard to distinguish at times. Server was extra helpful in guiding ordering. We did end up signing up for membership also We arrived on a Fri afternoon a little before 4pm to see about a dozen awaiting in line to get on the dinner wait list. I was recommended by this place from a co-worker of mine. She kept bugging me telling me to go...so one day, my sister suggested Korean BBQ. But instead of our usual place in Oakland, I suggested Cubby Cattle.... it's a bit of a drive but f it. I decided to see what the whole hype was about. Upon arrival, we saw that it was packed outside. So I had my sister hop out of the car and put our names down on the waitlist. This was around 2:30pm. The hostess said it would be about a 2 hour wait. So we decided to find a nearby bar to kill time. Eventually we got seated around 4:00pm which isn't too bad...we were were all (my sister, boyfriend, brother-in-law, and I) are starving at this time. Our server...Edison(?)....I don't remember his name... :( ...explained the menu to us and how to order to the digital tap screen. He was very friendly. We ended up getting the membership. The meat quality was delicioussssssss. Omg. I can see what the whole hype was about. Too bad they don't serve alcohol. It's been six days and I'm thinking about the next time when I'm coming back here. Lol It's unfortunate that we can't make a reservation online. Maybe one day Chubby Cattle will allow customers to do so. read more

Nico did really great serving us and making sure our experience was great! Usually I'm worried about how good the quality will be, but there is no worry here. Make sure to come early so you can get a good seat and parking. It has a cool modern ambiance and quite busy. Eating on the bar area can be a little inconvenient, but not too bad. Yummy! First time at a AYCE Japanese bbq and it did not disappoint. The price might scare you a little, but remember you are getting premium japanese meat. My boyfriend and I waited an hour before the dinner waitlist was open, after that we got seated an additional hour later. Shoutout to our server Viet! He was very attentive and showed us the ropes since it was our first time here. The amazing food and service led us to joining the membership which is $28 a year. It gives a discount to the main price everytime you visit. Highly recommend the A5 brisket. Coming back again soon!! read more

Initially we came to try the silver but he sold us on trying the diamond tier and we all ended up with memberships which was so worth considering how amazing their meats are. Food: 5/5 The food was absolutely delicious! We only got the silver tier, but honestly, it was more than enough. The toro and brisket literally melted in my mouth--100% recommend. My server, Khoa, recommended the finger meat too, and it didn't disappoint. We tried all the meats but my top 3 are toro, brisket, then finger meat. Corn cheese was delicious, and all the nigiri plus the yellowtail carpaccio tasted super fresh. The steamed egg and calamari were okay--not bad, just not my personal favorites. The Samurai milk tea was super tasty but definitely on the sweeter side. I'd suggest adding more ice or a little water if you prefer something less sweet. I also happened to try the slushies. Personally I was not a huge fan because I don't like chunky iced slushies, but I think the flavors were spot on according to their names. The self-serve bar area was beyond my expectations! The fruit is sweet and the ice cream is like any typical soft serve. The side condiments are fresh and delicious! They have a rice dispenser that I have never seen before--the large portion produces a small/medium portion so I would press it again if you like a lot of rice. Service: 5/5 Khoa was the best server--super attentive, friendly, and checked in often without being too much. He and the rest of the staff were quick to clear dishes, which I really appreciated since we would order a lot at once. Ambience: 5/5 The vibe here is loud and fun. However, if you don't like loud restaurants, you may not have a good time. I'm a fan of EDM and they were playing drum and bass while I was eating--which honestly felt like it hyped me up to eat more . Also, I found it thoughtful that the women's bathroom had lotion, mouthwash, and a little box with hygiene products. I love those small details. Nothing chubby about it except the wait. My golden tongue had to try the infamous Chubby Cattle, but the only thing that got cooked was my patience. The food? Some wagyu hits, some chewy misses. The service? Needs serious CPR. We showed up at 2:30 pm (after driving 45 minutes) just to be told the lunch list was closed. Waited till 4 pm for dinner, we were 31 on the Wait list. Hours later, we're 10th in line, then bumped back to 11 like we just got skipped in Mario Kart. The hostess kept telling us we'll be seated soon within an hour. Girl bye it's been 4 hours. By 8:40 pm, we finally got seated. They need to be trained better to adjust estimated times on Yelp and stop verbally quoting incorrect return times. At that point, I was more ghost than guest because they prioritized large parties that were behind the list than the actual list. No wonder why the wait times aren't accurate. I would've left if I knew we were getting bamboozled on the time, but since we already wasted our whole day there we might as well commit and lock in. Inside? Full-blown rave. EDM blasting, one server singing their heart out behind our table. Girl, you're auditioning for "The Voice," instead of working at a BBQ joint. Swap off your Spotify Playlist and leave your feels at home. Couldn't even hear ourselves chew. I already have a raging headache from that egregious wait. Service went from decent to "please make it stop." Forgot items, wrong grill, and the one we got looked straight out of a camping trip. We got rushed out before our 90-minute timer even hit, all while they're blasting bass drops over burnt beef. Literally had 15 minutes left and after requesting new chopsticks for fruits and desserts, our server came back telling us we had to leave to prep for the next table. At this point I'm more shocked at this than the electro music and the wait time. In a few minutes the busser dropped the dirty bin on the table asking to clean? I understand last call but don't kick us out after I just paid with time left on the clock. Truffle fries were the MVP. Everything else? Vibes: off. Meat: mid. Patience: gone. If you're craving good JBBQ AYCE, hit Gyu-Kaku INSTEAD. They take reservations, respect your time, and won't leave you hangry for six hours. TL;DR: If it's your first time go for it but if you're not top 10 on the waitlist, don't bother. Go across to Bonchon where the only thing burning is the fire chicken, not your soul. The hot pot location was better. Also the 5 star reviews are a little sus, they're very similar and most leave names of servers. Too much of a coincidence if you ask me. It's like reading through product reviews. read more

Wow wow! We finally got to try Chubby Cattle Gold tier and we would definitely come back. Although it's pricey, but the wow factor is there so it's all worth it. My 9 mo old got to try some a5 Wagyu beef and she liked it. She enjoyed the upbeat music and did so well in the high chair for the whole 80 mins that we were there. When our order arrived, Kira brought our food to the table in a really cute to-go bag, and I like that she listened to us that we would eat as much food as we could while we were at the restaurant and then take the rest to eat at home when it came closer to 8 PM. Our food was ready pretty quickly; we had plenty of time to finish our food before 8 PM. However, I think Jeff just wanted the manager to be upfront with him and say that the store was closing at 8 PM, so it's better to take your food to go or something like that, not make up an arbitrary time to say what time the restaurant was closed. I'm rating this Koja kitchen location four stars mainly because of the outstanding customer service provided by Kira. Ordering was done via QR code and the items accumulate on the order page where if multiple people scan the table QR code, whatever each person adds gets added so don't check out until everything in that around is definitely in. The soups and items came by sooooo quickly. I was impressed! They have a make your own sauce combo and we did that between ordering and getting our stuff. I got a singles combo with tom yum soup base. It was a good amount of food. I chose one of the Wagyu, and the side items I chose were tendon, fish, and if I also chose something else, I forgot. It came with a lot of veggies such as greens and mushroom. Guess I mixed and "created" my sauces right cause they went well with the stuff. Cooking the meat was so quick, so pretty much not much wait time to enjoy some food. Others chose some different cuts of beef, some lamb (?), quail eggs, and more. A bit pricey, but the stuff was super fresh and things were really quick so it was worth it to me.

As a note, they do have soufflé pancakes, but it even says on the menu that they take roughly 20-25 minutes to make. They also have cookie samples for their delightful cookies while you wait in line to order. My only gripes are that I wish the prices were a little lower. You get a lot of food which helps to justify, but I'd take smaller portions for lower prices. The other thing is that I'm a big hash brown person, but I like them all crispy. The hashbrowns here are more like bricks (see picture) and so the center is just hot potato and not as much of that delightful crisp, which takes away a lot for me. Regardless of those gripes, I've been here many times and will continue to come here.

Ive been to chubby cattle in Monterey park and everything was amazing from the food to the service. But at this location it's completely different, starting with the service. My server Viet was absolutely terrible. From beginning to end he was never present and never checked in. I asked him if there was seafood in the higher tiers since there's seafood at the Monterey location and I have done diamond at that location. I wanted to do the diamond or gold tier here, but wanted to know more about each one, so I asked if he could further explain the tiers. I was left with a weird expression and got told they don't have seafood. After, I decided to go with the silver tier since I see no point in doing a higher tier since the server seemed like he didn't care which tier we did and wanted to get our order over with. I'm guessing Viet got mad we're doing silver tier and his tip percentage would be lowered ? Another thing that I thought was unprofessional was when he went to click something on the iPad and it wasn't working at first, he CUSSED OUT LOUD the f word until it worked and then left abruptly. Our time limit had started and when our food came, he never came to turn on our grill. I had to crawl underneath and figure out how to start it myself. Additionally, throughout the night, I was constantly crawling under the table to change the temperature of the grill because our food kept catching on fire, but it's not my JOB as a customer to be handling the controls. I hope you can check the cameras and see this. We were sitting at the bar on the left corner, on Friday 10/10 around 9pm. You can see that our grill had flames about a foot tall and our food was burnt over and over again. During the meal the food was really good up until it started tasting like burnt char from the grill not being changed. The entire night our grill was changed only once. This all could've been overlooked if Viet just came and asked at least once "how's everything going" but NO I was never checked on. At the end point I just wanted my check and leave. But no he didn't even drop off the check at our 90 min mark. Viet was too busy talking to his co workers. THEN after the bill VIET HAS THE AUDACITY to ASK FOR A GOOD REVIEW SO HE COULD GET PROMOTED. HOW CAN YOU ASK FOR A GOOD REVIEW DESPITE GIVING WORSE SERVICE THAN AN IHOP EMPLOYEE?!? read more

Went in last night with a party of 7. Took about an hour and a half to get the table. It was right in line with how long they told us it would be. The host first asked if we're ok with a table for 6 with one burner, we declined and it took about 15 minutes for the bigger table to become available. Ambiance is a 10/10, by far the best looking Korean bbq I have been to. The bar with the fruits and sides looks nice, but is a bit underwhelming no pickled onions or jalapeños that most other kbbq spots offer. Sides were absolutely amazing, cheese corn fire, shrimp gyoza fire, I kno it's a bbq place but the wings alone could be sold as a standalone item, better than most wings at wing restaurants. Rice, stew l, soups all 10/10. Anderson was our server he deserves a 10/10 as well he was on point friendly helped us a lot being a bigger party. You're wondering if everything was so great why is it a 3 star review. Here's why, you're on a 90 minute timer, and in that time our grill shut off about 3 times, our tablet got locked out, and meat was coming in very very slowly. Once our tablet got locked out we had the host turn it back on. We had 7 people all paid for diamond, when the tablet was turned back on we were placed in the silver tier so for 30 minutes we didn't realize we couldn't get the premium meats. I told the host and he changed it, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they did it on accident, but for future maybe ask the table what tier they are before just blindly putting us in silver. All in all this place was great I will try it again despite the few flaws we faced. There is another kbbq about 10 min away called Ssam that I think I still prefer over this place simply because of the price point. However I will try this place one more time because of the service, quality of food, and great side items that tasted amazing. I am still unhappy with our grill turning off by itself and our tablet only letting us order silver tier for a good 30 minutes when we paid for diamond. I will end it by saying Anderson still let us order after our time limit to make up for the grill shutting off. read more

We had an amazing dining experience at this Japanese Korean BBQ spot! From start to finish, everything felt well worth the planning and effort. First off, a huge shoutout to Josh, our server, who was attentive, friendly, and absolutely amazing throughout our meal. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't overcook our premium meats, especially the prized A5 Miyazaki wagyu. We ordered the Diamond Tier, which came with 4 picks of A5 Miyazaki for the two of us. The quality was outstanding--rich, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. My personal favorite was the A5 wagyu otoro thick cut, which I highly recommend. On the other hand, the A5 Miyazaki ribeye was good but not particularly memorable. As for the specialty items: * A5 wagyu foie gras nigiri - not for me, I'd skip it next time. * A5 wagyu uni caviar - absolutely fantastic and worth trying. The self-service station was a nice touch, stocked with everything we needed. Their seafood selection was average, but I'll admit I'm not usually impressed by AYCE BBQ seafood in general. The wagyu itself was very rich, so I left wishing I had room for more sides--but I was definitely satisfied. Price-wise, this is definitely a special occasion spot. We signed up for their $28 membership, which basically paid for itself since we got $26 off this meal and will get the same discount next time. Our total came out to about $75 per person, which felt fair for the quality and overall experience. Because this place is brand new and extremely popular, I'd recommend planning ahead. We arrived at 10:45 AM to line up for the 11:30 AM waitlist, and even then we were the 5th and 6th in line. By 11:30, there were already 30-40 people waiting just to put their names down. Luckily, we made it in with the first seating at noon. Overall, this was an incredible experience--luxurious wagyu, amazing service, and a well-organized system. We got here EXTRA early on a Sunday morning because we had 23 people in our party (hehe sorryyy) but the staff there from beginning to end made sure we were comfortable even though we took up so much space! Viet our server was so attentive. Honestly we expected to be neglected and service to be slow since we had such a big group, but Viet and his helpers were so nice and walked us through everything!
