Stopped by to get dairy free goods and so glad we did. Oh wow, the cinnamon rolls are amazing. Classic rock was playing making for an enjoyable sunday nooner. Three service was quick and friendly.

My friend was craving something sweet and while looking for some sweet pastries Cinnaholic came up. Boy, am I glad it did. Made our way over and placed an order for an "Old Skool" and a "Cookie Monster". There was a 10-minute wait, so we went for a walk around the area, so be prepared if you come as there is likely to be a wait on a busy evening. I'll first add that Cinnabon is a guilty pleasure, do you remember walking through the mall and the smell of Cinnabon rappels you in and next thing you know you're sticking your flimsy plastic fork into some doughy goodness that probably has enough sugar and calories for a day? Well, Cinnaholic does an awesome job replicating that, and it's vegan. I finished my Old Skool so fast, it is such a treat, literally. I tried some of my friends Cookie Monster roll and it was equally awesome. Only thing is, these rolls come at a cost... The cinnaholic staff told us it's dependent on pricing as you can customize but it was like $20 for the two rolls, so you're looking at maybe $8-12 for roll, maybe more for the fancier ones. That said, these things are good and am eager to get back for another.

I've been meaning to try this spot in my neighborhood for a while, and I'm so glad I finally did! They're best known for their "create your own" cinnamon rolls, but they also offer a variety of other sweet treats. I visited last winter and tried a seasonal flavor--strawberry--and absolutely loved it. While it was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, the flavor was fantastic overall. The place has a great vibe, and the staff is genuinely amazing. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

Food - Very doughy and undercooked cinnamon roll. Couldn't even finish my whole cinnamon roll. The toppings are the only saving grace but they're way too sweet and overwhelms the whole roll. Overall if you love sweets and have an extreme sweet tooth it's fine, but if you're looking for a high quality cinnamon roll, I would look somewhere else. Service - Great workers, very friendly and easy to order. Rolls come out quickly. Ambiance - Small cinnamon roll shop open late. Seating is available to hang out and eat.

I tried two custom cinnamon rolls, and both were amazing! The chocolate frosting with cookie and brownie bits was rich and indulgent, while the crème brûlée frosting with fresh strawberries was surprisingly light and absolutely delicious--the frosting stole the show. I was shocked to learn both were completely vegan! With friendly staff and endless topping combos, this place is a must-visit for dessert lovers.

This was a great stop! You're able to choose your own frosting and toppings, it's always made fresh and very yummy. The staff was a little overwhelmed, with only two people working, a busy store and online orders it seemed like a lot, but they were very nice. It's a very cozy place and not a ton of seating options. But there is space for atleast 10 - 12 people. Will definitely be back!

I put in a fairly large order of multiple batches of the mini rolls and a couple flavors of cookies. The mini rolls required a 2-hour minimum wait and a pickup time was included on my receipt, which is when I arrived at the store. I was greeted upon entering and the employee quickly apologized for the delay and informed me that the rolls hadn't been baked yet and would need another 30 minutes. I waited in store and they offered me a full size roll on the house for the inconvenience, which I appreciated (and happily enjoyed while sitting in the window). Once all the items were completed, I brought them back to the office to share amongst my team and I think everything was gone within an hour. Needless to say, they were delicious! Honestly if nobody told me they were vegan/plant-based, I would never have been able to guess that. They're warm, fluffy (there is a slight firmness on the outside of the roll that would maaaayybe suggest the dough was made by alternative ingredients - so not quite as fluffy as say, a Cinnabon), and the icing was rich and creamy. I think if the rolls were given enough time to cool down, the icing would have been less gloopy or melty, but overall it was a tasty and pleasant experience, both eating and being in-store.

Very good place for cinenamon rolls . I like here very berry and dole ice cream. Service was really good and ambience was so vibrating and colourful.

First this is the most delicious cinnamon rolls!! Always my first stop when I come to Seattle. Today they saved the day when my oven died while baking for my daughter's baby shower. In 2 hours I had the most adorable baby buns that are perfect! The staff is always friendly, only challenge is always parking

My son ordered the S'mores and we enjoyed it! I love that it was hot, fresh, and flavorful! It was our first time and we will definitely go back again if we are in the area. It was pretty pricey for 1 Cinnabon but it was a special Treat for my son so I didn't care. I mean the ones in the mall aren't that cheap either and they don't come with toppings! Here they have toppings so I understand the price. Plus everything in Seattle is pricey they have to pay their rent. I enjoyed it! Great customer service as well.

Cinnamon roll heaven You can build your own cinnamon rolls and choose the icing flavor and toppings. There are some fan favorites on display and on the paper menu up front if you're stumped on ideas. I got the strawberry cheesecake crunch with caramel drizzle. The cinnamon bun itself was delicious, soft, and fluffy. The caramel was so good and the icing did remind me of cream cheese. They offer coffees and lattes too with a few syrup flavors I hadn't heard of. Always happy to support a vegan business! I will definitely be back another time. I would honestly love to just try the plain "old skool" classic cinnamon bun.

Decided to stop by after dinner because the smells were too good to pass up. I split the season special, Biscoff Cheesecake cinnamon roll, with a friend. I'd say half a cinnamon roll is just the right amount for one person. Not sure I could eat a whole one by myself. Overall it was really tasty and hard to believe it was vegan. The price tag was pretty steep so not sure I'd be a frequent flyer but it'd be a fun treat every once in a while! Customer service was great.

Been here twice and the food is always bomb, especially since you can't really find gourmet vegan cinnamon rolls of this quality. That said, both times the wait has been slow. The service is polite but far from friendly. Even though they close at 11, tonight they began loudly stacking chairs and wiping tables at 9 in what honestly seemed like an informal way of encouraging us to leave. By the time we DID receive our food, we were notified within 5 minutes that the staff was going to close out our table to restrict the amount of customers. More like sit-a-holic. Bummed and won't be back.

Through several visits: Baguette, Large ($7.95) - Great baguette with bubbling golden exterior complete with the perfectly baked crust even after waiting 3 hours before cutting in and eating. The interior has the perfect moisture level and is delightfully soft and chewy. The taste overall has a deep developed flavor. This is a great baguette. The only problem - the price. I can find ones for half the price that are maybe 80% as good as this one. (5/5) Seasonal Biscuit ($4.50) - This biscuit definitely isn't Southern-style. It's more of a drop biscuit, combining a relatively soft and tender interior with a nice exterior crust, without any flakiness or layering. The interior is almost cake-like in texture and crumb, and is plenty moist. They add plenty of fresh black pepper inside. It's distributed very evenly, giving a peppery bite with every mouthful. Parmesan is added to the top of the biscuit before baking, giving plenty of umami and richness but only on the upper layer. (4/5) Green Vinaigrette Cafeteria Style Pizza ($6.25) - The pizza is kept under a warming lamp, so it starts getting a little dried out after I assume a couple of hours spent there. I do love the base though - it's focaccia-like giving a really crunchy dark golden brown crust underneath, which supports the toppings. The pizza slice has lots of structural integrity and doesn't flop over. There's a base of fragrant concentrated tomato paste-like flavor which is topped with a very even layer of cheese. Since it's warmed rather than freshly baked, the cheese starts congealing a bit. The cheese is peppered with parsley, garlic, and a bunch of mustard seeds, giving a special zing. The toppings go all the way to the sides of the pie, making it great for people who dislike crust. Even though it's cafeteria style pizza that's kept under heat lamps, I quite liked it. I wonder if I can get a really fresh slice if I get there right at 11AM when lunch starts. (5/5) Chocolate Croissant ($6.10) - Great lamination with a very aesthetic honeycomb pattern. Baked on the harder side, causing fantastic crispy flaky layers to flake off, but also creating a darker golden brown character that is on the verge of bitterness. Nicely buttery soft and chewy interior. Chocolate is a darker variety, probably somewhere around 70%, so it has a pleasing balanced sweetness and chocolate flavor. It's not typical baton, instead seems to be a section from a bar. Still warm and melty even through I didn't eat the croissant until ~30 minutes after purchasing. When cooled down further, some red fruity notes start appearing, so this seems to be be pretty high quality. (5/5) White Sourdough ($12.60) - Now this is a loaf of bread. Superb crust, probably 2 or 3 times as thick compared to competitors, creating a supreme crusty bite with a chew approaching a hard crunch with almost caramelized molasses notes on the bottom. The interior is moist and tender with a pleasing slight sourdough tang. It's a superb piece of craftsmanship. (5/5) Kouign Amann ($5.80) - This is another heavier bake with some acridity development on the top surface. Unlike many other bakeries where the kouign amann is basically a differently shaped croissant with sugar glaze, Sea Wolf's version feels more in line with tradition. The crumb is denser and richer, more like brioche. There's interesting black speckling inside which I believe is due to the inclusion of espresso powder given the mild coffee-like flavor. The crust is again baked hard, but it's lighter and not as flaky as the croissant. They sprinkle just a bit of salt on top of a very light caramelized sugar glaze. It's not very sweet and I didn't find it too salty unlike some other reviewers. (5/5) Plain Focaccia Slice ($4.80) - Good quality olive oil, some salt sprinkled on top to boost the flavors. Light and airy interior, but the exterior is a little wan, being more light golden brown and lacking some good crusty crisp especially on the fried bottom. Quite oily. (4/5) Sea Wolf gives out free sourdough starter, which can be requested from the cashier. Since picking it up several weeks ago, I've gone through several feed/bake cycles for making sourdough focaccia. I've visited Sea Wolf 3 or 4 times in the last month. That's a testament to how high quality their pastries and breads are. I think the only thing stopping me from visiting more is thanks to the starter I got from them fanning my baking instincts. I bake so much now that I don't have any need to buy their bread! Note: Sea Wolf charges a 3% credit card fee. This is not noted on their menu - it only appears in the POS right before paying. Kind of sketchy. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

I will note that I haven't tried the breads, but as a non-morning individual, I do appreciate that they do tend to still have many items available even later in the afternoon (~1-3PM time frame). You will have to find street parking, but I've never had too much trouble in this neighborhood even on the weekend. Butter Croissant (3.75/5): I'll admit I'm insanely picky with my croissants and I think Sea Wolf's is just okay. I want a stronger crisp on the outside, something that almost shatters and makes a mess when you bite in, but the inside has a nice chew. Kouign Amann (3.75/5): I had a really fantastic time with this my first time picking it up, they have almost a crunchy sugar caramel crust on the outside with super buttery pastry inside. Unfortunately, my second time picking this up ended up being a miss, just stale and much to dry. Cinnamon Roll (1/5): The raisins are a nice touch, but this was awfully dry. Even the caramelized crus on the outside couldn't save this and charging extra for cream cheese frosting on top of a dry dough is criminal.

The champagne cake caught my eye as I was ordering and I just had to try a bite, it was absolutely delicious and fresh. I loved how light the cake was and the layers of flavour through the whole dessert! I love how bright and airy the cafe is! My boyfriend and I were easily able to find seating by the windows and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the space needle and people watching as we shared breakfast. The staff here was also patient and welcoming. We'll definitely have to come back and try more of their pastries!!

I'm here for coffee. I did not try any pastry as I was having lunch much later…read more Coffee was good. For a single barista who also did all food orders, she was quick. Coffee is good but not a wow. Food like the croissants seems to be not fresh. They did not have the look of freshly baked considering it was around 9am. Not sure but did not have the glow or lopk when I see a pastry. Nice place though. Lots of tables and space. They were busy.

Finally made it out to Saint Bread and I loved it! Arrived around 9am on a Friday morning and…read morewaited ~30 min in line. All the pastries except for the regular butter croissant were available, and we were able to place an order for the kimchi focaccia and sakura swiss roll, which were slated to come out around 10am. Service was super friendly! I got the hojicha latte, the okonomiyaki frittata, black sesame cookie, kimchi focaccia, and sakura swiss roll. The hojicha latte was rich and earthy in the best way, and it went really well with the black sesame cookie, which had a great strong sesame flavor, and the texture was perfectly chewy! The focaccia was pillowy and chewy at the same - I could've eaten five of these on their own. The frittata was my least favorite item, but by no means am I saying that it's bad! I thought the sauces overpowered it a bit, and the frittata itself was a bit bland - I couldn't even tell it had sweet potato in it, but it was cooked really well. There was ample seating in the heated patio, but parking was a little confusing, though we got lucky with the small lot right next to the store. There were a lot of signs that said no parking along the street in front, but it seemed like a lot of cars were parked there?

Super mid experience and over hyped in my opinion. Staff…read moremember at the register wasn't super friendly. That might have been because there was no AC inside the cafe/kitchen and it was over 80 degrees outside. Everyone had to form a line in the beating sun, which took over 40 minutes. No shade in sight until you are 3rd person from the front. Ordered 2 iced matcha lattes, which weren't whisked fresh. They clearly used a matcha concentrate in the drink unfortunately. The cinnamon bread felt stale, and less fluffy than expected. The same went for the sesame cookie, not super fresh. The cardamom bread was probably the freshest of the three items I got. I wouldn't return for any of the items I purchased.
