Saw this restaurant on instagram- and decided to support our local businesses in Corona. Great location, superb promotion, ambiance seemed great however I was unable to taste the food. When we arrived we noticed that many people made reservations which I was unclear about because there is no option to do so on the website - unless I missed it - I have attached photos EDIT However I just noticed you can make a reservation on YELP - ok. I will attempt that next time So as a walk in - we expected a wait on a Friday night. So we waited an hour. After an hour we asked and they said it was 20 more minutes to wait. I left at this point because I overheard that the reservations take priority which is fine but I wish I was told in order to make a man informed decision as there were a number of tables open. very poor service. the manager Eric was very rude to us. We waited about an hour for a crab and got a crab missing claws. he was like thats how it is just take it. He said it's written on the menu that crab goes by pounds or something. Even though we told him we are not happy about his attitude, he was like he doesn't give a shit. For a server, this attitude is unacceptable. But come on, manager? I mean he is definitely unqualified tbh. We three spent 184 $ on this meal and everything is poor quality. One star is too much should be Zero star oh you actually replied. please post the video that we left half of your perfectly wighted crab just because your dear manager's bad manner. And, when he called you saying you gonna receive bad review, we just stood next to him waiting for receipt, which he intentionally let us wait there. And we also heard you ask him if anything you can do to fix it, he replied we already left. That's was actually very funny that you somehow care about reviews. Then you better find some crabs with legs and claws instead of playing word game on your menu. And I don't even want to mention your food. 19.99/lb for not fresh shrimp. The clams are actually the smallest ones, compared to other Cajun seafood restaurants. My boyfriend and I decided to check out this restaurant (we're huge fans of seafood boils!!) and we're so glad we did. It's in such a great spot, Dos Lagos, and it felt super inviting. The service was awesome from the moment we stepped in. Even though we got there a bit late, close to closing time, the staff was really friendly and didn't rush us at all. We went for their Captain's Choice combo, which was just the right amount for the two of us. We tried the boil with their Crab n Spice flavor at medium heat, and it was a fantastic choice! We're definitely aiming to try each different flavor because we'll be back for sure! We also got some sweet potato fries, and they went perfectly with the boil sauce!! The wait wasnt the worst here on a sunday but it was packed. The seafood was pretty fresh, although the lobster was pretty overcooked. Otherwise, the feast was pretty great. My boyfriend and I stopped here to eat an early dinner today and the overall ambiance and service we received was fine. The problem came shortly after we began our drive home. No more than 10 minutes after leaving, I began to feel queasy. That soon turned into me having to pull over 3 times on our way home to throw up. I am unsure if it was the shrimp, lobster or sausage that was either no longer fresh or had gone bad but it certainly made me sick. I threw up again when I arrived home. After spending close to $100 on food, it was very disappointing to throw it all up alongside of the 15 freeway. Please be sure you are serving fresh and correctly handled/prepared food. Came here for a birthday lunch, and the team, the food, and overall experience was just amazing! Most of us got the AYCE, and Margo took such great care of us. I recommend getting the crab n spice sauce and mixing it with the garlic butter...turned out to be a very tasty combo. Overall, the food was so good, and most of my friends were still talking about it days after. Tried the AYCE for lunch. The menu choices are limited compared to their regular menu. It is served family style so you can only choose one sauce flavor. It would have been better if each person can choose their own sauce in case they don't like the one sauce. All the seafood was cooked perfect. Every time we ordered another round it was cooked the same way. I liked the consistency of how it was cooked. Shrimp was easy to peel and the size of their shrimp is perfect. Crab legs were good. The meat came out easily so you know that their quality of seafood is good. Customer service was excellent and our drinks were always topped off. BRING BACK AYCE SNOW CRAB LEGS!!! They need to update their website! I've been to the Las Vegas location and loved it so I was so excited when I heard Crab N Spice would be coming to CA. I live over half an hour from the Corona location but thought it'd be worth it to come for their AYCE crab legs. The first time I come on a Saturday and they tell me they don't do AYCE Friday-Sunday. First boooo. I still ate there since I drove so far. I decided to go a second time on a Thursday. Drove all the way out to Corona and guess what? They removed the AYCE crab legs altogether. Second boooo. No update on their website or anything. Wasted another drive over there. I will say that our sever was great, but the seafood boil flavor itself was a bit too buttery and needed more flavor. It's not worth it if it's not the AYCE. read more

Dropped into Crab n spice from a friends recommendation. Honestly without question, this was the best boil I've had. We ordered peeled shrimp, clam chowder, lobster tail with all the fixings. The sauce had the perfect amount of heat to it. Soaked it all up with the fluffy white rice! FIRE. Service was absolutely amazing and attentive. They come by once every 5 minutes to check on you to see if you need anything at all. I've been to many seafood boil places where service was non existent. definitely NOT this place! They make sure you're 100 at all times. It's very comfortable inside as well. It's well lit, has many tvs so you can catch a sports game. They play great music as well so you can vibe out too. Went to their corona location and was disappointed. We had our kids with us, so the ayce option didn't seem worth it, cuz my kids are 3 and 9 and are very picky. So we ordered 1 lb snow crab, 1 lb shrimp w/ corn/ sausage. Chicken wings w/ fries and garlic noodles. That were all mid. Some of the chicken wings were like ice cold in some sections and had 2 sodas and the total with 20% tip was $150.00. The sauce on the shrimp n crab wasn't flavorful at all.
